2. The modified emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the SBS modified asphalt is present in an amount of 50 wt% to 68 wt%.

3. The modified emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein said SBS modifier is present in an amount of 3.0 to 4.8 wt% of said asphalt.

4. The modified emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cationic emulsifier is present in an amount of 1.0 to 1.3 wt%.

5. The modified emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cationic emulsifier is a quaternary ammonium salt or propylene diamine.

6. The method for preparing the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:

heating the asphalt according to the proportion, mixing the asphalt with an SBS modifier, and heating and developing to obtain SBS modified asphalt;

mixing water and an emulsifier according to a ratio, and heating to obtain a soap solution;

and heating the SBS modified asphalt and then respectively grinding the SBS modified asphalt and the soap solution to obtain the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point.

7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the SBS modified asphalt is prepared by the following specific steps:

heating the asphalt to 160-170 ℃, shearing the SBS modifier at a high speed, adding the SBS modifier into the heated asphalt, and heating to 170-185 ℃ to develop for 1-4 h to obtain the SBS modified asphalt.

8. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the temperature of the soap solution is 50-60 ℃, and the SBS modified asphalt is heated to 165-175 ℃.

Technical Field

Background

The asphalt can be classified into petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt, natural asphalt, and the like. The asphalt is a solid or semi-solid viscous substance at normal temperature, has good adhesion and waterproof properties, and is mainly applied to asphalt pavement, building waterproofing and the like. The traditional asphalt road needs to be constructed at high temperature, the asphalt is easily burnt by people due to overhigh temperature, and asphalt smoke generated at high temperature causes great harm to the human body and the environment. In view of the disadvantages, it is a trend to find a road asphalt that can be constructed at normal or low temperature. The emulsified asphalt technology is produced at the same time, and the emulsified asphalt has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection and energy conservation compared with hot asphalt in numerous road construction applications.

The ultrathin wearing layer is a technology for combining a hot-mix asphalt mixture and emulsified asphalt, and can solve the problems of slight cracks, slight looseness, rutting (less than 15mm), water seepage of a road surface, poor oil and aging of the surface, reduction of the anti-skid performance and the like of the road surface, so that the ultrathin wearing layer can be used for recovering the surface function of an old road surface and can also be used for an anti-skid layer of a newly-built road surface, and the ultrathin wearing layer is an advanced, low-cost and effective asphalt road surface maintenance technology.

At the present stage, however, the requirements of the softening points of the spray-type modified emulsified asphalt (PCR) and the mixing modified emulsified asphalt (BCR) in the current specification JTG F40-2004 Highway asphalt pavement construction technical Specification of the highway department are respectively not less than 50 ℃ and 53 ℃, and are only 4 ℃ and 7 ℃ higher than the requirements of No. 70 grade A asphalt; the softening points of the SBS modified asphalt I-B, I-C, I-D are not less than 50 ℃, 55 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively. That is, the softening point of the residue after the modified emulsified asphalt is demulsified can only reach the level of I-B modified asphalt. Therefore, the high-temperature performance of the modified emulsified asphalt is not obviously improved, and the defects of track and the like easily occur due to high-temperature deformation and insufficient interlayer bonding force in hot areas or under the condition of large vehicle carrying capacity, so that the service life of the pavement is influenced.

However, the SBS modified asphalt with high softening point is difficult to emulsify due to the characteristics of large addition amount of SBS, high viscosity, poor fluidity and the like, and the emulsified modified emulsified asphalt has the common phenomena of poor storage stability, serious segregation, ductility attenuation and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point and the preparation method thereof.

In view of the above, the present application provides a modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point, which is prepared from SBS modified asphalt, a cationic emulsifier and water;

the content of the SBS modified asphalt is 50 to 70 weight percent of the modified emulsified asphalt,

the content of the cationic emulsifier is 0.8 to 1.5 weight percent of the modified emulsified asphalt,

the balance of the water is calculated by the modified emulsified asphalt;

the SBS modified asphalt is prepared from asphalt and an SBS modifier, wherein the content of the SBS modifier is 2.0-5.0 wt% of the asphalt.

