As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an emergency lighting device for a bridge guardrail comprises two fixing rods 1, two upper railings 2 and two lower railings 3, wherein the fixing rods 1 are fixedly installed at two ends of a bridge, the upper railings 2 are fixedly installed at the tops of the two fixing rods 1, the lower railings 3 are installed between the two fixing rods 1 and are parallel to the upper railings 2, a moving block 4 is slidably arranged between the upper railings 2 and the lower railings 3, two side walls opposite to the fixing rods 1 are respectively provided with a rope winder 5 and a pulley 6, the pulley 6 is located right above the rope winder 5, a steel rope 7 is arranged between the two rope winders 5, the steel rope 7 penetrates through the moving block 4 and is fixedly connected with the moving block 4, a connecting block 12 is fixedly installed on the side wall of the moving block 4, a vertical rod 14 is rotatably arranged in the connecting block 12, and a lamp holder 15 is arranged at the top of the vertical rod 14, and a plurality of groups of LED bulbs 17 and a controller 23 are arranged in the lamp holder 15.
