Background

At present, after the oil pipe is used for a long time, the oil pipe needs to be cleaned so as to prevent oil stain and other residues from corroding the oil pipe.

There is an oil pipe cleaning device, which includes a cleaning barrel and a plurality of nozzles arranged on a side wall of the cleaning barrel. In the process of cleaning the oil pipe, the oil pipe is lifted out through external equipment, the cleaning barrel can be passed through in the process that the oil pipe is lifted out, and the oil pipe sprays water to the outer wall of the oil pipe through the nozzle when passing through the cleaning barrel so as to achieve the effect of cleaning oil stains.

However, when the oil pipe cleaning device is used for cleaning the oil pipe, the following problems exist: the nozzle in the oil pipe cleaning device is in a shower type, the adhesion force of oil stains on the oil pipe is strong, the oil stains are difficult to completely clear up only by spraying water through the shower type nozzle, and the cleaning effect is not good enough.

Disclosure of Invention

In the embodiment of the invention, the annular clear oil colloid can be butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber. As shown in fig. 1, in the oil pipe cleaning device shown in fig. 1, the plurality of high pressure nozzle holes 204 are circumferentially spaced on the cylinder 20, that is, the plurality of high pressure nozzle holes 204 are arranged at the same height on the cylinder 20, so that when the oil pipe is cleaned, each position in the circumferential direction of the oil pipe can be cleaned.

Specifically, the number of the high-pressure nozzles 204 may be 8 to 32, on one hand, the number of the high-pressure nozzles 204 is large, so that a good stabbing and washing effect on an oil pipe can be ensured, and on the other hand, the number of the high-pressure nozzles 204 is not too large, so that the rigidity of the cylinder 20 is damaged. Preferably, the number of the high pressure nozzle holes 204 may be 16.

The high-pressure nozzle 204 is formed by drilling a hole in the cylinder 20 by laser, and is circular. The diameter of the high-pressure spray holes 204 is 1-2 mm, and the diameter of the high-pressure spray holes 204 is small, so that when the external small-sized industrial hot washing machine supplies water through the high-pressure pipe joint 203, high-temperature and high-pressure water is sprayed out from the high-pressure spray holes 204 in a pressure-holding mode, the effect of stabbing washing is achieved, the fluid energy loss in the pressure-holding mode is small, the energy utilization maximization is achieved, and the cleaning effect is good. Preferably, the diameter of the high pressure jet holes 204 is 1mm, which can greatly reduce the flushing fluid.

As shown in fig. 1, in the oil pipe cleaning device shown in fig. 1, the cylinder 20 includes a first cylinder 208 and a second cylinder 207, wherein the inner diameters of the first cylinder 208 and the second cylinder 207 are the same, one end of the first cylinder 208 is connected to the base 30, the other end is disposed in the second cylinder 207 and is fixedly connected to one end of the second cylinder 207, the other end of the second cylinder 207 is connected to the gland 10, two annular grease bodies 501 and 502 are disposed at two ends of the second cylinder 207 and are supported and fixed by a spacer ring 206, and the spacer ring 206 is further provided with an oil drain hole communicated with the oil drain port 205.

The diameter of the oil drainage hole 205 is 1.5 inches, and in other embodiments, the oil drainage hole may have other sizes, which is not limited herein.

As shown in fig. 1, in the oil pipe cleaning device shown in fig. 1, the spacer ring 206 is a hollow metal cylinder, the lower end of the spacer ring 206 is disposed on the upper surface of one clear oil colloid 501, another clear oil colloid 502 is disposed on the upper end of the spacer ring 206, that is, the spacer ring 206 and the first cylinder 208 clamp the one clear oil colloid 501, and the spacer ring 206 and the gland 10 clamp the another clear oil colloid 502.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder 208 includes an inner shell 209 and an outer shell 210, the annular cavity 211 is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell, and the inner shell 209 and the outer shell 210 are respectively designed to facilitate laser drilling on the inner shell, so as to implement the high-pressure nozzle 204.

The inner housing 209 and the outer housing 210 may be connected by a screw, that is, an inner surface of the inner housing 209 is provided with an inner thread, and an outer surface of the outer housing 210 is provided with an outer thread.

As shown in fig. 1, in the oil pipe cleaning device shown in fig. 1, the inside of the cylinder 20 is further provided with two O-ring seals 206, the two O-ring seals are made of rubber and are respectively located above and below the annular cavity, and in this embodiment, it is more preferable that the O-ring seals are distributed above and below the high-pressure nozzle 204.

Referring to fig. 1, a mounting port for mounting the high-pressure pipe connector 203 is provided at a position of the housing 210 corresponding to the annular cavity 211.

In this embodiment, one or two mounting ports may be disposed on the housing 210, and one or two mounting ports are designed to meet the water supply requirement, while the housing 210 has a simple structure and a good rigidity. In other embodiments, the number of the mounting openings on the housing 210 may also be greater than 2, which is not limited in this application.

Fig. 2 is a plan view of the oil pipe cleaning device provided in fig. 1, referring to fig. 1 and 2, wherein a screw hole 101 is provided in the gland 10 for fixing the oil pipe cleaning device, and a locking bolt for connecting with a wellhead is provided in each screw hole for fixing the oil pipe cleaning device with the wellhead.

In this embodiment, the number of the screw holes 101 is three, and the screw holes are uniformly distributed on the gland; in other embodiments, the number of the screw holes may also be four, five, etc., which is not limited in this application.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing cover 10, the cylinder 20 and the base 30 may be made of steel to ensure the strength of the whole apparatus.

The working process of the oil pipe cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: during operation, the well mouth is dismantled, the pump truck inputs high-pressure fluid into the oil pipe to hold the blasting type oil drain device in the well open, the sucker rod string is lifted out, and the oil pipe hanger is lifted out; sequentially combining and integrally assembling the gland, the cylinder and the base, connecting the base groove with a well mouth, and tightening 3 locking bolts; the oil pipe moves upwards under the action of the tension of the workover rig; firstly, connecting a small industrial hot washing machine with a high-pressure pipe joint 203, enabling high-temperature and high-pressure water to enter 16 high-pressure spray holes under the pressure effect to enter a cylindrical ring cavity, and spraying the outer wall of an oil pipe from 16 nozzles at 360 degrees, so that the effect of completely washing the outer wall of the oil pipe is achieved; the oil pipe continues to go upwards to penetrate through the annular clear oil colloid 501, the diameter of the through hole of the annular clear oil colloid 501 is 65mm smaller than that of the oil pipe, so that the effect of wiping the outer wall of the oil pipe is achieved, and oil stains on the outer wall of the oil pipe are scraped down by the annular clear oil colloid 501 and flow into the casing pipe; the oil pipe continues to go upwards to penetrate through the annular clear oil colloid 502, the outer wall of the oil pipe is wiped for the second time, and the effect that the oil pipe is lifted out of a well mouth to complete cleaning is achieved; an oil drainage hole connected with the oil drainage port 205 is formed in the middle of the spacer ring 206, so that oil stains scraped by the annular clear oil colloid 502 above can be collected, and pollution is prevented. According to the mode, a plurality of oil pipes sequentially pass through the device, and the purpose of cleaning the oil pipes in the oil well on line is achieved, wherein high-temperature and high-pressure water sprayed from the high-pressure spray holes falls into an oil sleeve annulus along with oil stains on the outer wall of the oil pipe, and is extracted through a pump after cleaning operation is completed, so that environment-friendly operation is achieved.
