Most of paper used in the current exercise book is white, the white paper has white full-frequency reflection capacity and has strong stimulation to human eyes, and people watch the white paper for a long time, so that eye fatigue is easily caused and the human eyes are damaged.

The myopia prevention exercise book is a powerful measure for strengthening the myopia prevention and treatment work of children and teenagers and protecting the body health of the children and the teenagers. (5) and binding the myopia-preventing paper to obtain the myopia-preventing exercise book.

The main components of the papermaking fiber raw materials such as straws and the like are cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, wherein the color of the cellulose and the hemicellulose is white, and the color of the lignin is brown, so the lignin is the main source of the paper color, and the purpose of cooking in a reaction kettle by heating under pressure is to remove the lignin as much as possible and simultaneously protect the cellulose and the hemicellulose from degradation.

The temperature and time of cooking are increased to be beneficial to removing lignin, the whiteness of the produced pulp is high, but the severe reaction conditions can cause the cellulose and hemicellulose to be greatly degraded, so that the strength (such as long fracture, folding endurance and the like) of the pulp is poor, on the contrary, the residual lignin content in the pulp is too high and the color of the pulp is very deep due to the excessively low cooking temperature and time, so that the factors of the whiteness and the strength of the finished pulp are comprehensively considered in the set cooking temperature and time, and the excessively high and low are not good. Therefore, the invention gradually raises the temperature and reduces the pressure to reach the state of balance among lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose in the pulp in the preparation process of the straw pulp.

In addition, the whiteness and the strength can not be simultaneously considered by only depending on cooking, so the oxygen delignification reaction tower is used for supplementary delignification in the invention, the kappa number of the finished pulp can be reduced from 27 before the oxygen delignification to 16 without bleaching on the premise of not reducing the strength of the paper pulp, and the paper pulp can be directly used for producing low-whiteness paper. (Note: kappa number, also called kappa number, indicates the lignin content in the pulp, which is one of the indexes reflecting the degree of delignification in the pulp)

Further, in the step (1), the preparation method of the straw pulp comprises the following steps:

1.1, crushing the dried straws to the length of 15-20 mm;

Further, in the step (1.2), after the straw and the ammonium sulfite react for 18-22min at the heating temperature of 120-130 ℃ and the pressure of 0.22-0.25MPa, the reaction pressure is adjusted to 0.04-0.06MPa and the temperature of 155-165 ℃, and the reaction is carried out for 80-100min under the conditions.

Further, in the step (1.3), the treated straw pulp, sodium hydroxide and magnesium sulfate are sequentially added into an oxygen delignification reaction tower, and stay for treatment for 70-90min under the conditions that the oxygen consumption is 30-40kg/t of straw pulp, the inlet temperature of the oxygen delignification reaction tower is 90-100 ℃, the pressure is 0.8-1.0MPa, and the tower top temperature of the oxygen delignification reaction tower is 95-105 ℃.

Further, in the step (5), the binding method includes the steps of:

5.1, printing inner core grid lines on the anti-myopia paper;
