When the cooling water passes through the first cooling jacket 61 and the second cooling jacket 62, the cooling water can take away the air heat in the low-pressure pipe 221 and the high-pressure pipe 231, so that the air is more easily compressed during the second-stage compression due to the expansion and contraction principle, and the air after the second-stage compression is more easily introduced into the air storage tank 3.

The cooling water heated by heat transfer in the circulation pipe 6 radiates heat by the contact of the outer wall of the circulation pipe 6 with air. The heat radiating section 63 greatly extends the total length of the circulation duct 6, which facilitates the heat radiation of the circulation duct 6 in contact with air. When the belt 12 runs, the belt 12 will also drive the air around to flow, and the heat dissipation section 63 can perform a good heat dissipation effect on the cooling water inside. The heat dissipation section 63 fixed on the inner wall of the protection cover 32 is shielded by the protection cover 32, the concealment of the heat dissipation section 63 is good, and the heat dissipation section 63 is not easily damaged by collision.

The heat exchange section 64 with multiple curved sections has a large contact area with air, and the heat of the heat exchange section 64 can be directly transferred to the metal sheet 641 through metal heat conduction. When the driven pulley 24 rotates, the wind generated by the rotation of the fan 241 directly faces the heat exchange section 64 and the metal sheet 641, and the fan 241 efficiently dissipates the cooling water in the heat exchange section 64.

The combination of the radiating section 63 and the heat exchange section 64 allows to reliably reduce the temperature of the water inside the circulation duct 6. Compared with the conventional air cooling, the water cooling structure of the air compressor has a better heat dissipation effect, can obviously reduce the resistance and energy consumption of the secondary compression, optimizes the working condition of the high-pressure cylinder 23, and is not easy to damage.

By arranging the piston 41, the first electromagnetic valve 331 and the second electromagnetic valve 461, the circulating pipe 6 and the water tank 4 do not need to be filled with cooling water, and the amount of the cooling water is set as follows: when the piston 41 abuts against the stopper 45, the water level in the circulation pipe 6 just reaches the water blocking exhaust valve 65. When the air compressor is in a working state, the first electromagnetic valve 331 is in a conducting state, incremental air pressure in the air storage tank 3 enters the air cavity 43 through the first air pipe 33, the air pressure pushes the piston 41 to move to reduce the volume of the water cavity 42, so that water is filled upwards in the circulating pipe 6, and the air in the circulating pipe 6 is automatically discharged through the water blocking exhaust valve 65. At this time, the circulating pipe 6 is filled with cooling water, and the water circulation can be reliably carried out in the circulating pipe 6 under the water pumping action of the water pump 5.

when the air compressor is in a shutdown state, the motor 1 stops running, the first electromagnetic valve 331 is in a closed state, the second electromagnetic valve 461 is in a conducting state, at this time, air in the air cavity 43 is discharged outside through the second air pipe 46, the elastic force of the spring 44 and the gravity of water act on the piston 41, so that the piston 41 moves towards the air cavity 43, and the volume of the water cavity 42 is expanded. The water in the circulation pipe 6 enters the water chamber 42 and re-enters the air in the circulation pipe 6 which is higher than the water pump 5. With the arrangement, when the air compressor is stopped, the water amount in the circulating pipe 6 can be automatically lower than the low pressure cylinder 22 and the high pressure cylinder 23, and when the crankcase 2 needs to be disassembled, inspected and maintained, the cooling water does not cause trouble to the disassembly and the maintenance. If the air compressor machine works, when the pipe of leading to the cooling water leaks because of the accident, personnel can reduce the liquid level in the circulating pipe 6 fast through the mode of shutting down, can stop fast leaking, convenient follow-up maintenance.
