The liquid supply assembly 10 includes a cover plate 11, a connection base 12, a liquid guide tube 13, a connection tube 14, a communication member 15, a liquid storage member 16, a liquid supply tube 17, and a pressurizing mechanism 18.

In the present embodiment, the pressurization mechanism 18 is an air pump, which may be a manual pump or an electric pump. The arrangement of the body 21 and the flange 22 can prevent pressure leakage, and sufficient pressure in the liquid storage cavity 161 is ensured to lead out the tobacco liquid. The deformation portion 23 has a substantially annular sheet-like structure, and the deformation portion 23 is deformable by an external force, and the deformation portion 23 is restored when the external force is released. The middle of the deformation portion 23 is opened with a through hole (not shown), the liquid supply pipe 17 passes through the through hole of the deformation portion 23, and the outer circumferential surface of the deformation portion 23 is fixedly connected with the inner circumferential surface of the body 21.

When the pressurizing mechanism 18 is not operated, the inner circumferential surface of the deformation portion 23 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the liquid supply pipe 17, so that the deformation portion 23 is connected with the liquid supply pipe 17 in a sealing manner, the connection portion 162 is sealed, and even if the electronic cigarette is inclined, the smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 161 cannot flow out through the connection portion 162, so that the deformation portion 23 plays a role in sealing the liquid storage cavity 161, and the smoke liquid is effectively prevented from leaking.

When the pressurization mechanism 18 is operated, that is, the pressure is increased into the liquid storage cavity 161 through the pressure channel, the pressurized air pushes the deformation portion 23 downward, so that the deformation portion 23 is deformed, a gap is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the deformation portion 23 and the outer circumferential surface of the liquid supply pipe 17, the pressurized air enters the liquid storage cavity 161 through the gap, and the smoke liquid enters the atomization cavity through the smoke liquid channel under the action of the high-pressure gas. It is understood that the higher the pressure inputted from the pressurizing mechanism 18, the larger the deformation amount of the deformation portion 23, and the larger the gap between the deformation portion 23 and the liquid supply pipe 17.

When the pressurization mechanism 18 stops working, that is, the pressurization mechanism 18 stops pressurizing the liquid storage cavity 161 through the pressure channel, the residual pressurized air in the liquid storage cavity 161 pushes the deformation portion 23 upwards, so that the deformation portion 23 deforms, and a gap is formed between the inner circumferential surface of the deformation portion 23 and the outer circumferential surface of the liquid supply pipe 17, the pressurized air enters the pressure channel through the gap and is finally discharged through an air inlet (not shown) of the pressurization mechanism 18, and after the pressurized air is discharged, the deformation portion 23 returns to the original shape, and the inner circumferential surface of the deformation portion 23 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the liquid supply pipe 17 again, so that the liquid storage cavity 161 is sealed, and the smoke liquid is prevented from leaking.

The sealing adjustment member 20 is a deformable member and is an integrally formed structure, which is made of a silicone material. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the seal adjuster 20 may also be made of a sealing material such as rubber.

It is understood that, in other embodiments not shown, the sealing adjustment member 20 may also have a ring-shaped structure, the outer circumferential surface of the sealing adjustment member 20 is fixedly connected to the inner circumferential surface of the connection portion 162, and the inner circumferential surface of the sealing adjustment member 20 is in sealing contact with the outer circumferential surface of the liquid supply tube 17. It should be noted that, the sealing abutting means that after the two abutting surfaces abut against each other, the two abutting surfaces can be sealed.

The lower end face of the fixed section 31 abuts against the upper end face of the communicating piece 15, so that the fixed section 31 is connected with the communicating piece 15 in a sealing mode, and smoke liquid leakage is further prevented. The liquid inlet 321 is opened at the top of the deformation section 32, and the deformation section 32 can deform under the pressure action of the tobacco juice to open the liquid inlet 321, so that the tobacco juice enters the second tobacco juice channel after passing through the liquid inlet 321.

