the non-migration type slipping agent is one or more of Dow Corning MB25-035 master batch, HMB-6301 master batch and American Ampacet slipping agent 102794;

the antistatic agent is one or a combination of stearic acid and glycerol antistatic agents, amide antistatic agents and ethyl amine antistatic agents.

7. The cast polyethylene film for pharmaceutical packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:

the opening agent is spherical silicon dioxide;

the non-migration type slipping agent is Dow Corning MB25-035 master batch;

the antistatic agent is Armostat 1800.

8. A method of preparing a cast polyethylene film for pharmaceutical packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) adding low-density polyethylene (LDPE), metallocene polyethylene (mPE), a opening agent and an antistatic agent in the formula dosage into a mixer for mixing, then placing the mixture into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and then placing the mixture into a pressurized internal mixer for internal mixing to obtain a bonding layer modified film forming material;

(2) adding metallocene polyethylene (mPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and a opening agent in the formula dosage into a mixer for mixing, then placing the mixture into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and then placing the mixture into a pressure internal mixer for internal mixing to obtain a supporting layer modified film forming material;

(3) adding low-density polyethylene (LDPE), metallocene polyethylene (mPE), a opening agent, a non-migratory slipping agent and an antistatic agent into a mixer according to the formula dosage, mixing, extruding in a double-screw extruder, and banburying in a pressurized banbury mixer to obtain a heat-sealing layer modified film-forming material;

(4) and (3) adding the bonding layer modified film forming material, the supporting layer modified film forming material and the heat sealing layer modified film forming material obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) into a three-layer co-extrusion casting machine for co-extrusion casting stretching, cooling and shaping, and performing corona treatment to obtain the cast polyethylene film for medicine packaging.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to the field of packaging films, and particularly relates to a cast polyethylene film for medicine packaging and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The composite film for packaging the medicine is used as a packaging material which is in direct contact with the medicine, plays an important role in protecting the quality of the medicine, such as light resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, moth resistance, prevention of water vapor entering and the like, so as to improve the stability of the medicine and prolong the quality guarantee period of the medicine, and the packaging film is required to have good moisture resistance, barrier property and heat sealing strength; in the process of packaging medicines, heat sealing is required to be carried out by heating, and some medicines are sensitive to high temperature and easy to be subjected to thermal deterioration and require that the film has the characteristic of heat sealing temperature; harmful substances such as plasticizer and the like cannot be added into the film, and the medicine packaging material must not cause harm to human bodies and has no pollution and influence on medicines; in addition, with the progress of production mechanization, specialization and automation technology, the production speed of a medicine packaging production line is faster and faster, new requirements are provided for packaging films, and particularly, the packaging films can be quickly cut off after heat sealing, and the cut edges are tidy without floc dropping and the like.

Particularly, in the actual medical composite film product, three or more layers of films with different performances are generally compounded together to meet different functional requirements, and the film is divided into a corona layer, a barrier layer and a heat sealing layer from outside to inside. The corona layer is generally a biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), Polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or the like, and in order to increase the surface tension of the film, it is necessary to perform corona treatment to ensure the adhesion with printing ink or the bonding force between the printing ink and the adhesive; the barrier layer is a polyester aluminized film (VMPET), nylon (PA), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), aluminum foil (AL) and the like with strong isolation performance, prevents oxygen and water vapor from permeating, prevents the medicines from mildewing and absorbing moisture, and ensures the medication safety of consumers; the heat-sealing layer is generally Polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) with low heat-sealing temperature and high heat-sealing strength, and the resin melts under the action of high temperature and pressure to bond the packaging film together.

Polyethylene films are commonly used as heat seal layers in pharmaceutical composite films. Polyethylene is a linear saturated hydrocarbon, is similar to paraffin and long-chain alkane in structure, belongs to high-molecular-weight alkane, is a polymer with good stability, can resist the corrosion of most strong acid and strong alkali except oxidizing acid, is insoluble in common solvents at normal temperature, has small water absorption, and has excellent electrical insulation performance and low-temperature resistance. According to the difference of the structure and the molecular weight, the polyethylene is divided into Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), metallocene polyethylene (mPE) and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), different types have different performance characteristics, for example, the low density polyethylene has good low temperature heat sealing performance and good processability, the high density polyethylene has good heat resistance and cold resistance, higher rigidity and toughness and good mechanical strength, and the metallocene polyethylene has excellent performances of high transparency, high toughness, low heat sealing initial temperature, high heat sealing strength, high cleanliness and the like. In the extrusion production process of the polyethylene film, different resins can be blended and modified to make up for the deficiencies of the resins, so that the specific use purpose is achieved.

Application number CN201721143532.6 discloses a polyolefin film for food and medicine packaging, which comprises a bonding layer, a supporting layer and a sealing layer which are bonded in sequence; the bonding layer comprises a composite film made of two or three materials of low-density polyethylene, metallocene linear low-density polyethylene and polyolefin elastomer, and the supporting layer comprises a film made of any one or more than two materials of medium-density polyethylene film, high-density polyethylene film and metallocene polyethylene; the sealing layer comprises at least two materials of metallocene polyethylene, polyolefin elastomer composite membrane and metallocene linear low density polyethylene. The main components of the three layers are respectively different polyethylenes, the composite strength between the three layers and different materials is excellent, and the synergistic effect among the bonding layer, the supporting layer and the sealing layer is utilized to obtain the packaging material for food and medicine with excellent comprehensive performance, good mechanical property, processability and safety performance.

