6. The scraper for a chain scraper conveyor as claimed in claim 1, wherein a chamfer is provided between the bottom and the outer side of the scraper side wing portion, the chamfer having a height of 15-25cm and a width of 20-15 cm.

Technical Field

Background

The scraper conveyor is an indispensable main device in the modern coal mining process, not only conveys coal and materials, but also serves as a running track of a coal mining machine. The flights of the currently common chain flight conveyors include flight slats, chain attachment areas, and flight wing portions integrally formed on the flight slats. In the coal mining process of a coal mine underground, a coal mining machine mines coal along a scraper conveyor, a goaf appears after coal mining, a chute of the scraper conveyor has a certain distance from a coal bed, the chute of the scraper conveyor needs to be continuously pushed to the coal bed, a chute is shifted, a chute shift error occurs in the chute shifting process, a side wing portion of the scraper easily hooks the position of the chute shift error, and chain breakage can be caused when the scraper chain moves.

In addition, when the scraper blade is turned upwards to the chute, the bottom coal cannot be taken out of the tail of the machine, so that the coal and the gangue in the bottom box are accumulated continuously, when the resistance of the coal and the gangue in the bottom box reaches a certain degree, the water temperature in a hydraulic coupler of the scraper conveyor is increased sharply, so that liquid loss is caused, and the fusible alloy screw of the motor is protected from melting to cause liquid leakage; the fusible alloy screw for protecting the motor may not be melted to burn the motor, and the scraper conveyor fails.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a scraper for a scraper conveyor, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the scraper is easy to hook at the position of a staggered position between chutes and can not bring bottom coal out of a tail.

The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

Preferably, the side edge of the top of the coal scraping groove is flush with the side edge of the chain connecting area of the scraping plate.

Preferably, the other side of the blade side wing portion is provided as a flush surface.

Preferably, the top length of the flight side wing portion has a constraint, the top length being 0.6 to 0.67 times the total width of the flight.

Preferably, a chamfer is provided between the bottom and the outer side of the scraper side wing, the chamfer having a height of 15-25cm and a width of 20-15 cm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the scraper for the chain scraper conveyor, the opposite left side and the opposite right side of the scraper side wing part are parallel, so that the end part of the scraper side wing part is prevented from hooking the position of a fault between chutes in the coal conveying process; the coal scraping groove is used for taking out bottom coal in the upper bottom box of the scraper conveyor, so that faults or accidents caused by bottom coal accumulation are avoided.
