Specifically, the sensor 3 is a hall sensor. Alternatively, other sensors may be used, such as an infrared sensor to sense whether the cover 1 is opened.

When the sensor 3 acquires that the box cover 1 is in the open state and the other earphone 10 is not taken out within the second preset time after the single earphone 10 is taken out, the controller controls the electromagnet to generate the first magnetic field, and the magnetic force drives the earphone 10 which is not taken out to move to the bottom of the earphone slot 7 to the complete insertion state, namely the stable placement state.

When the sensor obtains that the box cover 1 is in the open state for a third preset time, wherein the third preset time is shorter than the first preset time, the controller controls the electromagnet to generate a second magnetic field, the second magnetic field is opposite to the first magnetic field, and the earphone 10 in the earphone slot 7 is driven by the opposite magnetic force to move outwards to a half-insertion state.

In a specific embodiment, the magnet comprises a first electromagnet 4, the first electromagnet 4 is arranged inside the earphone slot and close to one side of the entrance of the earphone slot; the controller is electrically connected to the first electromagnet 4 to control the current of the first electromagnet 4, thereby moving the earphone towards the bottom of the earphone slot, or holding the earphone in a predetermined position such that a portion of the earphone is located outside the earphone slot. The first electromagnet 4 may be an annular electromagnet.

In a specific embodiment, the magnets comprise a second electromagnet 5, the second electromagnet 5 being arranged at the bottom of the earphone slot; the controller is electrically connected with the second electromagnet 5 so as to obtain the state in the earphone slot from the obtaining device after the box cover is in an open state and is kept for a third preset time, and if an earphone is arranged in the earphone slot, the controller controls the current of the second electromagnet 5 to enable the earphone to move to the earphone slot.

In a specific embodiment, the headset 10 is provided with a permanent magnet and the headset case is provided with two electromagnets. Specifically, the earphone magnet is a permanent magnet, and the electromagnet comprises a first electromagnet 4 and a second electromagnet 5

Optionally, the first electromagnet 4 is disposed in the middle of the earphone box, and is connected to the controller, so as to selectively generate a magnetic force for adsorbing the earphone 10 or enabling the earphone 10 to move toward the bottom of the earphone slot 7.

The second electromagnet 5 is arranged at the bottom of the earphone box and connected with the controller, and can generate magnetic force acting on the earphone to enable the earphone to move outwards or present a non-magnetic field state.

In a particular embodiment, the headset 10 is provided with an electromagnet and the headset case has an electromagnet and a permanent magnet 5. Specifically, the bottom of the base 2 is provided with a bottom magnet;

the earphone magnet is an earphone electromagnet, is connected with the controller through signals and is used for generating magnetic force which acts on the bottom magnet to enable the earphone 10 to be popped out;

the electromagnet comprises a first electromagnet 4 which is arranged in the middle of the earphone box and is connected with the controller, and the first electromagnet is used for selectively generating magnetic force for adsorbing the earphone 10 or enabling the earphone 10 to move towards the bottom of the earphone groove 7.

On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the first electromagnet 4 is arranged around the circumferential direction of the earphone slot 7, and the shape of the first electromagnet 4 is circular; or, a plurality of first electromagnets 4 are sequentially arranged around the circumference of the earphone slot 7, and the magnetic field formed by all the first electromagnets 4 is used for adsorbing the earphone magnet 11.

Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the first electromagnet 4 is disposed around the earphone slot 7, so as to form a force along the depth direction of the earphone slot 7, and in fig. 5 to 7, the direction of the force is a vertical direction.

Optionally, the inner wall of the box cover 1 has an arc shape, and when the earphone 10 is in a half-inserted state and is fastened to the box cover 1, the inner wall can press the earphone 10 to move from the half-inserted state to a full-inserted state.

On the basis, the earphone magnet 11 is arranged at the bottom of the earphone 10, and the first electromagnet 4 is arranged in the middle of the base 2; and/or, the device also comprises a fixed magnet 6 arranged at the inner bottom of the base 2.

In a specific embodiment, the fixed magnet 6 is disposed at the inner bottom of the base 2 for attracting the earphone 10 to stabilize the position of the inserted earphone 10. When the earphone 10 is completely inserted into the earphone slot 7, i.e., in the completely inserted position, the earphone magnet 11 is attracted and fixed to the fixed magnet 6. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a state where the earphone 10 is completely inserted into the earphone slot 7 and the case cover 1 is closed. The sensor 3 is arranged at a position close to the opening of the earphone slot 7 and used for sensing the opening and closing of the box cover 1.

