By arranging the swing groove 261 with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part at the bottom end of the first swing arm 26 and additionally arranging the swing post 271 at the end part of the second swing arm 27, when the turning seat 21 is turned to be opened, the swing post 271 of the second swing arm 27 can be clamped into the lower part of the swing groove 261 of the first swing arm 26, so that the first swing arm 26 and the second swing arm 27 are synchronously linked, and the turning push broach 2 is opened; when the roll-over seat 21 is turned over and folded and fixed with the housing 1, the first swing arm 26 rotates 90 degrees, so that the swing post 271 of the second swing arm 27 is clamped into the upper part of the swing groove 261 to separate the first swing arm 26 from the second swing arm 27, and since the upper width of the swing groove 261 is greater than the swing stroke of the swing post 271, the turning-over push broach 2 is closed. Of course, the swing post 271 may not be disposed on the second swing arm 27, for example, an open slot is directly disposed at the end of the second swing arm 27, but an insertion block is disposed at the end of the first swing arm 26, and the insertion block is driven to be inserted into the open slot or separated from the open slot by using the turning-over and opening or turning-over and folding of the turning-over seat 21, so as to achieve the same purpose and produce the same effect; however, the swing post 271 is provided to facilitate the manufacturing process, and therefore, the embodiment of the present embodiment is a preferred embodiment. In order to ensure the synchronous linkage of the second swing arm 27 and the eccentric 28, a strip hole 272 is added on the second swing arm 27, and the width of the strip hole 272 is matched with the outer diameter of the eccentric 28, so that when the eccentric 28 rotates along with the driving mechanism 4, the second swing arm 27 can be synchronously driven to horizontally reciprocate.

In this embodiment, in order to prevent the cutter holder 24 from shifting or misplacing during the horizontal reciprocating swing process driven by the first swing arm 26, which affects the end face fit of the movable cutter head 23 and the stationary cutter head 22, and reduces the trimming effect, the extension block 2123 is disposed outside the vertical block 2122 of the limiting block 212, the movable cutter head 23 is provided with a synchronization hole 232, the corresponding position on the movable cutter holder 24 is provided with a linkage bolt 242, the linkage bolt 242 of the movable cutter holder 24 is inserted into the synchronization hole 232 to enable the movable cutter head 23 to be synchronously linked with the movable cutter holder 24, and the upper end of the movable cutter holder 24 is fit with the bottom end face of the extension block 2123 to form the limiting position.
