The base body comprises a seat plate 1, a base 3, a handrail 5, a shell 6 and the like, and is used for forming the basis of the invention. The movement device comprises a pedal 2, a shaft I8, a pinion 9, a shaft II 10, a gearwheel 11, a V-shaped sleeve 7 and the like.