When the sensor 3 senses that the box cover 1 is opened and the opening state is kept to exceed the third preset time, the controller controls the first electromagnet 4 to be electrified, the magnetic force of the first electromagnet acts on the earphone magnet 11, and the earphone 10 is driven to move outwards and is stably adsorbed in the half-insertion state.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a half-inserted state where the case cover 1 is opened and the earphone 10 is located in the earphone slot 7, and the bottom of the earphone 10 is spaced from the bottom of the earphone slot 7.

First electro-magnet 4 acts on earphone magnet 11 to drive earphone 10 and remove to the opening, first electro-magnet 4 is located the middle part of base 2, makes the earphone remove to the outside, and adsorbs in first electro-magnet 4, avoids the earphone to pop out earphone groove 7 completely. The earpiece magnet 11 of the earpiece 10 is located close to the first electromagnet 4, at substantially the same height position.

When the sensor 3 senses that the box cover 1 is opened, a signal is sent to the controller, and after the signal accumulation of the opening state of the controller exceeds a third preset time, the controller sends current to the first electromagnet 4, the magnetic field intensity generated by the first electromagnet 4 acts on the earphone magnet 11, the acting force of the earphone magnet is greater than the action of the fixed magnet 6 on the earphone magnet 11, and therefore the earphone magnet 11 drives the earphone 10 to move towards the opening.

This embodiment can guarantee the stability that earphone 10 placed, and opening of lid 1 of earphone box can make earphone 10 remove to the outside to being adsorbed and being fixed in half insertion state, comparing and need comparing through pressing the structure that the realization was taken in prior art, when this application person of facilitating the use took, avoiding the earphone to pop out completely and causing and fall, guarantee that earphone 10 can not damage. This application has obviously promoted the convenience that earphone 10 took, and has stronger guard action to earphone 10.

The first electromagnet 4 can be disposed in the middle or upper portion of the base 2 (i.e. in a position close to the opening), and the fixed magnet 6 is disposed in the bottom or middle portion of the base 2, and the two magnets need to have a distance in the position of the base 2, so as to achieve the attraction and position control of the two magnets on the earphone magnet 11 respectively. However, in consideration of the distance between the first electromagnet 4 and the earphone magnet 11, a large current may need to be applied to the earphone magnet 11 so that the effect of the first electromagnet 4 is greater than the effect of the fixed magnet 6 on the earphone magnet 11, and therefore, in order to avoid a large amount of electricity being consumed, the second electromagnet 5 is provided at the position of the fixed magnet 6.

When the sensor 3 senses that the box cover 1 is in the open state for more than a third preset time, the controller controls the second electromagnet 5 to be electrified, and the magnetic force acts on the earphone magnet 11, so that the earphone 10 is ejected towards the direction of being separated from the adsorption of the fixed magnet 6.

Second electro-magnet 5 realizes great magnetic force effect through less electric current to make earphone magnet 11 break away from fixed magnet 6's adsorption effect, after the realization breaks away from, fixed magnet 6 and second electro-magnet 5 are kept away from gradually to earphone magnet 11, and are close to first electro-magnet 4, and its main effort that receives is first electro-magnet 4's effect, and finally first electro-magnet 4 adsorbs and acquires earphone magnet 11.

It should be noted that the second electromagnet 5 is used to separate the earphone 10 from the fixed magnet 6 and tends to eject outward, and the first electromagnet 4 is used to attract and fix the earphone 10 in the half-inserted state, so the energization time of the first electromagnet 4 and the second electromagnet 5 may be the same time, or the energization time of the first electromagnet 4 may be slightly later or slightly earlier than the energization time of the second electromagnet 5. The second electromagnet 5 is arranged, so that the earphone 10 can be conveniently controlled to be separated from the adsorption effect of the fixed magnet 6, and the first electromagnet 4 is prevented from consuming large electricity consumption.

If only the first electromagnet 4 is provided, the purpose of reducing the current consumption can be achieved by adjusting the winding manner or position of the first electromagnet 4.

In a specific embodiment, when the sensor 3 senses that the other earphone 10 is not taken out within a second preset time after the single earphone 10 is taken out, the controller controls the second electromagnet 5 to be powered off and controls the first electromagnet 4 to apply a magnetic force to the bottom of the earphone magnet 11, so that the earphone 10 which is not taken out returns to the full insertion position.

In this embodiment, the sensor 3 is used to sense the moving position of the earphone 10 and send the sensing result to the controller, and the controller determines the usage requirement of the earphone by timing so as to control the first electromagnet 4 to apply a reverse magnetic force and the second electromagnet 5 to be powered off, so that the earphone 10 which is not taken out returns to the fully inserted position, thereby ensuring the stability of the earphone 10.

In use of the earphone 10, the case that the case cover 1 is accidentally opened and the earphone 10 is not taken out may be encountered, and a corresponding control program may be set to return the earphone 10 to the earphone slot 7 in order to prevent the earphone 10 from being in a half-inserted state.

