Background

A control apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:

acquiring state information of an electronic cigarette, wherein the state information is used for indicating whether the electronic cigarette is used or not;

recording the smoking times of the electronic cigarette used according to the state information;

and when the smoking times are matched with the preset times, outputting cleaning reminding information.

An electronic cigarette cleaning and detecting system comprises a state information sending device and a control device, wherein the state information sending device is connected with the control device;

the state information sending device is used for sending state information to the control device;

and the control device records the smoking times of the electronic cigarette according to the state information, and outputs cleaning reminding information when the smoking times are matched with the preset times.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an electronic cigarette cleaning detection method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example for a control device, and includes the following steps:

The magnetic induction sensor is used for sending a level signal to the control device when sensing the magnetic substance, and the control device receives the level signal sent by the magnetic induction sensor and then indicates that a cleaning signal is received. The preset duration can be specifically set according to actual needs. For example, a test article of the electronic cigarette is subjected to multiple preliminary tests, the time length required when the temperature of the heating pipe is reduced from the temperature during smoking to the temperature without damaging the heating pipe cleaner is determined, and the time length obtained through the tests is used as the preset time length.

Receipt of a cleaning signal, i.e. detection of a cleaning action, indicates that the user is performing cleaning. The control device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the status information is used to indicate whether the e-cigarette is used. The cleaning reminding information is used for reminding a user that the heating pipe needs to be cleaned. Specifically, the state information sending device 410 and the control device 420 are both provided to the electronic cigarette.

Specifically, when the smoking times do not match the preset times, the control device 420 returns to reacquire the state information of the electronic cigarette, so as to record the smoking times again, and outputs the cleaning reminding information until the smoking times match the preset times.

In the above-mentioned electronic cigarette cleaning and detecting system, the control device 420 acquires the status information indicating whether the electronic cigarette is used, which is sent by the status information sending device 410, so as to determine whether the electronic cigarette is used; then, the smoking times of the electronic cigarette used are recorded according to the state information, and when the smoking times are matched with the preset times, cleaning reminding information is output, so that a user is automatically prompted to clean the heating pipe. So, use this application, can use when the number of times that the user used the electron cigarette smoking to match and predetermine the number of times, intelligence reminds the user to clean, need not the user to go the cleanness of subjective decision or unclean, can avoid long-time unclean condition that leads to the heating pipe to block up because of the user forgets, reduces the risk that the heating pipe is blockked up, improves the performance of electron cigarette. Moreover, unnecessary troubles caused by frequent cleaning due to inaccurate subjective decision of a user can be avoided, and the convenience of using the electronic cigarette can be improved.

Specifically, the state information sending device 410 may detect the state parameter of the electronic cigarette in real time and send the state parameter to the control device 420, and the control device 420 obtains the state information according to the analysis of the state parameter. For example, the state information detecting means may be a means for detecting the temperature of the heating pipe, or a means for detecting the gas pressure at the inlet of the heating pipe. The control device 420 detects a temperature variation value according to the temperature of the heating pipe or detects an air pressure variation value according to the air pressure at the inlet of the heating pipe, and when the detected temperature variation value or air pressure variation value reaches a corresponding preset value, the electronic cigarette is used, so that the used state information of the electronic cigarette is obtained.

The status information sending device 410 may also detect whether the electronic cigarette is used in real time and send the status information to the control device 420. For example, the status information detection device may be a key provided on the electronic cigarette, and the user presses the key each time the cigarette is smoked, and the key sends status information indicating that the electronic cigarette is used to the control device 420.

In one embodiment, the electronic cigarette cleaning detection system further includes an information output device (not shown), and the control device 420 can send a control command to the information output device to control the information output device to output the cleaning reminding information. Specifically, the information output device may be at least one of a display screen, a voice announcer, and an alarm.

In one embodiment, the control device 420 is further configured to control the heating tube of the electronic cigarette to stop heating when the smoking times match a preset number. Therefore, the heating pipe can be automatically forbidden to be continuously used in a state of being cleaned, the user operation is not needed to shut down, the blocking condition is further avoided, and the using performance of the electronic cigarette is improved.

In one embodiment, the control device 420 is further configured to zero the recorded smoking times and obtain the status information of the electronic cigarette again after outputting the cleaning reminding information. The recorded smoking times are reset when being matched with the preset times, so that the times can be counted again conveniently, and the operation is simple.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the electronic cigarette cleaning detection system further includes a control button 430 and/or a battery 440 connected to the control device 420; the control button 430 is used for outputting a power-on signal and a power-off signal to the control device 420. The battery 440 is used to power the control device 420. By arranging the control key 430, the convenience of the startup and shutdown operation can be improved; by providing the battery 440 to supply power to the control device 420, the control device 420 can be operated away from an external charging device, so that the electronic cigarette cleaning and detecting system is more convenient to use.

In one embodiment, the control device 420 is further configured to detect whether a cleaning signal indicating that cleaning has been performed is received; and when the cleaning signal is received, stopping outputting the cleaning reminding information.

In this embodiment, if the smoking frequency is matched with the preset frequency, the cleaning reminding information is continuously output, and until the cleaning signal is received, the output of the cleaning reminding information is stopped. Therefore, the reminding is stopped when the user is ensured to clean, and the reminding effect is better.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the electronic cigarette cleaning detection system further comprises a magnetic induction sensor 450 and a heater tube cleaner 460 provided with the magnetic substance 46, wherein the magnetic induction sensor 450 is connected to the control device 420.

The heater tube cleaner 460 is used to clean the heater tube 500 of the e-cigarette. The magnetic induction sensor 450 sends a cleaning signal to the control device 420 when it senses the magnetic substance 46 on the heater pipe cleaner 460. When receiving the cleaning signal, the control device 420 stops outputting the cleaning reminding information.

On one hand, the magnetic induction sensor 450 and the heating pipe cleaner 460 with the magnetic substance 46 are used in the electronic cigarette, so that a user only needs to perform a conventional cleaning action, the operation is easy, the cleaning is convenient, and on the other hand, the detection mode of a cleaning signal is intelligent and simple.

Specifically, the cleaning signal may be a level signal. That is, the magnetic induction sensor 450 sends a level signal to the control device 420 when it senses the magnetic substance 46 on the heater pipe cleaner 460. Specifically, the magnetic substance 46 may be a magnet, and the tube cleaner 460 may be a brush with a magnet.

It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the electronic cigarette cleaning detection system described above may also include other types of cleaning detection devices for detecting a cleaning action and sending a cleaning signal. For example, the cleaning detection means may be a button connected to the control means 420, which is pressed by the user each time cleaning is performed, and which sends a cleaning signal to the control means 420.

In one embodiment, the control device 420 is further configured to control the heating tube 500 of the electronic cigarette to remain in the off state for a preset time period when the cleaning signal is received. So, can avoid starting heating pipe 500 at clean in-process maloperation, guarantee heating pipe cleaner 460 does not scalded by high temperature and damages, improves clear security. Specifically, the preset time period may be 10 seconds.

In one embodiment, an electronic cigarette is provided, which comprises a heating tube and the electronic cigarette cleaning and detecting system, wherein the heating tube is connected with a control device. It is understood that other devices may be included in the electronic cigarette, such as a housing, the heating tube, the control device and the battery are mounted in the housing, and the control button may be disposed on the housing for the user to operate and use.

Above-mentioned electron cigarette owing to adopted the clean detecting system of aforementioned electron cigarette, and the same reason can improve the performance and the convenience of using of electron cigarette.

Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
