Background

In the related art, in order to meet the welding requirement, a welding part is usually embedded in the product.

Specifically, taking a silicone key as an example: in the prior art, when the silica gel key is produced, a metal frame is firstly manufactured, and then silica gel is injected on the metal frame to form the silica gel key; the metal frame is used as an embedded part and forms welding on the surface of the silica gel key. The manufacturing method has complex process and high production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to at least solve the technical problems of complex production process and high production cost of the weldable silica gel product in the prior art.

To this end, some embodiments of the present invention provide a mounting apparatus for producing weldable silica gel articles that is simple in process and low in production cost.

In view of the above, according to some embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a weldable silica gel article mounting apparatus, comprising: the mounting platform is provided with a first mounting position and a mounting nail position positioned on one side of the mounting position; the nail suction device is positioned on the other side of the first mounting position; and the stamping device is arranged corresponding to the first installation position.

The mounting nails 50 are automatically fed through the vibrating disc, enter the feeding end of the second conveying device, are conveyed by the second conveying device to reach the upper part of the mounting nail position, and are sucked to the first mounting position by the nail sucking device 20.

Further, after the product is installed, the first conveying device can directly convey the product to the next station, and specifically, the product can be conveyed to the packaging station for automatic braid production.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, and 9 to 11, the mounting nail 50 is a staple or a T-shaped nail; the length of the foot of the mounting nail 50 is longer than the thickness of the silicone rubber product 60 at the position where the mounting nail is mounted.

In this embodiment, the U-shaped nail has two legs, which increases the connection strength between the installation nail 50 and the silicone product 60, and the T-shaped nail requires less resistance when being driven into the semi-finished product, thereby reducing the power required by the punching device 30, and reducing the probability of cracking of the silicone product 60 after being driven into the silicone product 60, and the cost of the T-shaped nail is lower; the length of the support leg of the installation nail 50 is longer than the thickness of the installation nail position of the silica gel product 60, when punching, the support leg penetrates through the silica gel product 60 and is supported against the installation nail 50 by the punching head 32, then, the silica gel product 60 is conveyed to the second installation position, the pressing block 46 is pressed downwards, the cushion block 42 moves upwards, the support leg penetrating through the silica gel product 60 is bent, and then the installation of the silica gel product 60 is completed.

Further, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the legs of the mounting nail 50 are provided with notches.

In this embodiment, the gap is formed on the support leg of the mounting nail 50, so that a bending point exists at the support leg of the mounting nail 50, which is more beneficial to the matching between the mounting nail 50 and the silica gel product 60, and the situation that the mounting nail 50 extrudes a product or the mounting nail 50 loosens is avoided.

Further, the notches may be located on opposite sides of the two legs of the mounting nail 50, so that the legs are bent inward, and the probability of the surface of the mounting nail 50 protruding and squeezing the silicone rubber product 60 is reduced.

According to the installation equipment 1 for the weldable silica gel product, when the U-shaped nail reaches the waiting position, the air nozzle extends out of the suction U-shaped nail to be above the first installation position (so that the process of assembling the installation nail 50 is not influenced by a mechanical structure); the punching head 32 is pressed down, and the U-shaped nail penetrates through the silica gel product 60 to a preset position; the tool enters the next station; the upper surface of the U-shaped nail is fixed by a pressing block 46, a cushion block 42 with a bending guide groove 44 at the lower end is punched upwards, the upper surface of the U-shaped nail is taken as a reference, the deformation of the U-shaped nail is reduced, the flatness and the coplanarity of the surface of a welding leg are improved, meanwhile, the U-shaped nail comprises a pre-folding opening, and the bending position/direction of the U-shaped nail is stable/regular/controllable; removing the lower end cushion block 42 and the upper end pressing block 46, and enabling the final product to enter the next station; the working time can be effectively staggered in each step of the working procedure, and a plurality of silica gel products 60 can be processed simultaneously in the same working procedure, so that the processing efficiency is effectively improved.

The silicone rubber product 60 after installation is illustrated as a silicone rubber button as shown in fig. 12 to 15, and after installation, the bottom of the silicone rubber button has a welding spot formed on the upper surface of the installation nail 50 to realize welding assembly.

Specifically, in the installation process, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, when the installation is performed, the silicone button is inverted to a first installation position, and then, as shown in fig. 2, the installation device 1 capable of welding the silicone product enters a first state, the suction nozzle 22 sucks the installation nail 50, and the installation nail 50 is sucked above the silicone button; thereafter, as shown in fig. 3, the mounting apparatus 1 for welding silicone rubber products enters a second state, the punching device 30 is started, the punching head 32 is punched downwards, and the mounting nail 50 is nailed into the silicone rubber button; as shown in fig. 4, the mounting device 1 for the weldable silicone product 60 enters a third state, the pressing block 46 moves downwards to abut against the upper surface of the mounting nail 50, and then, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting device 1 for the weldable silicone product enters a fourth state, the cushion block 42 is punched upwards, and the legs of the mounting nail 50 are bent; finally, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting apparatus 1 for the weldable silicone product 60 enters the fifth state, and the press block 46 and the spacer are removed to complete the mounting, at which time the silicone button can be removed.
