Background

The bed position conversion of this kind of patient still relies on medical personnel's manpower transport at present when actual operation, often needs many people to exert force simultaneously and hold up the patient. The transfer trolley and the target bed are relatively wide in distance after being closed, so that the force application of transfer personnel is limited. In addition, the uneven manpower not only makes the transportation laborious, but also has the difficulty in controlling the stability, and is easy to cause severe jolt, so that the patient suffers from secondary trauma. Of course, the present medical transport vehicle with electromechanical equipment is not popularized and applied because of expensive cost of electromechanical equipment or limitation of oil leakage phenomenon of hydraulic equipment to places requiring strict disinfection in hospitals.
