The pinch roller 60 is abutted against the outer surface of the toothed belt, and friction force exists between the pinch roller 60 and the toothed belt, so that the pinch roller has the function of tensioning the toothed belt.

an input shaft of the generator 40 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft 20, and the generator 40 generates electricity when the vehicle runs.
