when the hoisting is performed by turns, and the upper-layer frame body is installed, an operator holds the special auxiliary clamping rod to guide the hoisting of the tower crane to be in place, and clamps the bolt rod to align the bolt rod to be inserted into the reserved hole.

The lifting mode of the frame body adopts the mode that the whole single-side wall protection frame is dismantled and hung to the installation layer for installation, and the lifting machine adopts a tower crane; the lifting cycle is one-layer one-lifting (i.e. the first layer outer protective frame is lifted to the third layer for installation, and the second layer outer protective frame is lifted to the fourth layer for installation until the main body is completed).

When the outer protective frame is hoisted, the tower crane hook is ensured to be at the gravity center of the frame body, the instability and the inversion of the hanging frame are avoided, and the hanging frame is slowly lifted to the upper layer. Before the protective frame is removed, the connecting turnover plate between two adjacent sections of frame bodies is removed (the connecting rod piece, the guardrail and the bearing frame in the single-section combined frame body cannot be loosened).

Before the outer protective frame is dismantled, a lifting hook must be hung as required to tighten the steel wire rope, then a rod piece for a supporting structure is dismantled, and finally a bearing bolt is loosened in a floor. The hoisting point is symmetrically provided with two points which are required to be arranged on the unit tripod. After the tower crane hook is fastened, firstly hoisting a small amount, balancing the self weight of the frame body, unloading the frame body load on the hook bolt, then loosening the hook bolt nut, carefully checking whether the hook bolt nut is completely loosened, and confirming that the hoisting can be carried out at the rear. In the hoisting process, the lifting hook is used for vertically, stably and slowly hoisting, two steel wire ropes for keeping the balance of the frame body are tied up and down on the two sides of the frame body, and operators stand on the floor slab to coordinate the balance of the frame body in the hoisting process. The safety of operators is ensured during lifting, and a special guard area is arranged in the falling range for nursing.

Lifting the first outer protective frame to three layers for installation after dismantling

Firstly, cleaning objects on the outer protective frame before dismantling.

Secondly, an operator (2 persons) stands on the external protective frame to hang the lifting hook to keep the lifting rope tight but not stressed, and the operator is ready to lift.

And thirdly, the operator (2) stands indoors to screw out the fixing bolt from the inner side. Meanwhile, 2 cables and wind ropes are adopted to stand by 2 persons outdoors to stabilize the outer protection frame, so that the outer protection frame is prevented from suddenly swinging outwards due to screw loosening.

And fourthly, slowly hoisting the outer protection frame of the unit to the three-layer to-be-installed position from the first layer by the tower crane.

And fifthly, stopping falling when the outer protective frame is lifted to the position close to the three-layer mounting position by about 0.5m, and slowly lifting the protective frame to the mounting position.

Sixthly, the protective frame is well installed in the floor, whether the bolt is locked in place or not is checked by using a torque wrench, the torque is controlled to be 45-65 KN.m, the whole circle of outer protective frame is completed according to the steps, and the abutted seam parts are connected by using turning plates to ensure that the circle is closed.

and when the fourth layer is constructed, the outer protection frames of the second layer are hung to the fourth layer for installation, and the operation method is the same as that of the third layer.

Dismantling of external protection frame

After the newly-installed frame body construction is finished and acceptance is checked and the upper layer of main body construction is finished, the upper layer of protection frame body can be dismantled. The dismantling is the reverse construction of the installation. The connection between the plates is firstly removed, and the nuts and other small objects are noticed to avoid falling. After the lifting appliance and the frame body are fixed, fixing nuts and gaskets are removed from the wall, the bolts are ejected out by using steel bars with the diameter of 16 degrees, and then the frame body is integrally lifted to the next layer of mounting point for next-step mounting.

the whole of outer protection frame is demolishd to main part construction completion rear, demolishs first penultimate floor protection frame when demolising. The top layer protection frame is temporarily reserved and used for external protection of roof construction, and the top layer protection frame is removed by a truck crane in the later period if a tower crane is removed. The method comprises the following steps of cleaning an object of an outer protection frame before dismantling, fixing a lifting hook of a tower crane at a lifting point of the outer protection frame by two persons, slowly lifting the lifting hook to enable a steel wire rope of the tower crane to be tight but not stressed, screwing a bolt by 2 persons positioned on the inner side, and lifting the whole unit protection frame to a specified ground place by the tower crane to be sorted and stacked tidily.

When the outer protection scaffold is dismantled, a warning area is set and a special person is assigned to guard the lower side of the outer protection scaffold, and irrelevant persons are prohibited from entering the dismantling dangerous area, so that safety is guaranteed.

before dismantling, the cross operation range is agreed with the personnel constructing the outer wall, the working surface is staggered, and the construction safety is ensured.
