Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary toilet covers, and particularly relates to a novel toilet cover and a toilet.

Background

With the gradual development of economy, a sitting type flushing closestool is arranged in a toilet of public places such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and the like. This presents a new hygiene problem-close contact between people and public health facilities may cause cross-contamination of skin diseases.

To solve this problem, sanitary toilet covers are widely used in public. In the prior art, the sanitary toilet cover mainly adopts a paper toilet pad packaged in a box, and needs to be laid again by a user when being used each time, which brings the problems of unmatched size, difficult fixing of the mounting position and the like.

However, there are the following problems: still requiring each replacement by the user.

Chinese patent application entitled "toilet lid" (application No. 201810554880.5) discloses a sanitary toilet lid with glue on one side, which solves the problem that the mounting position is difficult to fix.

The Chinese patent application with the subject name of 'a toilet seat mat' (application number 201610617507.0) discloses a technical scheme that a multi-layer paper mat is stuck on a cotton toilet seat base mat through an adhesive tape, and the aims of repeated installation and repeated use of a user are fulfilled.

However, the above technical solutions all have the following problems that are not solved:

1. the thickness is thicker, the stacking layer number per unit thickness is preferred, and the replacement is needed frequently in public places with larger flow of people;

2. the paper material is easy to be infiltrated and polluted by splashed water and other fluids, and the reliability of a user is difficult to obtain when the paper material is used in public places;

3. the cotton-based cushion has high cost and is easy to breed bacteria and viruses.

Polymer materials are widely used in various fields. Medical polymer materials are widely used in the medical field due to their safety to the human body, degradability, and other properties.

At present, no sanitary toilet cover with a toilet mat made of a polymer film material without repeated installation is available.

Accordingly, there is a need for a new toilet lid and a new toilet to solve the problems of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a novel toilet lid and a toilet, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.

A novel toilet cover comprises a toilet cushion and a toilet cover component;

the toilet cover component comprises a toilet ring and a cover plate, and the toilet ring is movably connected with the cover plate through a connecting component;

the toilet mat comprises more than one unit layer, and the unit layers comprise a surface layer, a base layer and a bottom layer; the surface layer is arranged on the first surface of the base layer, and the bottom layer is arranged on the second surface of the base layer; the surface layer is a release layer for preventing adhesion with skin, the bottom layer is an adhesive layer for adhering the unit layers, and the base layer is made of high polymer materials;

the bottom layer is connected with the upper surface of the toilet seat.

Furthermore, the toilet cover adopts an intelligent toilet cover and a non-intelligent toilet cover.

Furthermore, the surface layer is made of hydrophobic materials.

Preferably, the surface layer is one or more of paraffin, silicone grease and silicone oil.

Further, one or more of nano silver and antibacterial peptide are mixed and/or loaded in the base layer.

Furthermore, the base layer is made of degradable high polymer materials.

Preferably, the base layer is made of one or more of polylactic acid, biodegradable PET, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene hexanoate, hydroxybutyrate, polybutylene valerate, polyethylene succinate, amine polyesterate, polycaprolactone, polyethylene acid, starch and chitosan.

Further, the base layer is made of other plastics with additives for enhancing degradability.

Preferably, the base layer is made of one or more of plastic added with additive for enhancing degradability, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene.

Preferably, the bottom layer adopts one or more of acrylate glue and adhesive.

Further, the toilet mat comprises 50-100 layers of the unit layers.

Further, the thickness of the toilet seat pad is less than or equal to 1 cm.

When the novel toilet cover is used, the novel toilet cover is fixed on a toilet, and only one layer of the unit layer needs to be torn off before or after each user uses the novel toilet cover. When the marks show that the unit layers are exhausted or nearly exhausted, workers can replace the unit layers.

Since the toilet seat pad is too thick, which causes inconvenience to users, the thickness of the toilet seat pad is limited, and if the number of layers of the sanitary toilet seat cover is too small, the sanitary toilet seat cover is frequently replaced, which is not designed for convenient use. The invention adopts the polymer resin film as the consumable main body, so compared with the traditional paper, the consumable main body can be made very thin, more layers can be set per unit thickness, and the problem is solved.

Since the toilet often has splashing of water and other fluids, common materials can pollute other preset sanitary toilet covers, so that subsequent users cannot use the toilet covers, and the purpose of designing the multilayer toilet mat cannot be achieved conveniently. The invention adopts hydrophobic materials as the consumable main body, even if sewage and the like splash to the surface, the hydrophobic materials can not infiltrate into the lower layer, can not pollute other preset unit layers, and can not influence the use of the following people. The design of convenience and sanitation is highlighted.

The purpose of arranging the bulges is to facilitate a user to tear off the unit layer as a consumable, and to highlight the design purpose of convenient use.

The purpose of setting the mark is to facilitate users and maintainers to observe the use state, reduce the labor cost and highlight the design intention of convenient use.

The invention adopts the light and thin degradable polymer resin film as the consumable main body, has less loss each time, is environment-friendly and has low cost, and can directly flush the sewage pipe network with the sewage without causing blockage because of the light and thin property. Brings convenience to users and maintainers, and highlights the design initiatives of convenient use.

The nano silver is added into the surface layer, so that the effects of sterilization and disinfection can be effectively achieved. The design purpose of sanitary and clean is highlighted.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the unit layer is thin, more consumable units can be preset, and the service time is long;

2. has the effects of sterilization and disinfection;

3. the use is convenient, and the installation is not needed each time;

4. by using the hydrophobic material, other preset consumable units cannot be polluted, and the use of the latter is not influenced;
