Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) compared with the traditional method, the method adopts the liquid polyurethane fiber, so that the performance of the fabric is improved by adding some curing agents, coloring agents or other functional auxiliaries, the mixing is more uniform, and the effect is more prominent;

(2) the penetrant is added into the liquid polyurethane fiber, so that the polyurethane fiber can better permeate into the fabric, and the elasticity and the restoring force of the fabric are improved; adding a curing agent into the liquid polyurethane fiber to enable the liquid polyurethane fiber to be adhered to the fabric and be cured and molded to form a uniform coating;

(3) the liquid polyurethane fiber slurry is printed on the cloth layer by adopting a screen printing mode, the number of printed layers can be determined according to the actual requirement on the elasticity of the fabric, and the elasticity degree is easy to control; in addition, by designing and manufacturing a specific silk screen printing plate, a specific pattern can be printed and formed on a specific position of the base fabric, and the aim of locally increasing elasticity can be fulfilled. So that different parts of the fabric have different elastic moduli, and the requirements of the functional garment on different elastic forces of different parts of the fabric are met.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The polyurethane fiber is 58D lycra of Invidago, and is added in batches when a curing agent or a penetrating agent is added when liquid polyurethane fiber is used for preparing slurry, and the stirring speed is controlled to be not more than 60rpm at most when manual or mechanical stirring is adopted so as to avoid generating bubbles, and if bubbles are formed, the polyurethane fiber is kept stand for 1 to 2 hours in a vacuum state and then is used.

According to the invention, the polyurethane layer can be printed on the specific part of the base fabric, so that the purpose of increasing the elasticity of the specific part of the clothes can be realized; printing and elasticity increasing at specific positions are realized by manufacturing a specific silk screen printing plate, wherein the silk screen printing plate can be used for manufacturing and designing partial meshes as through holes, and the shape formed by the through holes is a pattern formed after the base fabric is printed; the positions of the through holes on the screen printing plate and the positions of the base cloth are adjusted before printing, so that the aims of printing on specific parts and increasing local elasticity can be fulfilled.

Before printing on the fabric, the flatness of the fabric needs to be ensured and the fabric can be tightly attached to a printing bedplate, and the fabric is adhered and fixed on the printing bedplate, so that the phenomenon that the printing effect is influenced by the fact that a scraper moves to shift or become uneven in the printing process is avoided;

in the printing process, the slurry is poured at one end of the screen printing plate to form a long strip, and the slurry leaking area of the screen printing plate can be covered in the blade coating process; pressing down by a scraper to apply pressure to move from the slurry at one end to the other end so that the slurry is extruded onto the fabric through the mesh, lifting up the scraper when the scraper scrapes the whole screen printing plate, lifting up the screen printing plate, and slightly scraping the slurry back to the initial position by the scraper, so that the printing process is one time; and lifting the scraper, pressing down the scraper and the screen plate for resetting, and performing the next printing stroke.

In the printing process, every time printing is finished, the printing platen needs to be moved to the drying oven for primary baking, so that the slurry layer on the fabric is subjected to primary curing and forming, the next printing can be performed, the elasticity and the restoring force are continuously increased through layer upon layer superposition, and the number of times of printing can be determined according to different elasticity requirements in the practical application process.

After the printing process is completed, the fabric is taken down from the printing bedplate and then baked, so that the excessive stretching of the printing area is avoided.

According to the preparation of the elastic fabric, functional additives such as chitin, anion mineral powder, far infrared mineral powder and the like can be added into polyurethane according to different product requirements, so that the functions of sterilizing the fabric, releasing oxygen anions and the like can be enhanced.
