The invention relates to the technical field of polishing of ceramic, gem and glass materials, in particular to a coping jig and a method for coping a polishing grinding tool by matching the coping jig with an original polishing device.

Background of the invention is described.

With the development of science and technology, materials such as ceramics, gems, glass and the like are widely applied, and corresponding processing technologies are continuously innovated in order to meet the requirements of different industries on the materials. Currently, copper grinding heads (including but not limited to ordinary copper grinding heads, resin copper grinding heads, and synthetic copper grinding heads) are often used as the preferred polishing medium because of their superior surface polishing effect.

After a long time of polishing operation, the flatness of the working surface of the copper grinding head becomes poor or the working surface is severely worn, so that the surface of a processed product is scratched, is not penetrated and the like. Generally speaking, a great deal of cost can be saved and the processing efficiency can be improved by a grinding head repairing process with high efficiency and high quality.

The traditional grinding head repairing process is to mill the flaw of the grinding head by utilizing CNC, the process is complex in operation, high in repairing cost and low in efficiency, and the repairing quality of the copper grinding head is very common. The improved grinding head repairing process is used for repairing the working surface of the copper grinding head by utilizing the sintered grinding wheel of the grinding machine, the repairing quality is improved, and the defect of complex operation cannot be avoided. Furthermore, for the two repair processes described above: 1) the copper grinding head is disassembled and assembled by means of special equipment tools, and the disassembled copper grinding head is sent to a machine tool for processing and repairing, so that the time consumption is long, other equipment is introduced, and the improvement of the production efficiency is seriously restricted; 2) the copper grinding head and the grinding jig can rotate relatively when being repaired, the problem that the grinding speed of the edge area and the grinding speed of the middle area are not uniform can be caused due to the fact that the edge linear speed is high and the middle linear speed is low in the rotating process, the repairing degree of each part on the operation surface of the copper grinding head is not uniform, and therefore the difference of products obtained by machining with the polishing grinding tool is large, and the product quality cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore, the industry needs a coping jig and a coping method which are simple and convenient to operate and can effectively improve the repairing quality and the repairing efficiency of the copper grinding head, and meanwhile, in order to achieve the technical purpose, the polishing device needs to be correspondingly improved in structure in a matching mode.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a grinding jig and a grinding method which can repair a copper grinding head on line and can grind the copper grinding head uniformly at all positions so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the grinding jig comprises a grinding surface, wherein a carborundum layer is arranged on the grinding surface, a spiral groove and an empty avoiding groove are further formed in the grinding surface, and the empty avoiding groove is located in the center of the spiral groove.

Preferably, a plurality of liquid discharge holes are formed in the grinding jig, and the liquid discharge holes penetrate through the whole grinding jig and are connected with the grinding surface and the opposite surface of the grinding surface.

Preferably, the liquid discharge hole is communicated with the spiral groove.

Preferably, the width of the spiral groove is 0.2-3 mm, the depth of the spiral groove is 0.2-5 mm, and the distance between adjacent grooves is 0.2-5 mm; the clearance groove is a circular groove, the diameter of the circular groove is 3-25 mm, and the depth of the circular groove is 0.2-5 mm.

Preferably, the main body of the coping jig is made of metal and is prepared by CNC (computerized numerical control) machining and embedding a compact diamond sand layer on a working surface, and the grain size of used diamond sand is 0.01-0.5 mm.

The invention also provides a grinding device, which comprises any one grinding jig, a rotating base for arranging the polishing grinding tool, a positioning jig for realizing the close attachment of the grinding jig and the polishing grinding tool, and a swinging mechanism for driving the grinding jig to do periodic circular motion on the polishing grinding tool, wherein the swinging mechanism is in linkage with the positioning jig.

Preferably, the swing mechanism comprises a power source and a double-crank mechanism, one end of the double-crank mechanism is connected with the power source, the other end of the double-crank mechanism is connected with the positioning jig, the double-crank mechanism drives the grinding jig to do periodic circular motion on the polishing surface of the polishing grinding tool, 360-degree grinding operation on the polishing surface is achieved, and the grinding surface is abraded uniformly.

Preferably, the positioning jig comprises a vertically arranged ejector rod and a rolling bearing arranged at the lower end of the ejector rod, a circular countersunk hole matched with the rolling bearing is formed in the grinding jig, and the grinding jig and the ejector rod are rotatably connected through the matching between the countersunk hole and the rolling bearing.

