The working principle is as follows: firstly, the device is moved to be properly installed and fixed, then a manual hydraulic pump is hermetically connected with an oil filling port 3 and an oil outlet 4 on a first synchronous oil cylinder 1 and a second synchronous oil cylinder 2, when pre-tightening is needed, hydraulic oil is injected into the first synchronous oil cylinder 1 and the second synchronous oil cylinder 2 from the oil filling port 3 through the manual hydraulic pump, a stressed piston rod 5 is retracted into the first synchronous oil cylinder 1 and the second synchronous oil cylinder 2, a first connecting piece 6 and a second connecting piece 7 are driven to move towards the right end, a lower chain tightener 101 and a upper chain tightener 104 are driven to move towards the right end for shrinkage and clamping, when opening is needed, the hydraulic oil is pumped out from the oil outlet 4 into the first synchronous oil cylinder 1 and the second synchronous oil cylinder 2 through the manual hydraulic pump, the stressed piston rod 5 is pushed out from the first synchronous oil cylinder 1 and the second synchronous oil cylinder 2, the first connecting piece 6 and the second connecting piece 7 are driven to move towards the left end, the lower chain tightener 101 and the upper chain tightener 104 are driven to move to the left end and open, so that the effects of reducing the operation intensity and the labor cost and improving the working efficiency and the production yield are achieved.
