9. A method for preparing crease-resistant glue according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps in sequence:

firstly, mixing water and a tackifying assistant, selectively adding a defoaming agent, and dissolving for 30-60 minutes at 85-90 ℃;

secondly, cooling to 60-70 ℃, selectively adding modified starch, and dissolving for 60-90 minutes; when the content of the modified starch is 0, the step can be directly skipped;

thirdly, adding starch derivatives, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃, and mixing and dissolving for 30-60 minutes;

fourthly, adding the preservative and stirring for 15-30 minutes to obtain the anti-wrinkle glue.

Background

During glue application, water in the glue is easy to permeate into paper, so that the paper becomes rugged due to evaporation of the water during glue bonding and drying.

Most of the liquid glue in the market for office use is aqueous glue which adopts polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl acetate emulsion as binders. Wherein, the water content of the polyvinyl alcohol and the polyvinyl pyrrolidone liquid glue is generally higher than 80 percent; polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, is a water-soluble polymer, and the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, is too high to make the glue very thick and unfavorable for production and use. The water content of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion glue can be made relatively low, but the solids content is generally not more than 50%, which also causes the paper to become wrinkled and the lower the water content the higher the cost.

In order to overcome the problem that paper is easy to wrinkle by glue, the invention patent of ZL201310347890.9, namely wrinkle-resistant glue (the granted publication No. CN103540272B), provides wrinkle-resistant glue which comprises, by weight, 20-50% of water, 5-25% of sugar, 40-70% of starch, 1-10% of an oxidizing agent, 0-1% of an antifoaming agent, 0-1% of a preservative and 0.0005-0.001% of food pigment yellow 6#, wherein the solid content of the prepared glue is 50-80%. According to the method, 40-70% of starch is added to reduce the moisture content in the glue, so that the paper is not easy to wrinkle in the bonding process, but the excessive starch can improve the viscosity of the glue, and therefore, 1-10% of oxidant is added to oxidize the starch, so that the viscosity is reduced, and the bonding property of the glue is improved; however, the glue obtained by oxidizing starch is opaque and relatively poor in stability, and is not easy to store for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a crease-resistant glue which can improve solid content, is colorless and transparent and is stable in storage aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a preparation method of the glue, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the first technical problem is as follows: the anti-wrinkle glue is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 2-7% of tackifying assistant; 0-10% of modified starch; 50-80% of starch derivative; 0-1% of defoaming agent; 0.01 to 1.0 percent of preservative; the balance of water.

As an improvement, the tackifying assistant comprises one of polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble polymer adhesive. Therefore, the adhesive property of the glue can be effectively improved, the viscosity of the glue can be adjusted, and the modified starch and the starch derivative can be mutually dissolved without influencing the stability and the appearance transparency of the glue.

As an improvement, the modified starch comprises at least one of hydroxypropyl starch ether and carboxymethyl starch ether. Therefore, the modified starch has good water solubility, can keep the transparency of colloid after being dissolved in water, can increase the solid content and the bonding property of glue, and can form a film between paper and the glue to prevent excessive water from entering the paper.

Preferably, the starch derivative comprises at least one of fructose syrup, maltodextrin, maltose syrup and glucose syrup. Therefore, the solid content of the glue can be further improved by utilizing the good solubility of the starch derivative in water, and a film can be formed between the paper and the glue to prevent excessive water from permeating into the paper.

The defoaming agent is preferably a polyether-based defoaming agent. Therefore, the defoaming agent can be dissolved in the glue and does not affect the transparency of the appearance of the glue.

The defoamer is preferably a defoamer manufactured by DOW P1000TB, a DOW chemical company, or a defoamer manufactured by Agitan290, a german mingmbh. Of course, other types of polyether defoamers can be selected.

The solid content of the glue is 65-85%.

The antiseptic comprises 0.01-0.05 wt% of benzisothiazolinone (THOR B20) produced by Torrel, UK, and 0.5-1 wt% of phenoxyethanol.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the second technical problem is as follows: the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle glue is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps of:

firstly, mixing water and a tackifying assistant, selectively adding a defoaming agent, and dissolving for 30-60 minutes at 85-90 ℃;

secondly, cooling to 60-70 ℃, selectively adding modified starch, and dissolving for 60-90 minutes; when the content of the modified starch is 0, the step can be directly skipped;

thirdly, adding starch derivatives, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃, and mixing and dissolving for 30-60 minutes;

fourthly, adding the preservative and stirring for 15-30 minutes to obtain the anti-wrinkle glue.

When the modified starch is added in the second step, after the modified starch is dissolved for 60-90 minutes, adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the weight percentage of less than or equal to 0.25 percent and the concentration of 1mol/l to adjust the pH of the solution to 2.0-3.0, raising the temperature to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes; then, the temperature is reduced to 40 to 50 ℃, sodium hydroxide solution with the weight percentage of less than or equal to 0.25 percent and the concentration of 1mol/l is added and stirred for 5 to 10 minutes, and the pH value of the solution is adjusted to be neutral. In this way, the concentration of modified starch is reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the solid content of the glue prepared by the invention is 65-85%, the solubility of the added starch derivatives and modified starch in water is very high, the solid content of the glue can be effectively improved, the moisture content is reduced, and excessive moisture can be prevented from permeating into paper to be bonded; meanwhile, the starch derivatives and the modified starch have high solubility in water, but the viscosity of the glue is not obviously increased, so that the better fluidity of the glue can be ensured, and the glue is easy to use; the compatibility between the starch derivatives and the modified starch and tackifying auxiliaries such as polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol high-molecular adhesive is good, so that the solution can be kept colorless and transparent, and the colloid can not become turbid or unstable due to the compatibility problem; the viscosity of the glue prepared by the invention is 3000-; and 90% of the components are natural sources, so that the glue is safe and environment-friendly, the prepared glue is colorless and transparent, the storage is stable, and the product performance can not be caused basically when the glue is stored for two years.