Preferably, the content of the SBS modified asphalt is 50 wt% to 68 wt%.

Preferably, the SBS modifier is 3.0 wt% to 4.8 wt% of the asphalt.

Preferably, the content of the cationic emulsifier is 1.0 wt% to 1.3 wt%.

Preferably, the cationic emulsifier is a quaternary ammonium salt or propylene diamine.

The application also provides a preparation method of the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point, which comprises the following steps:

heating the asphalt according to the proportion, mixing the asphalt with an SBS modifier, and heating and developing to obtain SBS modified asphalt;

mixing water and an emulsifier according to a ratio, and heating to obtain a soap solution;

and heating the SBS modified asphalt and then respectively grinding the SBS modified asphalt and the soap solution to obtain the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point.

Preferably, the preparation process of the SBS modified asphalt comprises the following steps:

heating the asphalt to 160-170 ℃, shearing the SBS modifier at a high speed, adding the SBS modifier into the heated asphalt, and heating to 170-185 ℃ to develop for 1-4 h to obtain the SBS modified asphalt.

Preferably, the temperature of the soap solution is 50-60 ℃, and the SBS modified asphalt is heated to 165-175 ℃.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps before the over-grinding:

feeding the soap solution into a soap solution pump, heating the SBS modified asphalt, feeding the SBS modified asphalt into an asphalt pump, and adjusting the pressure of the soap solution pump and the pressure of the asphalt pump to 20 Pa.S;

The application provides a high-viscosity high-softening-point modified emulsified asphalt, which is prepared from a cationic emulsifier, SBS modified asphalt and water, wherein the SBS modified asphalt is prepared from asphalt and an SBS modifier; the addition of the SBS modifier is beneficial to improving the softening point and the stability of the asphalt, and the SBS modifier can be well emulsified while the advantages of the SBS modifier are fully exerted by adjusting the contents of the SBS modifier, the asphalt and the emulsifier, so that the obtained modified emulsified asphalt has the characteristics of high viscosity, high softening point and good stability.

For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.

In view of the problem of unbalanced performance of the modified emulsified asphalt in the prior art, the invention provides the modified emulsified asphalt which has high viscosity and high softening point and also has better stability. More specifically, the embodiment of the application discloses modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point, which is prepared from SBS modified asphalt, cationic emulsifier and water;

the content of the SBS modified asphalt is 50 to 70 weight percent of the modified emulsified asphalt,

the content of the cationic emulsifier is 0.8 to 1.5 weight percent of the modified emulsified asphalt,

the balance of the water is calculated by the modified emulsified asphalt;

the SBS modified asphalt is prepared from asphalt and an SBS modifier, wherein the content of the SBS modifier is 2.0-5.0 wt% of the asphalt.

The modified emulsified asphalt provided by the application is prepared from a cationic emulsifier, SBS modified asphalt and water. The SBS modified asphalt is prepared from an SBS modifier and asphalt, and the SBS modifier can improve the softening point and stability of the modified emulsified asphalt; however, if the content is too large, the emulsifying ability is lowered, the viscosity of the modified emulsified asphalt is too high, and the storage stability is deteriorated. Based on the content of the asphalt, the content of the SBS modifier is 2.0 wt% -5.0 wt%, and in a specific embodiment, the content of the SBS modifier is 3.0 wt% -4.8 wt%. Asphalt is used as the base of the modified emulsified asphalt. The content of the SBS modified asphalt is based on the modified emulsified asphalt and is 50-70 wt%; in a specific embodiment, the content of the asphalt is 50 wt% to 68 wt%.

