The clip according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is a clip comprising a pair of concave and convex portions, wherein the convex portion comprises a discontinuous annular clip frame, a clip receiving portion as a space surrounded by the clip frame, and a clip portion as an elastic lock of a front end portion of the clip frame, and wherein a front end of the clip portion or an inner side of the front end of the clip portion is provided with a clip disengaging opening, and a neck portion is provided at a rear portion of the clip frame. In addition, a guide portion for engaging and disengaging is provided in front of the engagement receiving portion or inside the engagement portion, and an outer shell is formed continuously or discontinuously on the outer periphery of the neck portion.

The invention relates to a buckle for personal ornaments such as necklaces, bracelets, anklets, key chains, bags, ornaments, belts, safety belts and the like.

Background

Citation 1 exemplifies a personal ornament buckle as a prior art. In the snap disclosed in reference 1, the convex portion is rotated by about 90 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction in the disengaged state, and the engagement is released.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, the personal ornament buckle of the prior art described above has the following problems. That is, the clip of reference 1 can perform only an opening movement in the vertical direction, and does not have a structure of twisting the opening. Since there is no dedicated engaging and disengaging guide portion or no engaging and disengaging port is provided inside the recess, to release the engagement, it is necessary to press the entire convex portion into the recess by rotating the convex portion 90 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction. Thus, there are two problems with cited document 1. First, the recess needs to have a size and several gaps that allow the entire protrusion to enter the holding space of the recess, and also a portion that can be pinched by fingers must be ensured. Means for solving the problem

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a clip comprising a pair of concave and convex portions, wherein the convex portion includes a continuous or discontinuous annular clip frame, a clip receiving portion as a space surrounded by the clip frame, and a clip portion as a front end of the clip frame; the concave part is composed of a discontinuous annular holding frame body and a holding space surrounded by the holding frame body, and an opening part which is elastically sealed is arranged at the front end of the holding frame body; an insertion guide portion is provided outside the opening portion; the length of the opening of the concave part is shorter than the length between the clamping frame body and the clamping frame body of the convex part; an engagement/disengagement port for moving the engagement portion of the projection from the holding space to the outside to release the engagement is provided at the front end of the opening portion or inside the front end of the opening portion; the engaging/disengaging opening is formed by twisting the concave portion and the convex portion in opposite directions and pulling the same to open the opening, thereby achieving engagement/disengagement.

In addition to this clip, in the clip constituted by a pair of concave portions and convex portions, a pair of engaging portions are provided at the front end of the engaging frame of the convex portion, and engaging and disengaging guide portions are provided inside the pair of engaging portions. Preferably, a pair of opening portions that are elastically locked are provided at the front end of the holding frame body of the recess, and an insertion guide portion is provided outside the pair of opening portions.

In the clip comprising a pair of concave and convex portions, the rear portion of the concave portion is a portion connected to the chain end portion, and the cross-sectional shape of the holding frame at the rear portion of the concave portion is such that the length in the hour hand direction of 12 o 'clock and 6 o' clock is 1 and the length in the hour hand direction of 9 o 'clock and 3 o' clock is 2 or less. In the clip comprising the pair of concave portions and the pair of convex portions, the pair of opening portions are provided at the front end of the holding frame body of the concave portion, and the front end of any one of the opening portions of the concave portion is preferably directed toward the back side of the concave portion longer than the front end of the other opening portion.

In the clip constituted by the pair of concave portions and the convex portions, a pair of opening portions are provided at a front end of the holding frame body of the concave portion, insertion guide portions are provided outside the pair of opening portions of the concave portion, engagement and disengagement guide portions are provided inside one opening portion, and a surface of a front end of an opening portion of the other concave portion preferably faces a front end of an opening portion of the one concave portion or the insertion guide portions.

In addition to this clip, in a clip including a pair of concave and convex portions, the convex portion includes a discontinuous annular clip frame, a clip receiving portion as a space surrounded by the clip frame, and a clip portion as an elastic lock of a front end portion of the clip frame, and an engagement/disengagement port is provided at a front end of the clip portion or inside of the front end of the clip portion, and a neck (tack) portion is provided at a rear portion of the clip frame. Further, a guide portion for engaging and disengaging is provided in front of the engagement receiving portion or inside the engagement portion, and a continuous or discontinuous outer case is preferably formed on an outer periphery of the neck portion.

In the snap comprising a pair of concave and convex portions, an opening is provided at the front end of the holding frame of the concave portion, and a projection is formed toward the center of the holding space in the opening, and in the engagement maintaining state, it is preferable that a ratchet claw for preventing the opening of the holding frame is provided at the inside of the snap frame of the convex portion so as to catch the opening of the holding frame.

In the clip comprising a pair of concave and convex portions, an opening is provided at the front end of the holding frame of the concave portion, and the inner angle between the holding frame and the opening is preferably 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less.

Effects of the invention

For example, as in the invention of the seventh embodiment, in a snap in which an insertion guide portion is provided on the outer side of the opening portion of the concave portion, an engagement/disengagement guide portion is provided on the inner side of the snap portion of the convex portion, and an outer housing is provided on the outer periphery of the snap frame of the convex portion, when locking is to be performed, engagement can be achieved by pressing the snap portion of the convex portion into the insertion guide portion of the concave portion while aligning the snap portion; when the engagement is to be released, the engagement can be released by twisting and pulling the concave portion or the convex portion. That is, the present invention can provide a small-sized snap that can be locked or unlocked in a slightly pinched state by providing an engaging/disengaging opening inside a concave portion or a convex portion or providing a guide portion for engaging/disengaging and twisting.

Detailed Description

(embodiment 1)

The personal ornament clasp according to the first and ninth embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments are merely examples, and the invention described in the claims is not limited thereto.

