A kit for use in a flow-through fluorescence detection method, comprising a kit body, wherein the kit body comprises: the device comprises a liquid storage part, a pipe frame part and an illumination plate, wherein the liquid storage part is used for storing different reagents, the pipe frame part is used for placing test tubes, the liquid storage part and the pipe frame part are arranged adjacently, and the illumination plate is arranged between the liquid storage part and the pipe frame part or at the bottom;

a plurality of partition plates are vertically arranged in the liquid storage part, and the partition plates divide the inner cavity of the liquid storage part into a plurality of independent liquid storage chambers; the lower part of one side of each liquid storage chamber, which is far away from the pipe frame part, is provided with an L-shaped liquid outlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid storage chambers, and the liquid outlet pipe comprises a horizontal part and an upward bent part;

an opening is formed in the top end of the bent part, and a cover is arranged on the opening;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of kits, and particularly relates to a kit for a flow-type fluorescence detection method.

Background

The flow-type fluorescence detection kit is usually used in hospitals, pharmaceutical enterprises, medical and scientific research units and third-party detection departments, and can enable detection personnel to get rid of the heavy reagent preparation and optimization process, thereby greatly improving the detection efficiency.

The kit generally comprises a plurality of reagents, and in order to achieve the purposes of shock absorption, collision prevention, crushing and the like, a buffering device such as a foam surface and the like is required to be added, but the kit is often single in function; the small bottles for containing the reagent are numerous and complicated, and operators need to open different reagent bottles for multiple times when carrying out pretreatment on the machine, so that the working efficiency is reduced, and the probability of cross contamination, reagent bottle taking by mistake and reagent adding by mistake is increased.

When the pipette is used for operations such as liquid adding, dilution and the like, if the liquid level in the reagent bottle is low, an operator is usually required to pick up the reagent bottle and collect liquid by using the pipette while observing the reagent bottle so as to ensure that the phenomena of empty suction and less reagent suction are avoided and the test accuracy is improved; this requires careful handling and observation by the operator, which reduces the efficiency of the inspection to some extent and increases the workload of the operator.

In operations such as add reagent, filtration, heavy suspension, incubation, the operator generally need observe the circumstances such as the sediment of in vitro liquid, turbidity, and the illumination intensity in the laboratory is insufficient, and direct observation is difficult for playing effectual observation effect, needs to take up the test tube to observe the light source occasionally.

In addition, a plurality of reagent bottles need separately pack, have increased the packaging cost to a certain extent, cause the waste of certain degree, are unfavorable for the environmental protection.

In view of the above, there is a need for a reagent kit that provides illumination, avoids multiple decaps, and facilitates collection of liquid by a pipette.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a kit for a flow-type fluorescence detection method, which can quickly finish pretreatment operations such as liquid preparation, dilution and the like.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a kit that reduces fluid extraction errors, provides supplemental lighting, and reduces operator effort.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a kit for a flow-type fluorescence detection method, which comprises a kit body, wherein the kit body comprises: the device comprises a liquid storage part, a pipe frame part and an illumination plate, wherein the liquid storage part is used for storing different reagents, the pipe frame part is used for placing test tubes, the liquid storage part and the pipe frame part are arranged adjacently, and the illumination plate is arranged between the liquid storage part and the pipe frame part or at the bottom;

a plurality of partition plates are vertically arranged in the liquid storage part, and the partition plates divide the inner cavity of the liquid storage part into a plurality of independent liquid storage chambers; the lower part of one side of each liquid storage chamber, which is far away from the pipe frame part, is provided with an L-shaped liquid outlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid storage chambers, and the liquid outlet pipe comprises a horizontal part and an upward bent part;

an opening is formed in the top end of the bent part, and a cover is arranged on the opening;

a short pipe is horizontally fixed at the front end of each cover;

the connecting rod penetrates through each short pipe to connect all the covers in series, so that all the covers can be opened at one time.

Preferably, one side of the cover, which is far away from the liquid storage chamber, is connected with the top end of the bending part, and the cover is opened in a manner that the cover is turned over from one side, which is near the liquid storage chamber, to one side, which is far away from the liquid storage chamber.

Preferably, the length of the bending part higher than the horizontal part is not less than 1cm, an extension part is arranged at the bottom of the bending part downwards, and the bottom of the inner side of the extension part is lower than the bottom of the liquid storage chamber.

Preferably, the bottom of the inner side of the extension part is in a shape of a cone or a cambered surface which is concave downwards.

Preferably, the top end opening of the bending part is in a horn shape.

Preferably, the connecting rod is a hard rod, and the connecting rod is detachable.

Preferably, the width of each of the reservoirs is set differently according to the volume required for each of the reservoirs.

Preferably, when the lighting plate is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage part and the pipe frame part, the thickness of the lighting plate is the same as or close to the height of the extension part.

Preferably, the bottom of the extension part and the pipe frame part are provided with anti-skid pads.

Preferably, the lighting panel is a thin light source panel with a storage battery and uniform and soft light emission.

The kit for the flow-type fluorescence detection method has at least the following advantages:

8. The extension part is arranged to enable liquid in the liquid storage chamber to flow out completely, and the recess at the bottom of the extension part is beneficial to sucking the liquid, so that waste of expensive reagents is avoided.
