Background

The ABS engineering plastic, namely PC + ABS (engineering plastic alloy), is named as plastic alloy in Chinese name in chemical industry, and is named as PC + ABS because the material has the excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability and impact resistance of PC resin and the excellent processing flowability of ABS resin. Therefore, the thermoplastic elastomer can be applied to thin-wall and complex-shaped products, and can keep the excellent performance and the formability of the plastic and the material consisting of ester. The biggest disadvantage of ABS engineering plastics is that the flame retardance is poor, which limits the application of ABS engineering plastics in various fields. The product of the invention has excellent low-temperature impact resistance, high surface hardness, good dimensional stability and prominent flame retardant property, and reaches the flame retardant grade V0 standard.
