10. A compressor comprising a discharge valve assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or a pump body assembly according to claim 9.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of compressors, and particularly relates to an exhaust valve assembly, a pump body assembly and a compressor.

Background

The exhaust valve sheet assembly is an important part in the compressor, and the reliability of the exhaust valve sheet assembly is important; as shown in fig. 1, the conventional exhaust valve sheet assembly mainly comprises a valve sheet 2, a baffle 3, a valve seat 11 and a rivet 4, wherein the valve sheet 2 is of a flexible structure. In the exhaust stage, the valve plate 2 opens the exhaust hole 12 and is limited by the baffle 3; after the exhaust is finished, the deformation is recovered through the rigidity of the valve plate 2, and the valve plate 2 closes the exhaust hole 12. Therefore, in the working process of the valve plate, the valve plate 2 continuously slaps the baffle 3 and the valve seat 11, which is one of the main sources of noise of the compressor, and the large deformation of the valve plate is not beneficial to the reliability of the valve plate.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a discharge valve assembly, a pump body assembly, and a compressor, which can reduce rattling noise caused by opening and closing of a valve.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an exhaust valve assembly which comprises a fixed seat, a valve piece, a support and an elastic piece, wherein the valve piece is a rigid piece, one end of the support is fixed on the fixed seat, and the other end of the support is hinged with the middle part of the valve piece; the elastic piece is arranged between one end of the valve piece and the fixed seat; the other end of the valve piece is detachably abutted with the fixed seat, and a damping piece is arranged on the valve piece and/or the fixed seat at the abutted position of the valve piece and the fixed seat.

Preferably, the damping member comprises a damping washer partially embedded in the valve member or the fixing seat.

referring to fig. 2 to 7 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an exhaust valve assembly includes a fixed seat 1, a valve element 5, a support 6 and an elastic element, where the valve element 5 is a rigid element, one end of the support 6 is fixed on the fixed seat 1, and the other end is hinged to the middle of the valve element 5; the elastic piece is arranged between one end of the valve piece 5 and the fixed seat 1; the other end of the valve member 5 is detachably abutted to the fixed seat 1, and a damping member is arranged on the valve member 5 and/or the fixed seat 1 at the abutted position of the valve member and the fixed seat.

This scheme utilizes valve member 5 itself to be the rigidity piece, combines support 6 and elastic component to constitute lever structure, is valve member 5 one end detachable and the exhaust port butt on fixing base 1, and is equipped with damping piece on butt department valve member 5 and/or fixing base 1, when guaranteeing valve member 5 and fixing base 1 to clap like this, has reduced the noise by a wide margin.

The scheme eliminates the structure of the baffle 3 in the traditional structure, and cannot generate slapping noise when the valve 5 opens the exhaust port.

Moreover, the valve member 5 is rigid and relatively stable, is not easy to deform, can ensure uniform stress when slapping the exhaust port during closing, and increases the reliability of the valve member 5.

The damping part comprises a damping gasket 8, and the valve part 5 is a rigid part, such as a straight plate structure, and the damping gasket 8 is convenient to assemble, so that the damping gasket 8 can be conveniently arranged on the valve part 5 or the fixed seat 1, and the effect of reducing the flapping is well achieved.

Specifically, the valve member 5 or the fixing seat 1 is provided with the first groove 51, and a part of the damping gasket 8 is clamped in the first groove 51, so that the damping gasket 8 is not easy to fall off, and when the slapping force is applied, damping deformation occurs to reduce the action of the slapping force, thereby reducing the generation of noise.

The damping piece can also be provided with two parts, such as a convex block and a second groove which are in clearance fit, the convex block is arranged on the valve piece 5, and the second groove is arranged on the fixed seat 1; or the convex block is arranged on the fixed seat 1, the second groove is arranged on the valve piece 5, when the valve piece 5 is abutted against the fixed seat 1, the convex block is inserted into the second groove, and the speed is reduced by the air resistance in the second groove, so that the slapping force and the slapping noise are reduced.

In the lever structure of the valve element 5 in the scheme, the support 6 can be a flat plate structure, one side of the flat plate is provided with a cylindrical pin part 61, and the other side of the flat plate is fixed on the fixed seat 1; the corresponding hinged position of the valve piece 5 is set as a hinged slotted hole 52, the cylindrical pin part 61 is sleeved in the hinged slotted hole 52, the valve piece 5 can rotate around the cylindrical pin part 61 in a limited position without falling off, and a lever effect is achieved.

The support 6 can also be a combination of a plurality of pin hole members and pins, the pin hole members are alternately arranged on the valve member 5 and the fixed seat 1, and the pins are arranged in all the pin hole members in a penetrating manner.

The elastic element in the scheme can be a spring 7, one end of the spring 7 is arranged in a spring hole 53 of the valve element 5, and the other end of the spring 7 can be arranged in a spring hole on the fixed seat 1; or both ends of the spring 7 can be directly and fixedly connected. The spring 7 is in a compressed state, and the valve 5 covers the vent hole 12 on the fixed seat 1 under the lever action of the valve 5; when the other end of the valve 5 is opened under the action of high-pressure air, the spring 7 can be pressed to the state balance of the valve 5; when the exhaust is finished, the other end of the valve member 5 closes the exhaust port by the elastic force of the spring 7.

Because the spring 7 of valve member 5 one end further receives the extrusion, can produce bigger reaction force, carry out limiting displacement to valve member 5, consequently can cancel baffle 3 among the traditional structure to eliminate the slapping of valve member 5 and baffle 3, played the effect of making an uproar.

The elastic piece can also be set as a magnetic pole pair 10, such as two magnetic pieces, one magnetic piece is fixed on one end of the valve piece 5, the other magnetic piece is fixed on the fixed seat 1, and the two magnetic pieces are in a state of homopolar repulsion; because the same magnetic poles of the two magnetic pieces are opposite, the two magnetic pieces have mutual repulsion acting force, and the acting force is increased and changed along with the reduction of the distance between the two magnetic pieces. Therefore, the limiting function can be carried out on the valve element 5, and the slapping noise of the valve plate 2 and the baffle 3 in the traditional structure is eliminated.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a pump body assembly includes a vent valve assembly as described above.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a compressor includes the discharge valve assembly as described above or the pump body assembly as described above.
