Technical Field

The present invention relates to golf club head, and is especially one kind of hollow wooden club head structure.

Background

the existing golf wood club head is a hollow body with a special shape, based on the requirement of manufacturing, a panel opening is formed at the front side of a metal hollow club head body, and then a striking panel made of metal is welded and fixed at the panel opening at the front side of the club head body, so as to manufacture the hollow wood club head.

In the aforementioned existing wood club head structure, the periphery of the striking plate is welded and fixed on the front side of the club head body, so that welding excess materials are easy to remain, the crown of the club head body is difficult to lighten, the weight of the wood club is not easy to configure, and the key requirements of low-gravity center and deep-gravity center design are difficult to realize. Furthermore, the periphery of the striking plate is welded and fixed on the front side of the club head body, so that the structural strength of the periphery of the striking plate is weakened, when the hollow wood club head strikes a ball, the acting force acting on the striking plate part is easy to generate irregular distortion at the periphery of the striking plate, particularly at the connecting part between the striking plate and the crown part, and the striking stability of the wood club head is influenced. In this regard, further improvement is actually required.

Disclosure of Invention

the present invention provides a hollow wood club head structure, which solves the problems of the prior hollow wood club head that the periphery of the striking faceplate is welded and fixed on the front side of the club head body, welding excess materials are easy to remain, and the striking performance is easy to be affected.

The hollow wood club head structure mainly utilizes the striking panel of the striking component and the crown part as an integrally forged component and the club head body formed by casting, so that the hollow wood club head structure at least has the following advantages:

1. Increase of hitting distance: in the hollow wood club head structure of the invention, the ball striking part is a forged part, and the top of the ball striking face plate part integrally formed with the crown part is welded and fixedly connected with the club head body formed by casting, therefore, when the hollow wood club head strikes a ball, the acting force acted on the ball striking face plate part can cause the ball striking face plate part and the crown part of the ball striking part integrally formed by forging to naturally and smoothly flex, and the ball striking kinetic energy from a batter can be smoothly transmitted to a golf ball, thereby increasing the ball striking distance.

2. Increase directional stability of the shot: as described above, according to the hollow wood club head of the present invention, when a ball is struck, the striking plate portion and the crown portion of the striking member integrally formed by forging can naturally and smoothly undergo flexural strain under stress, and can stably and smoothly receive an impact force from the ball body of a golf ball without irregular torsional deformation, so that the directional stability of the striking can be effectively improved.

3. The degree of freedom of the design of the club head is improved: in view of the above, the striking part in the hollow wood club head structure of the present invention is a forged part, and the crown is located at the top of the striking faceplate formed integrally, and there is no welding remainder left during welding between the crown and the striking faceplate, so that the welding position between the striking faceplate and the club head body formed by casting can be reduced, and the weight of the wood club can be saved.

4. The structural strength of the club head is improved: as described above, the striking plate portion and the crown portion of the striking member of the hollow wood club head structure according to the present invention are integrally forged and formed, and the structural strength of the golf club head is improved without the breakage of the metal structure during welding between the striking plate portion and the crown portion.
