6. A manufacturing method of a rubber-free middle-tyre-layer leather basketball is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) manufacturing a thickened inner container layer, wherein the thickness of the thickened inner container is thickened on the premise of ensuring the weight requirements of the lagging basketballs of different models;

(2) the thickening-resistant liner deformation layer is formed by winding yarns to form a yarn layer or pasting a first cloth to form a first cloth pasting layer;

(3) cutting the synthetic leather into sheets according to the requirement, and then coating an adhesive on the outer surface of the thickening-proof inner container deformation layer or the inner surface of the synthetic leather; or coating adhesives on the outer surface of the thickening-preventing liner deformation layer and the inner surface of the synthetic leather;

(4) when the outer skin is pasted by a machine, putting the cut synthetic leather in a pasting mould with a set temperature of 20-70 ℃, connecting an inflation air needle of the pasting mould with an air inlet hole of an inner tube layer, closing the mould and inflating, and enabling the synthetic leather to be bonded with a first cloth pasting layer of a yarn layer in a heating and pressurizing mode;

when manual leather sticking is adopted, the area is divided according to the shape of the cut leather, and then the outer skin is stuck manually according to the area.

or first sticking cloth is stuck on the outer surface of the thickened inner container layer, and then a layer of paste or latex is coated on the surface of the first sticking cloth to obtain the composite layer for preventing the deformation of the thickened inner container.

8. The method for making a rubber-free middle-tyre-layer covered basketball as claimed in claim 6 or 7,

Taking basketball as an example, from the development course of basketball:

the earliest basketball was a rubber basketball, which was made by adding a yarn layer to a liner layer, then laminating rubber on the yarn layer, and then placing the laminated ball into a vulcanization mold for high temperature vulcanization. Although the rubber basketball is cheap and durable, the rubber basketball has hard hand feeling, is easy to slip after being played for a long time, is not high, and is suitable for outdoor places such as cement grounds and the like.

Therefore, with the development of the times, the places for ball games gradually develop towards indoor sports, and people have diversified products and high-end requirements on basketball products, so that the leather-covered basketball is produced. The leather-covered basketball, namely the PU basketball commonly spoken in narrow sense, is formed by adhering a PU leather/synthetic leather outer skin layer on the outer surface of a rubber middle tire similar to the rubber basketball on the basis of the rubber basketball, wherein the PU outer skin has more comfortable hand feeling, although the PU outer skin is not as wear-resistant as the rubber basketball, the hand feeling is comfortable, the appearance is attractive, and the leather-covered basketball is more suitable for indoor and plastic grounds and is relatively higher. The existing covered basketball basically has the following basic four-layer structure from inside to outside: 1) inner tube layer, 2) yarn layer, 3) rubber middle tube layer, 4) synthetic leather outer skin layer, some products of course still can possess some special hierarchical structures that increase for the product has better performance. Wherein: the inner container layer is used for forming an inflatable inner container, is mainly used for inflating and providing elasticity; the outer surface of the inner container layer is wound with yarns, so that the circumference of the inner container can be better fixed, the inner container layer is prevented from deforming, the rubber inner layer can be conveniently divided into outer skin layer areas, and the outer skin layer can improve the hand feeling of grabbing control. CN 208877847U discloses a cloth-covered basketball, which comprises an inner container, a yarn-winding layer, a middle tyre layer (the middle tyre layer is made of foamed rubber), a foaming layer and a surface skin, which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; the material of epidermis is the cotton. According to the scheme, a foaming layer is designed between the middle tire layer and the surface skin, and the cotton surface skin is adopted.

CN 208626560U discloses a novel sewing structure basketball, and it includes crust, well child, bubble cotton elastic layer, and the printing has the stalk line on the crust, is equipped with the sewing trace on the stalk line, is equipped with bubble cotton elastic layer, well child in the crust.

The basketballs disclosed in these documents, however, still have the four-layer basic structure of a conventional skinned basketball: 1) inner tube layer, 2) yarn layer, 3) foamed rubber middle tube layer/common rubber middle tube layer/middle tube outer skin, 4) synthetic leather outer skin layer. Although the problems of insufficient gripping feeling and rebound resilience of the basketball are solved by arranging the foaming layer/the foam layer in the prior art, the basketball is still provided with the middle tyre layer (comprising the foaming rubber middle tyre layer/the common rubber middle tyre layer), a process for pasting the rubber middle tyre layer still cannot be omitted, and for the leather-pasted basketball provided with the rubber middle tyre layer, the vulcanization process of the rubber middle tyre layer in the manufacturing process and the polishing process required for better adhering the vulcanized rubber layer surface oil leakage to the surface layer cannot be avoided, so that the pollution caused by high energy consumption and vulcanization required by the high-temperature vulcanization process and the dust and energy loss generated by the polishing process cannot be avoided.

