Technical Field

The present invention relates to a lamp holder, and more particularly, to a light emitting diode lamp holder having a base and a light emitting diode base, wherein a heat exchange tube is sandwiched between the base and the light emitting diode base.

Background

As shown in FIG. 1, in most of the current greenhouse plant cultivation, a three-dimensional plant support 10 is used for planting plants 20, and in order to control the plants 20 to grow faster, LED lamp holders 30 are usually installed around the plant support 10 to supply light to the plants 20 for growth at night.

However, the heat dissipation of the led socket 30 is only performed by air, and it is questionable whether the air can be fully dissipated. In addition, when the light of the led lamp socket 30 has only a single spectrum, the single spectrum cannot be adjusted according to the needs of the plants 20 of different varieties and growth stages, and the led lamp socket 30 is distributed around the plant support 10, and when the led lamp socket 30 emits light, high temperature is generated, which causes the high temperature generated by the led lamp socket 30 to deeply affect and interfere the growth of the plants 20.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is known that the high temperature generated by the led socket interferes with the growth of the plant, so the present inventors have been led to research and development in the direction of eliminating the high temperature, and thought by many ways, the present inventors thought that the heat exchange conduit is the best.

The light emitting diode lamp holder of the invention comprises: a base and a light emitting diode base; the left side and the right side of the base part are respectively provided with an ear wall in an upward extending way, the top end of the ear wall is provided with a flat connection part in an outward extending way, the base part is provided with radiating fins among the ear walls, an upper heat exchange guide groove is concave below the base part, and the front side of the base part is provided with an upper concave and an upper external terminal wrapping groove communicated with the upper heat exchange guide groove; a light emitting diode junction surface is flatly arranged below the light emitting diode base part and is connected with at least one light emitting diode group, a lower heat exchange guide groove is arranged above the light emitting diode base part and is concave relative to the upper heat exchange guide groove, and a concave lower external terminal packet groove is distributed above the light emitting diode base part and is corresponding to the upper external terminal packet groove; a heat exchange conduit is clamped between the upper heat exchange guide groove and the lower heat exchange guide groove of the base part and the light emitting diode base part, two ends of the heat exchange conduit are respectively provided with an external terminal, and the external terminals extend out of the light emitting diode lamp holder from the space between the upper external terminal wrapping groove and the lower external terminal wrapping groove.

Then, a light-gathering sheet is obliquely extended downwards from the left side and the right side of the base part of the light-emitting diode respectively. In summary, it can be seen that the heat exchange tube is adhered between the base and the led base, and thus the heat exchange tube cooperates with the heat dissipation fins to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation of the led socket.

In order that the invention may be further understood, reference will now be made to the following examples.

The invention mainly provides a light emitting diode lamp holder, comprising: a base 1 and a LED base 2; a ear wall 11 extends upwards from the left side and the right side of the base part 1 respectively, a flat connection part 12 extends outwards from the top end of the ear wall 11, heat dissipation fins 13 are distributed between the ear walls 11 of the base part 1, an upper heat exchange guide groove 14 is concave below the base part 1, and upper external connection end sub-grooves 15 which are concave upwards and communicated with the upper heat exchange guide groove 14 are distributed on the front side of the base part 1; a light emitting diode junction 21 is flatly arranged below the light emitting diode base 2, the light emitting diode junction 21 is assembled with at least one light emitting diode group 3, a lower heat exchange guide groove 22 is arranged below the light emitting diode base 2 corresponding to the upper heat exchange guide groove 14, and a lower external connection terminal sub-groove 23 is distributed above the light emitting diode base 2 corresponding to the upper external connection terminal sub-groove 15; a heat exchange conduit 4 is sandwiched between the upper heat exchange conduit 14 and the lower heat exchange conduit 22 of the base 1 and the led base 2, and two ends of the heat exchange conduit 4 are respectively provided with an external terminal 41, the external terminal 41 extends out of the led socket a from between the upper external terminal slot 15 and the lower external terminal packet slot 23, as shown in fig. 2 and 3; in addition, the light emitting diode group 3 is abbreviated as LED in english.

The led socket a absorbs the heat generated by the led group 3 by the heat exchange tube 4 at about 300-500 ℃, and the heat is absorbed and outputted by the heat exchange tube 4 to the outside of the led socket a, and the led socket a uses the heat dissipation fins 13 to cooperate with the heat exchange tube 4 to dissipate the heat, so that the ambient temperature of the led group 3 can be kept at about 50-60 ℃, and thus the led group 3 can be kept at the optimum working temperature in use, as shown in fig. 3.

The butt joint part 12 of the present invention is provided with screw locking holes 121 which are distributed with upper and lower penetrations, as shown in fig. 3. And the left and right sides of the led base 2 are respectively extended with a light-gathering sheet 24, and at least one reflective sheet 25 is disposed under the light-gathering sheet 24, as shown in fig. 4. The left and right sides of the led base 2 of the present invention are each provided with a light-gathering sheet 24 extending obliquely downward from the curved surface, as shown in fig. 5.

In addition, in the led lamp socket a of the present invention, the light reflecting sheet 25 attached to the light collecting sheet 24 refracts most of the light generated by the led group 3 and concentrates the light directly below the led group, so that the light generated by the led group 3 is not scattered, as shown in fig. 4. Or the light-gathering sheet 24 with a curved surface extending obliquely is used as a light-gathering tool, as shown in fig. 5.

The LED junction 21 of the present invention is assembled with at least two parallel LED groups 3, and the LED socket A is provided with a control assembly 5 for connecting, setting and controlling the LED groups 3. Then, the light spectrum and light color generated by the led groups 3 distributed on the led junctions 21 are different, and the light spectrum and light color of the led groups 3 are set by the control component 5, as shown in fig. 3. In addition, at least two plant growing frames B are arranged below the LED lamp holder A, and the LED lamp holder A is just arranged between the plant growing frames B and the plant growing frames B. The spectrum and the light color of the led group 3 of the led lamp holder a are set and driven by the control component 5 in cooperation with the growth stages and the survival characteristics of the plants C planted in the plant growing rack B, as shown in fig. 6; in addition, the distribution of the led groups 3 is shown in fig. 3.

Furthermore, the spectrum and the light color of the LED lamp holder A are set and driven by the control component 5 in cooperation with each growth stage and the survival characteristic of the plant C planted in the plant growth frame B, so that the LED lamp holder A can be widely used for cultivating any different plants and becomes another excellent characteristic of the invention.
