Detailed Description

In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a bowl basket protecting assembly and a dishwasher of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figure 1, the dishwasher of the invention comprises a box body 1 and a box door 2, wherein the box body 1 is provided with an upper layer of slide rails and a lower layer of slide rails in an inner container 3, and is respectively connected with an upper bowl basket 4 and a lower bowl basket 4 in a sliding way through the two layers of slide rails. And in order to facilitate cleaning and disassembly, the upper bowl basket 4 and the lower bowl basket 4 are both detachably and fixedly connected with the sliding rail.

In order to transport the dishwasher, the upper and lower bowl baskets 4 can not move to damage the box body 1 and the box door 2; the box door 2 is provided with a bowl basket protecting component in the inner container 3. The top surface of the buffer cushion block 5 is abutted against the top surface of the inner container 3, so that the effect of fixing the bowl basket 4 to jump up and down is achieved in the up-down direction.

Thus, the two buffer cushion blocks 5 are directly inserted into the two bowl baskets 4 at the same time, and are respectively abutted against the box door 2 of the box body 1 through the front surface, the side surface and the top surface, so that the two bowl baskets 4 are completely fixed.

According to the space requirement of fixed demand and inner bag 3, can set up different corresponding structure to cushion 5 and bowl basket 4 to mainly concentrate on the design to the trench, like horizontal groove 6, vertical groove 7 and logical groove 8.

And the space between the upper bowl basket 4 and the box door 2 is relatively limited, the front end part 42 of the bowl basket 4 retracts inwards relative to the left side and the right side of the main body 41. The two cushion blocks 5 are provided with through grooves 8 on adjacent side surfaces, the through grooves 8 penetrate through the front surface and the back surface, the X-direction frame edges 43 and the Y-direction frame edges 44 of the front end parts 42 are inserted into the through grooves 8, and the Y-direction frame edges 44 are positioned in the through grooves 8. The cushion block 5 is thus also provided with the above-mentioned transverse grooves 6 and longitudinal grooves 7 for the insertion of the X-direction frame edge 43, the Y-direction frame edge 44 and the Z-direction frame edge 45 of the main body 41.

Moreover, in order to ensure the strength of the cushion block 5, the cushion block 5 comprises a connecting rod 51 and reinforcing blocks 52 at two ends of the connecting rod 51, wherein the distance between the front surface and the back surface of each reinforcing block 52 is larger than that of the connecting rod 51, and the reinforcing blocks are inserted into the bowl basket 4, so that the strength of the cushion block 5 is ensured.

Typically, to facilitate the formation of the cushion 5, the cushion 5 is made of foam.

Through cushion 5 like this, fill the clearance between bowl basket 4 and chamber door 2 and the inner bag 3, prevent that bowl basket 4 from removing for inner bag 3 in the transportation, and lead to chamber door 2 and inner bag 3 to damage.