1) preparing a coping jig, and arranging a carborundum layer on a coping surface of the coping jig;

2) pressing the coping jig on the polishing grinding tool to be repaired through the positioning jig so that the coping surface of the coping jig is tightly attached to the polishing surface of the polishing grinding tool;

3) the polishing grinding tool is driven by the rotary base to do self-rotating motion relative to the polishing jig, so that the polishing surface is subjected to rotary polishing, meanwhile, the positioning jig is driven by the swing mechanism to do periodic circular motion, the polishing jig is driven to do periodic circular motion on the polishing grinding tool, and the polishing surface is uniformly polished at all positions.

Preferably, when the polishing device of the product has the same structure as the coping device in the invention, the coping method carries out coping operation on the polishing grinding tool according to the product polishing process.

Specifically, the polishing device and the grinding device have the same structure, which means that the polishing device comprises a polishing grinding tool arranged on a rotating base, a positioning jig for realizing the close contact between a product and the polishing grinding tool, and a swinging mechanism for driving the product to do periodic circular motion on the polishing grinding tool, and the positioning jig and the swinging mechanism are the same as the grinding device in the invention in internal structure and connection relation, and the difference is that the positioning jig is connected with a product placing table instead of the grinding jig. During polishing operation, the polishing device drives the product to do periodic circular motion on the polishing grinding tool through the swing mechanism and the positioning jig.

During the coping operation, firstly the product placing table is taken down and replaced by the coping jig on the basis of the polishing device, then the product polishing process is imitated, the coping jig is driven by the swing mechanism and the positioning jig to do periodic circular motion on the polishing grinding tool, finally the coping work is completed, and the coping jig is taken down and replaced by the product placing table.

Preferably, in the step 1), the process of preparing the coping jig is as follows: the carborundum with the grain diameter of 0.01-0.5 mm is densely embedded on the working surface of the die repairing jig by electroplating and sintering or adding a binder.

Specifically, the polishing grinding tool is a resin copper grinding head, and is prepared by uniformly mixing diamond powder with the particle size of 0.001-0.02 mm, copper powder and a resin binder, and then performing high-temperature high-pressure treatment, CNC (computer numerical control) processing and other steps, wherein the mass fraction of the diamond powder in the resin copper grinding head is 1-5%, and the diamond powder is uniformly distributed at each part of the grinding head; in contrast, the main body of the polishing jig is made of metal, a layer of compact large-particle-size diamond grains is electroplated and sintered on the surface of the metal to form a polishing surface, and the polishing jig prepared by the method can realize polishing operation on a polishing grinding tool.

The grinding jig provided by the invention is provided with the plurality of liquid discharging holes, so that the cooling liquid can be directly guided to the grinding position, the utilization maximization of the cooling liquid is further realized, and the cooling liquid can be ensured to fully exert the lubricating and cooling effects; because the drain hole directly communicates the spiral groove, so the coolant liquid is stored in the space formed by spiral groove and polishing surface and slowly oozes out along with the polishing action, also is favorable to reducing the waste, effectively reduces the volume of spraying of polishing solution, greatly reduced manufacturing cost.

3. The invention also provides a grinding device comprising the grinding jig, the grinding jig is ensured to be always attached to a polishing grinding tool by utilizing the positioning jig and the pressure loading mechanism, the grinding jig is driven to do periodic circular motion on the to-be-polished grinding tool by the swinging mechanism with the double-crank mechanism, and meanwhile, the to-be-polished grinding tool is rotated and polished relative to the grinding jig, so that the uniform repair of all positions of the working surface of the grinding tool can be realized, the repair quality of the polishing grinding tool is improved, and the quality control of subsequent polishing operation is favorably improved.

4. The grinding method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and easiness in operation, can realize uniform repair of all positions on the polishing grinding tool by matching with the grinding device, has good grinding effect, and prolongs the service life of the polishing grinding tool; in addition, when the structure of the polishing device of the product is the same as that of the grinding device in the invention, the grinding method can be combined with the original polishing device, the effect that the same set of equipment is adopted for the polishing operation and the grinding operation is realized, the grinding tool to be ground is not required to be disassembled or assembled, other processing equipment is not required to be introduced, the grinding tool is only required to replace the product placing table and be matched with the structure of the polishing device, the polishing tool can be ground on line, the whole grinding process completely imitates the polishing process of the product, the cost is greatly saved, the repairing efficiency is obviously improved due to the reduction of a large number of assembling and disassembling and moving operations, and the invention has great popularization and application values.