In a buckle composed of a pair of a concave part (1) and a convex part (2), when the concave part (1) and the convex part (2) receive the clamping, the outside of a clamping part (21) of the convex part (2) is pressed on an insertion guide part (15) of the concave part (1), or the opening part (14) of the concave part is expanded and opened by twisting while pressing, so that the clamping part (21) of the convex part (2) enters a holding space (13) of the concave part (1) to realize the clamping.

By designing the length (A) of the opening (14) of the recess (1) to be shorter than the distance (B) between the engaging frame and the engaging frame of the projection (2) (see FIG. 3), the opening (14) of the recess (1) is inevitably opened by twisting when the engagement is released. And when the clamping is released, the operation can be easily carried out by only slight force. The concave portion in reference 1 is disengaged by rotating the convex portion by 90 degrees and then causing the entire convex portion to enter the concave portion, and therefore, has a long shape having a space and a gap in the longitudinal direction into which the entire convex portion can enter. In the convex portion of the cited document 1, the length in the direction perpendicular to the center line of the major axis must be reduced so as not to lengthen the concave portion. Further, the length of the knob portion needs to be secured so that the projection does not rotate any further. Therefore, the convex portion is also long in the longitudinal axis direction.

Since in the present invention, it is not necessary to make the entire convex portion (2) enter into the concave portion (1), it is possible to make a shape much shorter than that of cited document 1. Since the projection (2) may not have to be rotated by 90 degrees, it is sufficient that the knob portion is of a regular length. That is, even if the shape is similar to that of the present invention, the transverse-longitudinal ratio and the length of the concave portion and the convex portion may be greatly different from each other in the cited document 1. The longer the holding frame (12) of the recess (1), the weaker the locking force of the opening (14) (the locking force is inversely proportional to the length of the holding frame). If the locking force becomes weak, the locking member may be in a dangerous state where the locking member is easily released. Alternatively, the thickness is increased for reinforcement. In the invention, in order to make the buckle small, the length between the clamping frame body and the clamping frame body of the convex part (2) and the length of the opening part (14) of the concave part (1) are defined by comparison. The engaging and disengaging method is also limited to twisting, and the engaging and disengaging port is also limited to the inside of the concave part (1) or the convex part (2).

A pair of engaging and disengaging guides (23) of a projection (2) longer than a pair of openings (14) of a recess (1) are provided, thereby making it possible to smoothly disengage the engagement regardless of a right-hand rotation or a left-hand rotation (see FIGS. 14, 15, and 16).

The removal of the necklace was done behind the neck and was therefore not visually confirmed. The twisting operation varies from person to person, and there are persons who are accustomed to rotating to the right and persons who are accustomed to rotating to the left. A buckle for personal ornaments according to a third embodiment of the present invention is a buckle comprising a pair of a concave portion (1) and a convex portion (2), wherein the cross-sectional shape of the rear portion of a holding frame (12) of the concave portion (1) is such that the vertical length is 1 and the horizontal length is 2 or less. Alternatively, if the left-right length is 1, the up-down length is within 2. Since the opening of the cited document 1 is opened and closed only in the vertical direction, the rear portion near the center line of the major axis has a shape having a large thickness in the vertical direction, but the thickness in the horizontal direction is small, and therefore, when twisted, metal fatigue occurs in the horizontal direction. Even if an unexpected engaging/disengaging force is applied, the inner side of the engaging portion (21) of the convex portion (2) moves and stops in the direction of the front portion of the holding space or the inner side (17) of the opening portion, the inner angle of which is an acute angle, along the engaging/disengaging guide portion (19), the inner angle of which is an obtuse angle, via the engaging/disengaging opening (18). The engagement/disengagement port (18) is a passage point with a small frictional resistance, and the engagement portion does not stay at this point, so that the engagement is not accidentally disengaged.

The buckle for personal ornaments according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention is a buckle comprising a pair of concave portions (1) and convex portions (2), wherein the convex portions (2) are formed by a discontinuous annular snap frame (22), a snap receiving portion (25) as a space surrounded by the snap frame (22), and a neck portion (26) as a rear portion of the snap frame (22), an outer case (57) formed continuously or discontinuously is provided on an outer periphery of the neck portion (26) of the convex portions (2), a snap portion (21) elastically locked is provided at a front end portion of the snap frame (22), and a guide portion (23) for snap release is provided inside the snap portion (21). Even if an unexpected engaging/disengaging force is applied, the outer case (57) prevents the opening of the engaging portion (21) of the projection (2) and thus does not come off. When releasing the engagement, since the engaging and disengaging guide portion (23) is provided inside the engaging portion (21) of the convex portion (2), when the engaging portion (21) of the convex portion is pulled in the direction opposite to the direction of engagement and twisted, the engaging portion is expanded to open, and the engaging portion and the disengaging portion are moved in the engaging and disengaging direction, thereby releasing the coupled state.

In the buckle for personal ornaments according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention, the retaining pawl (14) is a portion in which the inner angle between the holding frame (12) and the opening (14) is greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees.

(ninth embodiment)

The buckle for personal ornaments according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention is a buckle comprising a pair of a concave portion (1) and a convex portion (2), wherein an inner angle between a holding frame body (12) and an opening portion (14) of the concave portion (1) is 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less. When the engagement is released, if it is 45 degrees or less, the frictional resistance is large and the operation is not smooth. Since the snap is small and cannot be visually confirmed, it is indispensable to be able to smoothly operate.

The shape of the clip shown in fig. 17 also satisfies the above-described requirements of the present invention, and can produce the same operational effects as described above.

Industrial applicability

As described above, the buckle for personal ornaments according to the embodiment of the present invention can be used as a connecting member for connecting all objects, in addition to the personal ornaments such as the necklace buckle shown in fig. 1.
