Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of orthodontic appliances, in particular to a buccal tube.

Background

The buccal tube is an important component of the orthodontic fixing appliance and consists of a hollow tube, a traction hook and a bottom plate. Generally, the buccal tube is directly adhered or adhered and fixed on the molar tooth surface through a belt ring, the correcting arch wire passes through the hollow tube of the buccal tube, and the buccal tube can play a role in fixing the arch wire. The buccal tube is provided with a traction hook for hanging a rubber ring or a tension spring and the like for performing intramaxillofacial or intermaxillary traction. Usually, the use of the traction hook does not extend through the whole orthodontic cycle, but only is used in the early stage or the middle and later stages of the orthodontics, but the traction hooks set on the buccal tube in the current market are all fixed traction hooks, and the traction hooks cannot be removed when the traction hooks are not used in the current buccal tube. The structure of the traction hook stimulates oral mucosa due to functional requirements, strong foreign body sensation is easy to be brought to patients, and the traction hooks in the market all have favorable angle structures, so that discomfort is brought to the patients. In order to reduce the foreign body sensation of a patient, the buccal tube which can be hidden when the traction hook is not used is provided, so that the discomfort brought to the patient in the use process of the buccal tube can be greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a buccal tube with a concealable pulling hook.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

a buccal tube comprises a bottom plate and a main body which are connected, wherein a traction hook which can move or rotate relative to the main body is arranged on the main body, an accommodating space is arranged in the main body, and when the traction hook is not used, the traction hook is arranged in the accommodating space; when the towing hook is used, one end of the towing hook is outwards rotated or moved away from the accommodating space.

In some preferred embodiments, a rotating shaft is provided on the main body, and the towing hook is rotatably connected with the main body through the rotating shaft.

In a further preferred embodiment, the axis of rotation is parallel or perpendicular to the base plate.

In other preferred embodiments, the accommodating space is an elongated space, one end of the towing hook is inserted into the accommodating space, and the towing hook is movable along an extending direction of the accommodating space.

In some preferred embodiments, the main body further comprises a stopper for limiting a rotation angle or a movement displacement of the towing hook.

In a further preferred embodiment, the stopper comprises an elastic stopper.

In some further preferred embodiments, two limiting protrusions are formed on a side surface of the towing hook, when the towing hook is not used, the elastic limiting part abuts against a side wall of the first limiting protrusion to block the towing hook from rotating or moving, when the towing hook is used, a force is applied to rotate or move the towing hook, the first limiting protrusion extrudes the elastic limiting part to deform the elastic limiting part, then the first limiting protrusion passes over the elastic limiting part, and when the towing hook rotates or moves to a use position, the elastic limiting part abuts against a side wall of the second limiting protrusion to block the towing hook from continuing rotating or moving.

In some further preferred embodiments, when the towing hook rotates or moves to the use position, two sides of the elastic limiting piece respectively abut against the side walls of the first limiting protrusion and the second limiting protrusion.

In some further preferred embodiments, the main body includes a limiting part and an elastic limiting part, the elastic limiting part is disposed in the accommodating space, a third limiting protrusion is formed on a side surface of the traction hook, when the traction hook is not used, the elastic limiting part abuts against a side wall of the third limiting protrusion to block the traction hook from rotating, when the traction hook is used, a force is applied to rotate or move the traction hook, the third limiting protrusion extrudes the elastic limiting part to deform, then the third limiting protrusion passes over the elastic limiting part, and when the traction hook rotates or moves to a use position, the limiting part abuts against the traction hook to block the traction hook from continuing to rotate or move.

In still other preferred embodiments, when the towing hook is rotated or moved to the use position, two sides of the third limiting protrusion respectively abut against the elastic limiting piece and the limiting piece.

In some preferred embodiments, when the towing hook is placed in the accommodating space, the outer surface of the towing hook matches with the outer surface of the main body to form a smooth curved surface.

In a further preferred embodiment, the smoothly curved surface is an ellipsoid-like or sphere-like shape.

In some preferred embodiments, the outer surface of the towing hook is smoothly curved.

In some preferred embodiments, the end of the towing hook facing the outside of the main body when in use is in the shape of a hook or a protrusion, and the hook or the protrusion can be used for hanging a towing accessory.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the following positive effects: the invention provides a buccal tube with a concealable traction hook, which comprises a bottom plate and a main body which are connected, wherein the main body is provided with the traction hook which can move or rotate relative to the main body; when the towing hook is used, the towing hook rotates outwards or moves away from the accommodating space; the fixed type traction hook arranged on the traditional buccal tube is changed into the rotatable or movable type traction hook, when the traction hook is not needed, the traction hook is hidden in the accommodating space, so that the stimulation of the traction hook to the oral mucosa of a patient can be greatly reduced, the discomfort of the patient is relieved, when the traction hook is needed, the traction hook can be taken out from the accommodating space through rotation or movement, and the use of the traction hook is not influenced.