The cationic emulsifier in the modified emulsified asphalt is used for emulsifying asphalt, so that the asphalt has better fluidity. Under the condition that the addition amount of the cationic emulsifier is constant, the addition amount of the asphalt is low, so that the cationic emulsifier remains, and the prepared modified emulsified asphalt has low viscosity and poor storage stability; the addition amount of asphalt is too high, the addition amount of a cationic emulsifier is insufficient, the emulsification effect is poor, the viscosity is high, and the storage stability is also poor; therefore, the too low or too high addition amount of the asphalt is not beneficial to improving the performance of the modified emulsified asphalt; further, the cationic emulsifier and asphalt content are closely related to the modification and cannot be considered separately. Herein, the content of the cationic emulsifier is 0.8 wt% to 1.5 wt% of the modified emulsified asphalt, and in a specific embodiment, the content of the cationic emulsifier is 1.0 wt% to 1.3 wt% of the modified emulsified asphalt. The cationic emulsifier can be selected from quaternary ammonium salts or propylene diamine, and in a specific embodiment, the cationic emulsifier is selected from quaternary ammonium salts, which are quick-type emulsifiers and can effectively improve the emulsifying capacity of the SBS modifier for asphalt.

The application also provides a preparation method of the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point, which comprises the following steps:

heating the asphalt according to the proportion, mixing the asphalt with an SBS modifier, and heating and developing to obtain SBS modified asphalt;

mixing water and an emulsifier according to a ratio, and heating to obtain a soap solution;

and heating the SBS modified asphalt and then respectively grinding the SBS modified asphalt and the soap solution to obtain the modified emulsified asphalt with high viscosity and high softening point.

The preparation process of the SBS modified asphalt comprises the following specific steps:

heating the asphalt to 160-170 ℃, shearing the SBS modifier at a high speed, adding the SBS modifier into the heated asphalt, and heating to 170-185 ℃ to develop for 1-4 h to obtain the SBS modified asphalt.

In the step of finally preparing the modified emulsified asphalt, the temperature of the soap solution is 50-60 ℃, and the SBS modified asphalt is heated to 165-175 ℃; the temperature of the soap solution is kept at 50-60 ℃, and the cationic emulsifier is inactivated and loses emulsifying capacity when the temperature is too high; asphalt is heated to 165-175 ℃, the temperature is too low, the fluidity of the asphalt is not good, and the temperature is too high, so that the asphalt is aged, and the performance of the asphalt is influenced.

Before the above-mentioned over-grinding, the present application also preferably performs preparation work, specifically:

feeding the soap solution into a soap solution pump, heating the SBS modified asphalt, feeding the SBS modified asphalt into an asphalt pump, and adjusting the pressure of the soap solution pump and the pressure of the asphalt pump to 20 Pa.S;

the colloid mill is preheated.

After the preparation work, the soap solution and the SBS modified asphalt are ground by a colloid mill; in the process, the key point of the cationic emulsifier for emulsifying the asphalt is the high-speed shearing action of the colloid mill, the asphalt is sheared into small molecules by the colloid mill, and then the oil-in-water type asphalt emulsion is formed by the emulsification action of the cationic emulsifier. Therefore, if all the raw materials are directly mixed, the cationic emulsifier cannot emulsify the asphalt and cannot prepare the modified emulsified asphalt.

The application provides modified emulsified asphalt which is prepared from asphalt, a cationic emulsifier, SBS modified asphalt and water, wherein due to the introduction of an SBS modifier and the adjustment of the content of the four components, the modified emulsified asphalt has the characteristics of high viscosity, high softening point and excellent storage stability, and the performance meets the requirement of PCR type emulsified asphalt indexes in the standard of JTG _ F40-2004 technical Specification for road asphalt pavement construction; the modified emulsified asphalt is applied to an ultra-thin wearing layer, is a novel slurry seal technology, and has the indexes that the content of evaporation residues is more than or equal to 60 percent and the softening point index is more than or equal to 60 ℃.