The following patent publications are also taken as examples:

CN2386848Y discloses a basketball, including the air cock, inner bag, twine yarn layer and skin layer, the skin layer comprises eight, and the connecting strip between the adjacent skin layer is protruding in the junction of adjacent two sheets of skins and forms the slot. The specification particularly emphasizes that the rubber basketball is made of an outer skin layer, and the outer skin layer of the known rubber basketball is formed by connecting eight pieces of rubber through connecting strips. CN100491101C discloses a manufacturing process of a machine-bonded basketball, which comprises the steps of firstly, adding a winding layer after winding a ball bladder, then, coating a rubber layer on the winding layer, vulcanizing to form an inner tube, and coating rubber on the inner tube; the method specifically comprises the following steps: placing eight pre-cut spherical sheets and spherical stems in two hemispherical special molds at intervals, attaching the spherical sheets and the spherical stems to the heated molds through vacuum adsorption, placing the glued inner tube in the molds and communicating the inner tube with the mold inflation holes, filling 0.8-1.0 MPa of air into the inner tube after the molds are closed, and attaching the inner tube, the spherical sheets and the spherical stems together through pressurization and heating. The manufacturing process of the covered basketball disclosed by the scheme also needs to obtain a vulcanized inner tube (namely the rubber middle tube with the rubber middle tube layer) firstly.

The following steps are repeated: the manufacturing processes of the veneer ball disclosed in CN104960213B and CN 104524748B all require vulcanizing the rubber raw material medium tire/rubber raw material veneer ball to obtain a vulcanized medium tire/vulcanized veneer ball, and then polishing the vulcanized medium tire/vulcanized veneer ball by using a polishing machine to remove oil on the outer surface of the vulcanized medium tire. Therefore, vulcanization is an essential step for preparing the rubber-covered basketball middle tire by using rubber as a raw material, mainly a rubber middle tire layer of the covered basketball.

In summary, the traditional leather-covered basketball is developed based on the rubber basketball, so that in the development process of the traditional leather-covered basketball, the rubber middle tyre layer is used as an essential structural layer of the leather-covered basketball, and therefore the vulcanization process and the grinding process of the rubber middle tyre layer in the manufacturing process engineering, and the energy consumption and pollution caused by the vulcanization process and the grinding process cannot be avoided.

Based on the defects in the manufacturing process of the laminated basketball in the prior art and the defects of the existing laminated basketball, the invention aims to provide the laminated basketball with the vulcanized-rubber-free middle tyre layer and the manufacturing method thereof.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rubber-free middle-tyre-layer-covered basketball and a manufacturing method thereof.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the rubber-free middle-tyre-layer skinning basketball adopts a three-layer main structure of a thickened inner-liner layer, a thickening-prevention inner-liner deformation layer and an outer-skin layer, wherein the thickening-prevention inner-liner deformation layer wraps the outer surface of the thickened inner-liner layer, and the outer-skin layer covers the outer surface of the thickening-prevention inner-liner deformation layer;

the thickness of the thickened inner container layer is thickened on the premise that the weight requirements of the basketball with the skin of different models are met.

According to the leather-covered basketball provided by the scheme, the traditional rubber middle tyre layer is omitted, the quality occupied by the middle tyre layer in the leather-covered basketball in the prior art is transferred to the inner container layer to form the thickened inner container, the process for pasting the middle tyre layer in the manufacturing process of the traditional leather-covered basketball, particularly the vulcanization process for forming the rubber middle tyre layer can be omitted, the polishing process for the surface of the rubber middle tyre layer after vulcanization can be omitted, and the energy consumption and pollution caused by the vulcanization process and the polishing process can be avoided; simultaneously, to the veneer basketball of equal weight requirement (model), the weight adjustment of child layer in the rubber that will save is to the inner bag layer on, forms to aggravate the inner bag, can thicken inner bag thickness to the inner bag of the same material to improve the gas tightness of basketball inner bag.