The application number CN201010272735.1 discloses a high-barrier plastic flexible packaging film which is formed by co-extruding and compounding a polyamide PA layer, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer EVOH barrier layer and a polyamide PA layer, wherein a heat seal inner layer formed by an adhesive layer and a heat seal layer is co-extruded by taking one side surface as an inner side surface, and the plastic flexible packaging film which meets the high-barrier requirement, the high-humidity resistance requirement, the high-gas resistance requirement, the high toughness, the high strength and the transparent appearance is provided for food, medicine, chemical products and the like.

Application number CN201810162858.6 discloses a medical freeze-dried aseptic polyethylene film and a preparation method thereof, which is prepared from 6-8 parts of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin and 2-4 parts of metallocene polyethylene, has the characteristics of low temperature resistance, sterility, low insoluble particle, strong mechanical property and the like, and can meet the freeze-drying production requirements of medicines, raw medicines, biological products, medical intermediates, chemical products and the like.

However, none of the above inventions has solved the technical requirements of polyethylene film for the production of packaging film in the fast production of pharmaceutical packaging, especially the disadvantages of fast heat sealing at low temperature, fast cutting and no falling of wadding.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a cast polyethylene film for medicine packaging and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cast polyethylene film has the advantages of low-temperature quick heat sealing, quick cutting and no floc falling.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a cast polyethylene film for medicine package has a three-layer structure consisting of a binding layer, a supporting layer and a heat-sealing layer from outside to inside, wherein the thickness ratio of the three layers is (3-5) to (9-15) to (3-5),

wherein the preparation raw materials of the bonding layer comprise 40-60 parts of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), 30-50 parts of metallocene polyethylene (mPE), 0.3-0.6 part of opening agent, 1/10-1/3 parts of diameter range of the opening agent grain diameter and 0.1-0.2 part of antistatic agent according to the parts by weight;

the support layer is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 40-55 parts of metallocene polyethylene (mPE), 40-55 parts of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), 0.3-0.6 part of an opening agent, wherein the diameter range of the particle size of the opening agent is 1/4-2/3 of the support layer;

the preparation raw materials of the heat-sealing layer comprise, by weight, 60-80 parts of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), 20-40 parts of metallocene polyethylene (mPE), 0.3-0.6 part of an opening agent, wherein the diameter range of the particle size of the opening agent is 1/10-1/5 parts of a heat-sealing layer, 2-8 parts of a non-migrating slipping agent and 0.1-0.15 part of an antistatic agent.

(1) adding low-density polyethylene (LDPE), metallocene polyethylene (mPE), a opening agent and an antistatic agent in the formula dosage into a mixer for mixing, then placing the mixture into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and then placing the mixture into a pressurized internal mixer for internal mixing to obtain a bonding layer modified film forming material;

(2) adding metallocene polyethylene (mPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and a opening agent in the formula dosage into a mixer for mixing, then placing the mixture into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, and then placing the mixture into a pressurized internal mixer for internal mixing to obtain a supporting layer modified film forming material;

(3) adding low-density polyethylene (LDPE), metallocene polyethylene (mPE), a opening agent, a non-migratory slipping agent and an antistatic agent into a mixer according to the formula dosage, mixing, extruding in a double-screw extruder, and banburying in a pressurized banbury mixer to obtain a heat-sealing layer modified film-forming material;

(4) and (3) adding the bonding layer modified film forming material, the supporting layer modified film forming material and the heat sealing layer modified film forming material obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) into a three-layer co-extrusion casting machine for co-extrusion casting stretching, cooling and shaping, and performing corona treatment to obtain the cast polyethylene film for medicine packaging.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following gain effects:

(1) the film has small friction coefficient and high packaging speed. The heat sealing layer adopts a method of combining the opening agent and the non-migration slipping agent, so that the surface friction coefficient of the film is small, and the requirement of quick packaging of the medicine is met. Because the non-migrating slipping agent only exists in the heat sealing layer, the dosage is less, and the migration is avoided, thereby avoiding the drug pollution caused by the migration of the amide slipping agent;

(2) the film has good stiffness and high heat-sealing strength, and the trimming is ensured to be neat. The high-density polyethylene in the supporting layer can improve the stiffness of the film, in addition, the supporting layer contains a large-size opening agent, when the film is subjected to hot-press packaging, the film is extruded by pressure while being melted, the thickness is thinned, and partial large-size opening agent particles can be extruded into the interface between the supporting layer and the combined layer/heat sealing layer to form a rivet effect, so that the heat-seal strength is enhanced, and the tidiness and no floc falling of cuts are ensured during edge cutting;

(3) the heat-sealing temperature is low. The bonding layer and the heat sealing layer are modified by blending low-melting-point metallocene polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, and the heat sealing temperature is low, so that the deterioration caused by high temperature is avoided during the packaging of the medicine.
