Background

The glass ceramics (CRYSTOE and NEOPARIES) are also called as glass ceramics or jade stones. Is an inorganic non-metallic material. By controlling the type number, size and the like of the microcrystal, transparent microcrystal glass, microcrystal glass with zero expansion coefficient, surface-strengthened microcrystal glass and different colors or machinable microcrystal glass can be obtained.

The crystallizing process of the microcrystalline glass needs a roller kiln, the whole device is heavy and inconvenient to move and adjust the position due to the large size of the conventional roller kiln, and the cooling efficiency of the conventional roller kiln is low after the conventional roller kiln is heated, so that the microcrystalline glass crystallizing roller kiln is provided.
