and the GSM short message module is used for sending an alarm signal to a worker under the action of the electric appliance control system when the ventilation system fails.

However, with switched operation of the capacitor, the room temperature often exceeds 35 ℃.

At present, the artifical manual control condenser indoor temperature is adopted usually to the unmanned on duty transformer substation, and present unmanned on duty mode makes the indoor ventilation unit of condenser open the cooling only when the personnel of patrolling develop periodicity or special tour, when causing the electric energy waste, can not in time open ventilation unit, will make the indoor temperature of condenser be unfavorable for the condenser operation, leads to the condenser life-span to shorten, damages when serious even and causes the accident.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an intelligent control system for the indoor temperature of a capacitor, which can automatically monitor the indoor temperature of the capacitor on one hand, and automatically start and stop a fan according to the indoor temperature on the other hand, so that the indoor environment temperature always meets the requirement, thereby being beneficial to the operation of the capacitor, saving the power consumption of the fan in operation and saving the inspection time and labor.

an intelligent control system for indoor temperature of a capacitor comprises an environment acquisition system, an automatic control system, an electric appliance control system and a ventilation system;

the temperature monitoring module is used for monitoring the temperature in the capacitor chamber and transmitting the collected temperature data to the automatic control system, and when the automatic control system judges that the temperature data is greater than a first temperature threshold value, the electric appliance control system controls the ventilation system to be automatically electrified and started and starts to cool down; when the automatic control system judges that the temperature data is smaller than a second temperature threshold value, the electrical appliance control system controls the ventilation system to automatically power off and stop running;

Furthermore, the ventilation system has two modes of automatic control and manual control, and when the ventilation control system is in the automatic control mode, the intelligent temperature control system can automatically control the ventilation system to be started or stopped; when the ventilation control system is in a manual control mode, the temperature intelligent control system starts or stops the ventilation system by receiving manual instructions. When the ventilation control system is in a manual control mode, a worker can repair and debug the ventilation system.

Further, the ventilation control system includes a plurality of fans.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

1. the fan is automatically started and stopped according to the environmental condition in the capacitor chamber, so that the environmental condition in the capacitor chamber always meets the requirement, the operation of the capacitor is facilitated, the power consumption of the fan in operation is saved, and the inspection time and manpower are saved;

2. a fault detection early warning system is arranged, and when a fault of a running fan is detected, a GSM short message module sends a fault short message to a worker, so that the worker can process the fault short message quickly; meanwhile, the fault detection early warning system can automatically disconnect the power loop of the fan to protect the fan.