Meanwhile, the outer diameter dimension of the fixing section 31 is larger than that of the deforming section 32. The outer fixing sleeve 40 is roughly in a hollow cylindrical structure with an opening at the lower end, and the inner cavity of the outer fixing sleeve 40 is matched with the fixing section 31, so that when the outer fixing sleeve 40 is sleeved outside the one-way valve 30, a gap 401 is formed between the outer fixing sleeve 40 and the deformation section 32, and the gap 401 can store part of smoke liquid; the inner peripheral surface of part of the outer fixing sleeve 40 is in sealing contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixing section 31, so that the sealing effect between the inner peripheral surface and the fixing section is realized, and the smoke liquid in the gap 401 is prevented from leaking.

The lower end face of the outer fixing sleeve 40 is abutted against the upper end face of the communicating piece 15, the upper end face of the outer fixing sleeve 40 is convexly provided with a tubular protruding part 402 along the axial direction of the outer fixing sleeve 40, the protruding part 402 is inserted into the lower end of the connecting pipe 14, and the protruding part 402 is communicated with the gap 401 and the connecting pipe 14, so that the connection relation between the outer fixing sleeve 40 and the connecting pipe 14 is realized.

In addition, the lower end of the fixed section 31 is provided with a fixed supporting leg 311 along the radial direction of the fixed section 31, the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the outer fixed sleeve 40 is provided with a fixed groove 403 matched with the fixed supporting leg 311, when the outer fixed sleeve 30 is installed in place, the fixed supporting leg 311 is accommodated in the fixed groove 403, and the top wall of the fixed groove 403 abuts against the upper end surface of the fixed supporting leg 311, so that the fixed section 31 of the check valve 30 is pressed on the communicating piece 15, on one hand, the displacement of the check valve 30 caused by the pressure of the smoke liquid is avoided, on the other hand, the sealing performance between the check valve 30 and the communicating piece 15 is enhanced, and the effect of preventing the smoke liquid from leaking is further achieved.

In the present embodiment, the one-way valve 30 is made of silicone material, and is made of elastic material, and it should be understood that in other embodiments not shown, the one-way valve 30 may also be made of rubber or other materials, and is not limited herein.

When the pressurization mechanism 18 works, the smoke liquid enters the one-way valve 30 from the first smoke liquid channel, and then pushes the liquid inlet 321 open under the pressure of the smoke liquid to enter the second smoke liquid channel. In the process, the inner wall of the outer fixing sleeve 40 limits the deformation of the deformation section 32 on the one-way valve 30 in the range of restorable deformation, and prevents the deformation section 32 from failing due to overlarge deformation; in addition, the tobacco juice flowing into the check valve 30 through the first tobacco juice channel does not impact the fixing section 31 of the check valve 30, so that the fixing section 31 of the check valve 30 is prevented from being deformed irreversibly, and the sealing effect of the check valve 30 is ensured. When the pressurization mechanism 18 stops working, the liquid inlet 321 on the one-way valve 30 is closed due to the pressure of the smoke liquid, and the smoke liquid in the second smoke liquid channel is prevented from flowing back to the liquid storage cavity 161 through the first smoke liquid channel. Meanwhile, as the gap 401 is filled with the backflow tobacco juice quickly, the part of the tobacco juice has an extrusion effect on the deformation section 32, plays a promoting role in resetting the one-way valve 30, and can quickly close the liquid inlet 321, so that the one-way valve 30 can quickly respond, and the sensitivity of the one-way valve is improved.

According to the above, when the pressurization mechanism 18 stops operating, the one-way valve 30 can prevent the backflow of the smoke liquid in the second smoke liquid channel, that is, the second smoke liquid channel is filled with the smoke liquid, and when the pressurization mechanism 18 is restarted next time, the pressurization mechanism 18 can immediately press the smoke liquid into the atomizer, so that the dry burning of the atomizer caused by the time difference of the flow of the smoke liquid in the smoke liquid channel can be effectively prevented.

It is understood that the communicating member 15 and the pressurizing mechanism 18 can be detachably connected with the partition 601 by fastening members such as bolts and screws, clamping or plugging. The partition 601 has a plate-like structure, the two power supplies 70 are respectively provided on two opposite side walls of the partition 601, and the communication member 15 and the pressurizing mechanism 18 are respectively provided on the other two opposite side walls of the partition 601. Since the booster mechanism 18 is disposed on one side of the partition plate 601 with respect to the communicating member 15, the axial dimension of the power supply device 100 is reduced, which is advantageous for the electronic cigarette to be miniaturized.