The magnetic force acting on the earphone 10 in the present application is referred to as a magnetic force acting on the earphone magnet 11 of the earphone 10.

Alternatively, in the present application, the output of the reverse magnetic force from the first electromagnet 4 may be realized by inputting a reverse current to the first electromagnet 4 by the controller.

In one particular embodiment provided herein, the procedure for accessing the headset 10 includes the steps of:

the box cover 1 is in a closed state, and the earphones 10 are all positioned in the earphone groove 7;

the box cover 1 is opened, the sensor 3 detects that the box cover 1 is opened, an opening signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls the second electromagnet 5 to be electrified after a third preset time (the box cover 1 is always kept in an opening state), the magnetic force of the second electromagnet acts on the earphone magnet 11 and is used for overcoming the magnetic force of the fixed magnet 6 and applying outward moving force to the earphone magnet 11, the earphone 10 moves outward and is separated from the fixed magnet 6, meanwhile, the controller controls the first electromagnet 4 to be electrified, the magnetic force acts on the earphone magnet 11 and drives the earphone 10 to move to a half-insertion state and keep stable;

if the sensor 3 detects that the two earphones 10 are taken out and the box cover 1 is closed, the first electromagnet 4 can be controlled to be powered off;

if the sensor 3 detects that one earphone 10 is taken out and the other earphone 10 is not taken out within a second preset time, the controller controls the second electromagnet 5 to be powered off and the first electromagnet 4 to output reverse magnetic force, so that the earphone 10 which is not taken out returns to the full insertion position;

if the sensor 3 detects that the two earphones 10 are located in the earphone slot 7, and the box cover 1 is opened and exceeds the first preset time, the controller controls the second electromagnet 5 to be closed and controls the first electromagnets 4 corresponding to the two earphones 10 to output reverse magnetic force, so that the two earphones 10 move towards the inside of the earphone slot 7.

The second preset time in this application may be less than or equal to the first preset time. For example, the first preset time is 5 seconds, the second preset time is 3 seconds, and the third preset time is 1 second.

1 second after the box cover 1 is opened, controlling the first electromagnet 4 and the second electromagnet 5 to work so as to move the earphone 10 to a half-insertion state;

if the second earphone 10 is taken out within 3 seconds after the first earphone 10 is taken out, the first electromagnet 4 is controlled to be closed, and the second electromagnet 5 reversely outputs magnetic force, so that the earphone 10 which is not taken out is retracted;

if the earphones 10 are all positioned in the earphone slot 7 and the opening state of the box cover 1 is accumulated for 5 seconds, the first electromagnet 4 is controlled to be closed, and the second electromagnet 5 reversely outputs magnetic force, so that the two earphones 10 are both retracted.

Optionally, in the present application, the magnetic force applied to the earphone magnet 11 by the first electromagnet 4 and the second electromagnet 5 may be an attractive force or a repulsive force, and a winding manner of a coil and a control manner of current may be set according to a specific position thereof.

In the above embodiments, the earphone magnet 11 may be a permanent magnet, and it is not necessary to energize the earphone magnet to control the change of the magnetic force, and similar to the above embodiments, the arrangement positions of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet may be changed, specifically, the inner bottom of the base 2 is provided with a second magnet, it is known that the second magnet is a permanent magnet, and the earphone magnet 11 is electrically connected to the controller for controlling the magnetic force of the earphone magnet 11 through the controller; when the sensor 3 senses that the box cover 1 is in the open state for more than a third preset time, the controller controls the earphone magnet 11 to be electrified, and the magnetic force acts on the second magnet, so that the earphone 10 is ejected towards the direction of being separated from the adsorption of the fixed magnet 6.

The positions of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet are exchanged, so the energizing logic of the electromagnet needs to be correspondingly changed, and the scheme which can realize the magnetic action effect is not listed here and belongs to the protection scope of the application.

The positions of the magnets and the direction of the magnetic force can be adjusted according to actual conditions.

Alternatively, the fixed magnets 6 include two fixed magnets 6, and the two fixed magnets 6 are respectively disposed at the bottom of the earphone slot 7. Optionally, the number of the first electromagnet 4 and the second electromagnet 5 is two, and the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet correspond to the two earphones 10 respectively, so that the two earphones 10 are independently controlled.

In addition to the earphone box control methods provided in the above embodiments, the present invention further provides an earphone box control system, a computer-readable storage medium, and an earphone box assembly. For the structure of other parts, please refer to the prior art, which is not described herein.

The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

The earphone box control method, the earphone box control system, the computer readable storage medium and the earphone box assembly provided by the present invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