For example: according to the international standard, the weight of a No. 7 skinned basketball is 600-650 g, the weight of a traditional skinned basketball with a vulcanized rubber middle tire layer is about 200g, and the weight of an inner container is about 200 g. The leather-covered basketball adopting the structure of the invention avoids a rubber middle tyre layer, so the weight of the rubber middle tyre layer can be transferred to the inner container layer, the inner container with about 400 grams is adopted, under the condition of adopting the inner container with the same material, the thickness of the inner container layer of the inner container with about 400 grams is nearly doubled compared with that of the inner container layer with about 200 grams, the air tightness of the inner container is doubled, and the air retention time of the middle tyre is doubled.

Specifically, for a No. 7 basketball, the rubber inner tube of the traditional No. 7 basketball is about 200g, and the rubber inner tube of the traditional No. 7 basketball is about 200 g. In order to further better fix the circumference of the liner, prevent the liner from infinitely expanding in the process of inflating the liner and prevent the liner from deforming, the liner deformation prevention layer is a composite layer consisting of a yarn layer and paste or latex, or a composite layer consisting of a cloth pasting layer and the paste or latex.

The paste or the latex is further coated on the outer surface patterns of the yarn layer, the patching layer or other fabric layers, and the yarn layer, the patching layer or other fabric layers can be more compact and firm after the paste or the latex is dried and solidified, so that the deformation of the inner container can be better prevented.

The second rubberizing layer enables the direct better laminating of cortex and the anti-thickening inner bag deformation layer, especially when the anti-thickening inner bag deformation layer is the compound layer that yarn layer or yarn layer and thickener or latex are constituteed, the surface can be too level and smooth, pastes one deck rubberizing earlier, can realize the cortex better and prevent the laminating between the thickening inner bag deformation layer.

With the development of electronic technology, in order to increase the intelligent function and entertainment of the ball, an electronic device is implanted in the ball body. These electronic devices include, but are not limited to, various small or miniature electronic devices such as chips and various sensors for implementing intelligent ball application functions, for example, displacement sensors for recording ball motion tracks.

Preferably, the material of the stalk line is one of PVC, PU and fiber material.

For the existing basketball with rubber middle tyre layer and leather, the stem line is generally made of rubber, and the leakage part is easy to age and crack when contacting with air and sunlight due to low rubber density and is not wear-resistant. The stem line in the invention is made of synthetic materials such as synthetic PVC, PU, fiber and the like, is not easy to age and crack when being contacted by sunlight, is more wear-resistant when in use, and has longer service life.

Specifically, the outer skin layer is a synthetic leather outer skin layer, and preferably, the synthetic leather outer skin layer is made of PVC or PU.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the rubber-free middle-tyre-layer leather-covered basketball, which specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) manufacturing a thickened inner container layer, wherein the thickness of the thickened inner container is thickened on the premise of ensuring the weight requirements of the lagging basketballs of different models;

(2) the thickening-resistant liner deformation layer is formed by winding yarns to form a yarn layer or pasting a first cloth to form a first cloth pasting layer;

(3) cutting the synthetic leather into sheets according to the requirement, and then coating an adhesive on the outer surface of the thickening-proof inner container deformation layer or the inner surface of the synthetic leather; or coating adhesives on the outer surface of the thickening-preventing liner deformation layer and the inner surface of the synthetic leather;

(4) when the outer skin is pasted by a machine, putting the cut synthetic leather in a pasting mould with a set temperature of 20-70 ℃, connecting an inflation air needle of the pasting mould with an air inlet hole of an inner tube layer, closing the mould and inflating, and enabling the synthetic leather to be bonded with a first cloth pasting layer of a yarn layer in a heating and pressurizing mode;

when manual leather sticking is adopted, the area is divided according to the shape of the cut leather, and then the outer skin is stuck manually according to the area.

In another scheme, when the thickening-resistant liner deformation layer in the step (2) is a composite layer for preventing the thickening-resistant liner from deforming, the method is specifically as follows:

firstly, winding yarns on the outer surface of the thickened liner layer, and then coating paste or latex on the surfaces of the yarns to obtain a composite layer for preventing the deformation of the thickened liner;

or first sticking cloth is stuck on the outer surface of the thickened inner container layer, and then a layer of paste or latex is coated on the surface of the first sticking cloth to obtain the composite layer for preventing the deformation of the thickened inner container.

And (3) further, arranging a second cloth pasting layer on the outer surface of the thickening-prevention liner deformation layer, wherein the second cloth pasting layer is covered on the whole surface or is locally arranged on the outer surface of the whole thickening-prevention liner layer, and then coating the adhesive on the outer surface of the second cloth pasting layer or the inner surface of the synthetic leather. Or coating adhesives on the outer surface of the thickening-proof inner container deformation layer and the inner surface of the synthetic leather.

