Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the dust removing system of the electrical cabinet according to the present invention generally includes a dust removing compartment 100, a rotating table 200, and a dust removing apparatus 300.

The dust removing room 100 is a place for dust removing and cleaning an electric cabinet (not shown). Through arranging the electrical cabinet in the dedusting room 100, and the operator operates the dedusting equipment 300 outside the dedusting room 100 to remove dust from the electrical cabinet, which not only reduces dust pollution to the environment, but also reduces harm to the health of the operator.

In one embodiment, the dust removal compartment 100 is transparent to allow an operator to observe the cleaning of the appliance cabinet in real time. Of course, the dust removing room 100 may be opaque, and an observation window may be disposed on an outer wall of the dust removing room 100, or a monitor may be disposed in the dust removing room 100, so that an operator may observe the cleaning condition of the electrical cabinet in real time.

To prevent the dust from overflowing, the dust removing compartment 100 may be provided to be sealed. Preferably, the dust removing compartment 100 may be provided in an all-dimensional transparent sealing structure except for the bottom surface.

On the front side of the dust removing compartment 100, a door 110 for putting in and taking out the cabinet may be provided. The door 100 may be opened and closed automatically or manually. Door 100 is sized to allow for easy access to the appliance cabinet. Similarly, to prevent dust from escaping, the door 100 may be provided with a seal to seal off door seams and the like where dust may escape.

A window 120 is further disposed on an outer wall of the dust removing compartment 100, so that the dust removing device 300 can extend into the dust removing compartment 100 through the window 120, thereby removing dust from the electrical cabinet. The positions and the number of the windows 120 are determined according to actual needs, and generally, two windows 120 are arranged on the outer wall of the side surface of the dust removing room 100, as shown in fig. 1A and 1B, so that two operators can simultaneously operate the dust removing room, for example, simultaneously remove dust from each part or corner, such as high and low parts of an electrical cabinet.

In order to prevent the dust from overflowing, a flexible sealing member is further disposed in the window 120 to seal a gap between the dust removing device 300 and the window 120, so that the operator can prevent the dust from overflowing during the process of operating the dust removing device 300 to extend into the dust removing compartment 100 for removing dust.

The rotating platform 200 is disposed on the bottom surface of the dust removing compartment 100, and is used for placing the electrical cabinet. Here, the rotating table 200 may be integrally disposed on the bottom plate of the dust removing compartment 100. However, if such an arrangement is adopted, dust is liable to enter the motor control system of the rotary table 200, causing the motor control system to fail. In general, the rotating table 200 may penetrate the bottom plate of the dust removing booth 100 such that the top surface of the rotating table 200 constitutes a portion of the bottom surface of the dust removing booth 100 and the remaining portion of the rotating table 200 is located below the bottom plate of the dust removing booth 100. Preferably, the top surface of the rotating platform 200 and the bottom surface of the dust removing compartment 100 are disposed on the same plane, so as to facilitate the transportation and placement of the electrical cabinet.

The rotating platform 200 can rotate and is used as a power system for controlling and bearing the slow rotation of the electric appliance screen cabinet during dust removal, so that an operator can drive the electric appliance screen cabinet to rotate to a proper position through the rotating platform 200, and dust removal can be performed on different parts of the electric appliance screen cabinet conveniently.

Wherein, the upper surface of tray 210 can set up anti-skidding decorative pattern to prevent that the electrical apparatus screen cabinet from taking place the displacement at the rotation in-process.

In addition, the lower surface of the tray 210 may be provided with at least one bottom bracket 211, said bottom bracket 211 cooperating with a corresponding recess provided on the upper surface of the central table 220, thereby ensuring that the relative position of the tray 210 and the central table 220 is unchanged during rotation. Of course, the bottom bracket 211 may also be disposed on the upper surface of the central table 220, with the corresponding recess disposed on the lower surface of the tray 210.

wherein, a plurality of (six in fig. 2) rotating wheels 222 uniformly arranged along a circumference are provided on the lower surface of the central table 220 for balancing and sharing the weight borne by the central table 220. Accordingly, a corresponding circular track groove 241 for moving the rotation wheel 222 is provided on the upper surface of the base 240 to limit the rotation wheel 222 to move in a circular fixed direction.

in order to prevent dust from overflowing from a gap between the rotary table 200 and the bottom plate of the dust removing compartment 100 and entering the motor control system, causing the motor control system to fail, the rotary table 200 may further include a side dust ring 250, the side dust ring 250 surrounding the outer circumference of the central table 220 and cooperating with a labyrinth dust ring 221 provided on the circumference of the central table 220.

one way of such cooperation is that the side dust ring 250 and the labyrinth dust ring 221 are respectively of a special-shaped structure, so that a labyrinth structure is formed between the side dust ring and the labyrinth dust ring, and the side dust ring and the labyrinth dust ring are mutually inserted and meshed after being assembled, so that the best dust prevention effect can be achieved.

