Background

The belt conveyor is the most important bulk material conveying and loading and unloading equipment, can be widely applied to the industrial fields of mines, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, electric power, food processing and the like, and can be widely applied to coal mines, metal mines, steel enterprises, ports, cement plants and the like. The belt conveyor can overcome various terrain limitations in long-distance transportation, and transportation cost can be greatly reduced. The conventional belt conveyor adopts a steel structure truss and concrete or a steel structure bent frame upright column structure at an overhead section, and the common span is 18m, 24m and 36 m. However, most of the conventional belt conveyor trusses are complete steel structure truss galleries, and the intermediate frames and carrier rollers of the belt conveyor are arranged on the trusses in a form that steel performance is not fully utilized, so that the steel consumption is large. And due to the maintenance requirement, an overhaul channel is required to be arranged in the corridor of the belt conveyor, and the use of extra steel is increased. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The invention comprises a triangular truss 1, an overhaul channel 2 and a belt conveyor which is arranged in the truss 1 up and down. The truss 1 comprises a longitudinal top rod 101, two bottom rods 201 arranged longitudinally in parallel, a plurality of end connecting rods 103 and a plurality of side rods 102. The head end of ejector pin 101 and the head end of sill bar 201 and the tail end of ejector pin 101 and the tail end of sill bar 201 all connect through end connecting rod 103 to make truss 1 terminal surface be triangle-shaped, wholly be the triangular prism. When the belt conveyor needs to be covered, a covering shed 7 for wrapping the upper and lower carrier rollers and the upper and lower adhesive tape machines can be arranged. The covering shed can be made of profiled steel plates or thin steel plates, and an inspection window made of daylighting plates is arranged every 5-10 m at intervals of the covering shed 7. The covering shed 7 is fixed on the side rods 102 in a mechanical connection mode, so that the covering shed is convenient to disassemble and overhaul. In particular, the two sides of the shelter 7 are inclined.

The bottom of the two ends of the bottom rod 201 are both provided with hinged supports 3. In the present embodiment, the bottom rod 201, the end link 103, the top rod 101, and the side rod 102 are made of steel pipes, but it is needless to say that the shape steel may be selected according to the actual situation.

The standard section truss spans 18m and can be increased to 24m on a 1.5m basis.
