When the wool top winding device is used, wool tops penetrate through the upper part of the driving roller 12, so that the suede surface is positioned on the upper part, penetrates through the tension adjusting rollers 84, is connected with winding equipment of the next procedure, is connected with an external power supply, starts the driving motor 14 through the control box 3, drives the driving wheel 15 to rotate, further drives the driven wheel 13 and the driving roller 12 to rotate under the action of the driving belt 5, and accordingly the wool tops move left to right; meanwhile, the lifting cylinder 62 is controlled to descend through the control box 3, so that the pressing cylinder 66 and the loosening bristles 67 are in contact with the wool surface, the driven roller 65 rotates under the action of friction force, the loosening effect on the wool top wool surface is achieved in the process, meanwhile, the dust collector 71 is started through the control box 3, dust between the wool surfaces is adsorbed, enters the dust guide pipe 10 through the dust collection guide pipe 73 and the dust collection cover 74, and then falls into the storage box 11, and the dust adhering and removing effect is achieved; in the wool top conveying process, the U-shaped bracket 81 rotates around the connecting lug plate 82 through the connecting shaft 83, and the effect of adjusting the wool top conveying tension is achieved.