Furthermore, the manufacturing method also comprises the step of attaching or printing the stem line,

when the stalk lines are arranged in a printing mode, firstly, the stalk lines are printed on the surface of the cut synthetic leather, and then the synthetic leather printed with the stalk lines is attached to the outer surface of the thickening-resistant liner deformation layer by adopting a machine attaching or manual attaching method to form an outer skin layer;

when the stem line is arranged in a sticking mode, if the outer skin is stuck by a machine, the stem line and the cut synthetic leather are put together in a sticking mould according to regions for die assembly and skin sticking or the synthetic leather is stuck by the sticking mould firstly and then the stem line is stuck manually; if manual skin pasting is adopted, firstly pasting the stem lines according to the regions in the step (4), and then manually pasting the outer skin according to the regions divided by the stem lines, or manually pasting the outer skin according to the regions and then manually pasting the stem lines;

when the stem thread needs to be attached to the outer surface of the thickening-prevention liner deformation layer and the thickening-prevention liner deformation layer is a yarn layer or a composite layer consisting of the yarn layer and paste or latex, the second cloth attaching layer is wholly or locally arranged on the outer surface of the thickening-prevention liner layer in a covering mode; when the stalk line need paste and establish prevent that thickening inner bag warp the surface on layer just prevent that thickening inner bag warp the layer be first rubberizing layer, or when the composite bed that first rubberizing layer and thickener or latex are constituteed, the second rubberizing layer only set up in the stalk line paste establish the department can.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. exempt from to vulcanize and exempt from to polish, reduce energy consumption and pollution: compared with the traditional skin-covered basketball with a 4-layer structure, the skin-covered basketball with the three-layer structure breaks through the inherent ideas of manufacturing and designing the traditional skin-covered basketball. On one hand, because the outer skin layer is directly attached to the inner container deformation prevention layer (the yarn layer or the cloth layer or the composite layer thereof), the bound of the middle rubber layer is avoided, and the bounce and the flexibility of the ball body are better. The middle tire manufactured by the prior art is formed by adhering rubber materials on yarns or adhesive cloth and then vulcanizing the yarns or the adhesive cloth in a vulcanization mold, and because rubber needs to be vulcanized during manufacturing, the rubber layer and the yarn layer or the adhesive cloth layer are mutually permeated during the vulcanization process, the manufactured middle tire is hard, and the feeling of beating and touching is obviously hard compared with the middle tire of the invention. On the other hand, as the rubber middle tire layer in the four-layer structure of the traditional leather-covered basketball is directly saved, the vulcanization process of the rubber middle tire in the manufacturing process can be saved, the bad phenomenon generated in the vulcanization process can be avoided, and the step of polishing the surface of the rubber layer can be saved; therefore, the energy consumption and pollution caused by the vulcanization process and the grinding process in the manufacturing process engineering of the tire layer in the rubber can be avoided.

2. The cost is reduced: in the production of the rubber middle tire layer manufactured by the prior art, because the stability of raw materials is insufficient, vulcanization reaction is required to be carried out in a vulcanization mold, and generally 2% -5% of defective products exist, once the raw materials are unstable or a little deviation or temperature deviation of a vulcanization mold occurs in a material beating process, phenomena such as uneven vulcanization or inner tire implosion can be caused, the rubber middle tire layer cannot be recovered after being subjected to vulcanization mold, defective products are caused, and the market price is high. The leather-covered basketball adopting the three-layer structure saves a rubber middle layer, thereby avoiding the defects caused in the rubber manufacturing and vulcanizing process, reducing the defect rate, reducing the production cost and being more beneficial to market application. The rubber middle tyre layer is omitted, but the basic functions of the basketball, such as bounce height, impact resistance and the like, are not affected.

3. Aggravate the inner bag, improve the gas tightness: according to the invention, in the manufacturing process of the leather-covered basketball, the rubber middle tyre layer is omitted, the outer skin layer is directly attached to the thickening-prevention inner container deformation layer (the yarn layer or the cloth layer or the corresponding layer thereof), the weight of the traditional rubber middle tyre layer can be transferred to the inner container layer for the same type of basketball (the weight is the same), the weighting inner container is adopted, the inner container layer can be thickened for the inner container layer made of the same material, and the air tightness of the thickened inner container is higher.

4.
