Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle steering, in particular to a bogie frame and a bogie.

Background

The frame and the primary suspension device are widely applied to various railway freight cars, passenger cars, motor train units, subways and other vehicles at home and abroad. The framework mainly has the functions of installing bogie equipment, bearing weight, transmitting traction force and braking force; the primary suspension device mainly plays a role in damping vibration and adjusting wheel weight deviation. The existing primary suspension devices all adopt springs to provide primary vertical rigidity, and are complex in structure and high in manufacturing cost and maintenance cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a bogie frame capable of providing primary suspension rigidity, and correspondingly provides a bogie with the bogie frame.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a bogie frame comprises two cross beams which are arranged side by side and fixedly connected, wherein each cross beam is provided with a hollow channel penetrating through two end faces of the cross beam in the length direction, a torsion bar penetrates through the hollow channel, the middle part of the torsion bar is fixedly connected with the cross beam, and two ends of the torsion bar extend out of the hollow channel and are fixedly connected with side beams.

By means of the split type flexible framework structure, when the transverse beam moves vertically relative to the wheel pair, the torsion bar can generate torsional deformation under the action of the side beam. Forces generated by torsional deformation of the torsion bar act between the wheelset and the cross-member through the side beams to limit vertical movement of the cross-member relative to the wheelset and provide a degree of suspension stiffness. Thus, no spring is required to provide a suspension stiffness and the bogie structure is simplified.

The middle part of the torsion bar is fixedly connected with the cross beam through the mounting seat.

And connecting seats are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the cross beams, the connecting seats are fixedly connected with the two cross beams, and the end part of the torsion bar penetrates through the corresponding connecting seats and then is fixed with the corresponding side beam.

The end part of the torsion bar is connected with the corresponding connecting seat through a rubber joint. Torsional deformation of the rubber joint can be further utilized to provide a series of suspension stiffness.

As a general inventive concept, the present invention further provides a bogie frame, comprising the above bogie frame, wherein a wheel pair is fixedly connected between two side beams on each torsion bar.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

the torsion bar of the split flexible framework and the torsion change of the rubber joint are utilized to provide primary suspension rigidity; no springs are required to provide a primary suspension stiffness, simplifying the bogie structure.
