After the fastener 311 is separated from the upper buckle 111 and the lower buckle 21 and the pull ring 321 is separated from the button 43, a person can pull the connecting band 32 to separate the connecting band 32 from the connecting ring 5, and then the movable sleeve 3 can be completely separated from the sleeve 2.
