A washing machine comprises a washing barrel and is characterized in that a basin-shaped base is arranged below the washing barrel, a rotatable impeller is arranged in a containing cavity between the bottom surface of the washing barrel and the basin-shaped base, and a water flow jet orifice communicated with a washing cavity formed by the containing cavity and the washing barrel is formed in the bottom surface of the washing barrel.

Background

The pulsator washing machine washes laundry using friction force generated between moving water current and the laundry, wherein the water motion is generally generated by rotating a disc-shaped pulsator in forward and reverse directions. The pulsator washing machine has excellent washing ability and requires a short washing time. Besides, the pulsator washing machine has the advantages of low noise, small vibration, low price and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to the above problems in the prior art, and provides a washing machine, which omits a pulsator, and is advantageous to improve washing efficiency and cleaning ratio by impacting clothes with water flow jetted upward.

In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the drainage channel 14 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 3, the drainage channel 14 includes a drainage cavity 141 extending downward and outward along the annular opening 12, an inflow opening 142 downward along the outer side of the drainage cavity 141 and communicated with the accommodating cavity 3, and a vertical inflow channel 143 is arranged between the drainage cavity 141 and the inflow opening 142; the water flow in the accommodating chamber 3 is then injected into the washing chamber of the washing tub 1 from the water flow injection port 12 located inside the drainage chamber 141 by the rotation of the impeller 4 through the inflow port 142 into the upward inflow flow channel 143 and then into the drainage chamber 141. Preferably, the area of the inlet 142 is larger than that of the water jet opening 12, which is beneficial to increase the pressure of water jet, improve the jet strength and improve the cleaning ratio of washing. In this embodiment, the inlet 142 is an annular structure defined between the lower portions of adjacent flow guide plates 13. In this embodiment, the impeller is not provided, the tub-shaped base 2 and the washing tub 1 are fixedly sealed, that is, the upper end of the tub-shaped base 2 is fixed on the washing tub 1 along the sealing, and the wall of the washing tub 1 is not provided with a water permeable hole, so that the bottom surface 11 of the washing tub 1 is required to be provided with a water return port 15 communicated with the accommodating cavity 3. The circular water flow inside and outside the washing barrel 1 turns outwards and moves downwards to return to the accommodating cavity 3 through the water return port 15, and the circulation of the water path is formed.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, four annular water flow injection ports 12 are concentrically disposed on the bottom surface 11, a water return port 15 is further disposed on the bottom surface 11, the water return port 15 is disposed outside the water flow injection ports 12, and the water return port 13 is disposed concentrically with the water flow injection ports 12 and is sleeved outside the water flow injection ports 12.

In this embodiment, a ring-shaped partition plate 16 extending downward is provided at the lower end of the bottom surface 11 of the washing tub 1, and the partition plate 16 is provided at a position between the water return port 15 and the outermost water jet port 12. The division plate 16 is arranged coaxially with the washing barrel 1, and the impeller 4 mainly stirs the area surrounded by the division plate 16 when rotating, so that the water return of the water return port 15 is facilitated, and the influence of the rotation of the impeller 4 on the water return port 15 is avoided.
