Background

In the traditional cement industry, when one incoming material belt conveyor is used for feeding a plurality of bins or storehouses, a three-way valve is usually adopted to divide incoming materials into two directions for discharging, one path of incoming materials directly enters one bin or storehouse, the other path of incoming materials is sent to a reversible belt conveyor, and the incoming materials are sent to the other two bins or storehouses through the reversible belt conveyor; the reversible belt conveyor has the advantages that the discharging direction is fixed, the reversible belt conveyor cannot be switched according to the positions of a storage bin or a storage warehouse, the reversible belt conveyor is troublesome to use, the reversible belt conveyor is very difficult to adjust when used on site, the problems of belt deviation and belt jump stop are frequent and can not be avoided, the maintenance frequency is high, and the working progress is influenced; meanwhile, when the material is wet due to high moisture content, the valve plate in the three-way valve is frequently reversed left and right, so that the situation of material blockage is easily caused, and the three-way valve is required to be stopped for dredging at the moment, so that the continuity of work is poor, and further improvement is required.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the current situation of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a rotary hopper which realizes multi-point discharging so as to greatly facilitate use, ensures continuous work, and simultaneously avoids material blockage so as to accelerate work progress.

Preferably, the isosceles trapezoid grooves distributed circumferentially are formed in the outer sides of the rollers, correspondingly, the cross sections of the circular tracks are isosceles trapezoids, and the upper sides of the circular tracks are inserted into the isosceles trapezoid grooves.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a rotary hopper comprises a rack 9, a first base 10, a second base 11, a circular bedplate 12, a hopper 1, an upright post 2, a roller 3, a motor 4, a circular track 5, a travel switch 6, a bracket 7 and a baffle 8; the rack 9 is fixed on the lower side of the circular bedplate 12, the hopper 1 is arranged above the circular bedplate 12, the lower end of the hopper 1 is outwards provided with a discharge hole 101 which is distributed obliquely, a first base 10 is fixed on the middle part of the lower side of the hopper 1, a second base 11 is fixed on the bottom of the lower side of the hopper 1, the upright post 2 is vertically fixed on the center of the upper side of the circular bedplate 12, the upper end of the upright post 2 is rotatably inserted and connected in the first base 10, the support 7 is fixed at the lower end of the second base 11, the motor 4 is transversely fixed at the inner side of the support 7, the roller 3 is arranged at the outer side of the support 7, the rotating shaft of the motor 4 outwards penetrates through the support 7 and is inserted and fixed in the center of the roller 3, the circular track 5 is fixed at the upper side of the rack 9 and is concentrically arranged with the circular bedplate 12, the roller 3 is erected on the circular track 5, the outer side of the circular bedplate 12 is fixedly provided with a plurality of travel switches 6, and the baffle 8 is fixed at the bottom of the lower side of the hopper 1 and is matched with the travel switches 6; isosceles trapezoid groove 31 that the hoop distributes is seted up to the outside of gyro wheel 3, correspondingly, circular track 5's cross-section is isosceles trapezoid, and circular track 5's upside inserts in isosceles trapezoid groove 31, still coats on the inner wall of hopper 1 and has resin layer 13.

The working principle is as follows: the material enters the hopper 1 from an opening at the upper end of the hopper 1 and is discharged outwards through the discharge hole 101; the rotating shaft of the starting motor 4 rotates to drive the roller 3 to rotate along the circular track 5, the hopper 1 rotates around the upright post 2 by means of the first base 10, so that the position of the discharge hole 101 is driven to rotate along the circumference, after the hopper rotates to a specified position, the baffle 8 contacts the induction end of one travel switch 6, the travel switch 6 immediately sends a signal to stop the starting motor 4, the hopper 1 is stopped at the specified position, and materials are discharged at the specified position, so that multi-point discharging is realized; the resin layer 13 can effectively prevent the materials from adhering to the inner wall of the hopper.
