Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instrument management, and particularly relates to a counting method and system for surgical instruments.

Background

With continuous innovation of modern medical science and technology and continuous development and application of new services, higher requirements are put forward on the management of an operating room, the operating room bears heavy and complex operation treatment and traumatic patient rescue work of a whole hospital, and risk management of the operating room is directly related to the benefits of patients, so that the management and inventory of operating table instruments and articles are serious and serious problems, no errors can occur, how to make the work is the common pursuit target of operating personnel, and the work needs to be summarized, groped and perfected continuously.

The establishment and the perfection of the surgical instrument bag are the summary of years of clinical experience, and according to different types of surgical requirements, applicable general surgical instruments or special surgical instruments can be selected and assembled into various surgical instrument bags in a matching way. Surgical instruments, which are important tools for surgical treatment, have been the main subjects of hospital sterilization subjects, and after use, they need to undergo a series of standardized procedures such as recovery, sorting, cleaning, sterilization, drying, packaging, sterilization, storage, distribution, etc., which are generally completed in hospital sterilization supply centers. Therefore, the work quality of the disinfection supply center is directly related to the safety of medical treatment and nursing, and the strengthening of the storage and management quality of sterile articles is a key link for preventing and controlling hospital infection in hospitals. The hospital disinfection supply center has to count and sort the surgical instruments in the surgical instrument bag before the surgical instruments are disinfected, dried, sterilized and the like, the cleaning of the surgical instrument bag in the prior art is generally completed by manual unpacking, and the manual unpacking inspection mode has the problems that once accidents such as surgical instrument loss and the like occur, related units cannot define responsibility, and moreover, a large amount of personnel and time are consumed for counting, the labor efficiency is very low, the labor intensity is high, the used surgical instruments are easy to cause injury to human bodies during unpacking inspection, and the like, so that certain difficulty is brought to hospital management work.

Based on the problems in the prior art, the chinese patent with application number 201010284431.7 discloses a management system and method in the field of application of RFID surgical instruments, which mainly adopts the scheme of attaching an RFID tag to each surgical instrument in each surgical pack to collect and store the flow attribute information of the surgical pack; wherein, after the operation, the operating room is checked: before and after the operation of the operation bag, reading the tag data by using a handheld RFID reader-writer, checking the number, names and types of instruments in the operation bag, and recording the actual consumption condition; after confirmation, the system automatically records the date of the inspection and the inspector information. In fact, however, the RFID tag embedded in the metal surgical instrument is expensive and difficult to process, and the RFID tag itself is easy to fall off after long-time use, and therefore, when the handheld RFID reader-writer is used for reading the RFID tag information embedded in the surgical instrument, the RFID tag information cannot be read or the transmission stability is poor due to the fact that most of the surgical instruments are made of stainless steel materials due to the blocking of the metal, and the practical use is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects that related responsibilities cannot be defined and labor intensity is high after accidents occur when medical instruments are manually unpacked and checked, and the cost is high when electronic tags are embedded into surgical instruments, the process difficulty is high, and the stability of electronic tag information transmission is poor in the prior art, the application provides the checking method and the system for the surgical instruments.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a method for checking surgical instruments is characterized in that under the condition that a surgical instrument is not unpacked, a surgical instrument checking system is used for identifying the type of a surgical instrument pack to be detected, and omnibearing X-ray scanning is carried out on the surgical instrument pack to be detected, so that the surgical instrument information of the surgical instrument pack to be detected is obtained;

comparing the surgical instrument information of the surgical instrument package to be tested with the surgical instrument packages of the same type in the surgical instrument standard library;

if the comparison result is consistent, the surgical instrument information of the surgical instrument package to be checked is the same as the surgical instrument packages of the same type in the surgical instrument standard library, and the surgical instrument packages to be checked are put in a warehouse or issued; if the comparison result is abnormal, whether the number of the surgical instruments is different or the shapes of the images are different, the surgical instrument counting management system sends an alarm prompt to remind related personnel to manually open and count the surgical instrument package;
