Background

The washing water of the conventional sanitary washing apparatus for hip-washing and/or bidet-washing is heated to a proper temperature by a heating device, which generally uses a ceramic heating sheet as a heater, and then delivered. In the traditional heating device, water flows only flow along the single-side heating surface of the ceramic heating plate and is output, so that the heating path of the water flow is short, and water cannot be sufficiently and uniformly heated.