Preferably, the side dust rings 250 are provided as left and right parts so that they can be installed on both sides of the central table 220 after the central table 220 is installed.

After the assembly of the side dust ring 250 is completed, the inner ring of the side dust ring can be provided with an inner dustproof rubber sheet, and the height of the inner dustproof rubber sheet can reach the upper surface of the central table-board 220, so that a preliminary dustproof effect is achieved. In addition, the outer ring of the side dust ring 250 can be provided with an outer dustproof rubber sheet, the height of the outer dustproof rubber sheet can reach the ground and is sealed and fixed with the ground to form a tent structure, so that the central table top 220 of the rotating table 200 and the lower motor gear box 230 are covered in the tent structure, and the all-round dustproof effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a plurality of struts 251 uniformly arranged in a circumferential direction are provided on a lower surface of the side dust ring 250 to support the side dust ring 250 on the base 240 or the ground.

The dust removing apparatus 300 can remove dust from the electrical cabinet located in the dust removing compartment 100 through the window 120.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the dust removing device 300 includes: a dust box 310 provided with a pneumatic pump capable of blowing high-pressure air and a dust collector capable of sucking dust and filtering the dust; and the dust removal gun 320 is connected to the dust removal box 310, and the dust removal gun 320 can extend into the dust removal room 100 through the window 120 so as to remove dust from the electric appliance cabinet. The dust box 310 controls the purge dust removal and dust recovery of the dust removal gun 320.

Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of the dust removing gun 320, wherein the dust removing gun 320 has a first pipe 321 and a second pipe 322, one of the first pipe 321 and the second pipe 322 is connected to a pneumatic pump of the dust removing box 310 for purging, and the other is connected to a dust collector of the dust removing box 310 for dust collection. Wherein the first pipe 321 and the second pipe 322 may be provided to have the same or different lengths.

In order to prevent dust sucked by the vacuum cleaner of the dust box 310 from being discharged to the outside to pollute the external environment, a filter device may be provided in the dust box 310. In one embodiment, a water tank (not shown) is provided in the dust box 310, and dust sucked by the cleaner can be mixed with water in the water tank, whereby filtered air is discharged to the outside of the dust box 310. The water tank can be regularly cleared.

Finally, a method for removing dust from the electric appliance screen cabinet by using the dust removal system is described. The method comprises the following steps:

a) the door 110 of the dust removing booth 100 is opened, the electrical cubicle to be cleaned is placed in the dust removing booth 100, and then the door 110 of the dust removing booth 100 is closed.

Generally, the cabinet door of the electric appliance cabinet to be dedusted is removed, and then the whole cabinet is placed in the dedusting room 100, so that the inside of the electric appliance cabinet can be thoroughly dedusted.

b) The dust removing apparatus 300 is started, so that the dust removing apparatus 300 removes dust from the electrical cabinet through the window 120, wherein the rotating platform 200 can drive the electrical cabinet to rotate to a suitable position.

Specifically, the operator opens the purge and dust button located at the rear of the dust removal gun 320 to purge and dust the appliance cabinet.

The rotating platform 200 can be controlled by a rotating button (not shown), and when the operator presses the rotating button, the rotating platform 200 rotates slowly, so as to drive the electrical cabinet to rotate slowly and stop at a certain position, so as to facilitate the repeated cleaning of a part of the electrical cabinet until the part is cleaned.

The invention thoroughly changes the adverse effects and dust pollution of a large amount of dust on the health of operators and the environment when the previous dust removal is carried out on the electrical appliance screen cabinets of the electric locomotives C5-C6. The dust removal system is reasonable in design, stable, safe, clean and sanitary, meets the requirements of environmental occupational health, reduces the labor intensity of operators, and can fully meet the requirements of waterless dust removal and cleaning of electric appliance cabinets with electric devices and without electric devices.
