sequentially adding sodium hydroxide, alkyl glycoside, sodium citrate, sodium tartrate, sodium chloride, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, penetrant, alkaline amylase, alkaline cellulase, alkaline pectinase, alkaline xylanase and deionized water to adjust the mixture ratio in the claim 1, and uniformly mixing.

4. The desizing refining agent of claim 3, wherein the catalyst is hydrochloric acid, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and tartaric acid in a mass ratio of 1:1 (1-1.2).

5. The desizing refining agent of claim 4, wherein the alkyl glycoside, citric acid and the catalyst are uniformly mixed at room temperature, and then reacted at 35-80 ℃ under a vacuum of 0.04MPa for 0.5-1 h.

6. The desizing refining agent according to claim 4, wherein the amount of said catalyst is 0.05-0.12% by mass of citric acid.

7. The desizing agent of claim 1, wherein said penetrant is sodium di-sec-octyl maleate sulfonate or polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether.

A desizing process comprising the steps of: diluting the desizing refining agent of any one of claims 1 to 7 with deionized water according to the proportion of 1 (10-15) to obtain desizing liquid; and padding the fabric in the desizing liquid for 0.5-2h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, taking out the fabric, and cleaning and drying the fabric.

Background

Before weaving, the warp yarns are generally subjected to sizing treatment (after the warp yarns are padded in slurry and dried), so that fibers in the yarns are adhered and cohered, and a layer of film is formed on the surfaces of the yarns, thereby facilitating weaving. The cotton fabric is generally sized by starch or modified starch slurry or polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylic acid (ester) slurry, and the slurry is also added with auxiliary agents such as a lubricant, a softening agent, a preservative and the like. The desizing process is a complex physical and chemical process and has the functions of permeation, dispersion, cleaning, chelation and the like. Two processes are typically involved: (1) removing the slurry from the fibers; (2) the slurry is dissolved in an aqueous solution to form a suspension state to prevent it from re-adhering to the fibers again.

The existing desizing treatment process mainly comprises a hot water desizing method, an alkali treatment method and an enzyme treatment method, wherein the hot water desizing method is generally to immerse a fabric in hot water, and stack the fabric in a desizing pool for more than ten hours in a heat preservation manner, so that the size is swelled and is easy to wash away by water. The method has good desizing effect on the fabrics taking water-soluble sodium alginate, cellulose derivatives and the like as sizing agents. The alkaline solution desizing method is characterized in that starch can be swelled under the action of sodium hydroxide solution, and polyacrylic acid polymer is easy to dissolve in alkaline solution, so that the purpose of desizing is finally achieved. The enzyme desizing method mainly utilizes biological enzyme to decompose starch size on the fabric, and has higher desizing efficiency. However, the selectivity of the hot water desizing method, the alkali treatment method and the enzyme treatment method is relatively strong, and only certain components in the size can be acted, so that multiple desizing methods are often needed in the desizing treatment process of the fabric to obtain a good desizing effect, and the process is very complicated.

In order to solve the above problems, people are always seeking an ideal technical solution.

The desizing refining agent is prepared by the following steps: according to the proportion, the alkyl glycoside citrate, the sodium hydroxide, the sodium citrate, the sodium tartrate, the sodium chloride, the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the penetrating agent and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, and then the alkaline amylase, the alkaline cellulase, the alkaline pectinase and the alkaline xylanase are sequentially added and uniformly mixed to obtain the desizing refining agent.

Reacting alkyl glycoside and citric acid with the molar ratio of (1-1.2) to (1-1.2) in the presence of a catalyst to generate a mixed solution of alkyl glycoside citrate; sequentially adding sodium hydroxide, alkyl glycoside, sodium citrate, sodium tartrate, sodium chloride, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, penetrant, alkaline amylase, alkaline cellulase, alkaline pectinase, alkaline xylanase and deionized water, adjusting the mixture ratio, and uniformly mixing.

The catalyst is hydrochloric acid, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and tartaric acid with the mass ratio of 1:1 (1-1.2).

Mixing alkyl glycoside, citric acid and the catalyst at room temperature, and reacting at 35-80 deg.C under 0.04Mpa for 0.5-2 h.

The dosage of the catalyst is 0.05-0.12% of the citric acid by mass fraction.

The penetrating agent is sodium di-sec-octyl maleate sulfonate or polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether.

The desizing refining agent provided by the invention greatly retains the activity of enzyme, combines the advantages of an alkaline treatment method and an enzyme treatment process, can effectively shorten the desizing refining time, has an excellent desizing refining effect while simplifying the desizing refining process, is easy to biodegrade, and is environment-friendly. Specifically, the desizing refining agent is an alkaline system desizing refining agent, and particularly adopts alkaline amylase, alkaline cellulase, alkaline pectinase and alkaline xylanase to decompose impurities in starch slurry and cotton fabrics so as to achieve the purpose of desizing refining; furthermore, sodium citrate and sodium tartrate complex calcium and magnesium ions are added to shield calcium and magnesium ions generated in the enzymolysis reaction, so that the influence on enzyme activity is avoided, and the stability of the system is improved by adding sodium chloride; furthermore, the defects of poor water solubility and foaming property of the alkyl glycoside are greatly improved by combining the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and alkyl glycoside citrate.

Furthermore, the preparation method of the desizing refining agent is simple and easy to operate, and has wide application prospect; further, hydrochloric acid, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and tartaric acid are used as composite catalysts, alkyl glycoside citrate is prepared by utilizing alkyl glycoside and citric acid, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid is used as a surface catalyst, can effectively improve the dispersibility of the alkyl glycoside, the alkyl glycoside and the citric acid are fully contacted, the reaction efficiency is improved, the hydrochloric acid can promote the alkyl glycoside to form ions, the tartaric acid is used for catalyzing the reaction of the alkyl glycoside and the citric acid together, and hydrochloric acid, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid and sodium hydroxide which are not fully reacted after the reaction react to generate sodium chloride, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium tartrate and sodium citrate which are used as effective components of the desizing and refining agent, therefore, the preparation process of the desizing refining agent has no unnecessary by-products, the cost is lower, waste liquid discharge is not needed, the environment is not polluted, and the desizing refining agent is more environment-friendly.
