the connecting seat 25 is connected with the preassembly base structure by a quick-assembly and quick-disassembly structure, so that the convenience of using the power module is improved, for example, when the power module is installed, the pull button 24 is pulled outwards, the pull rope 21 moves in the gathering pipe 23 and the guide wire groove 22, the positioning clamp 20 is pulled, the positioning clamp 20 is opened, the plug pins 28 at the bottom of the connecting block 25 are inserted into the preassembly base 19, the pull rope 21 is released, the positioning clamp 20 is connected with the clamping groove 29, the plug pins 28 are quickly fixed to the connecting seat 25 and are connected with the preassembly base 19 through the sucking disc 27, further fixation is performed, and under the condition, the quick connection between the module shell 1 and the circuit board is completed, so that the relative displacement is generated between the module shell and the plug pins 4.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, the whole power module adopts a packaging structure and is composed of a module shell 1 and a packaging top cover 2, a movable pin is installed in the module shell 1 by using a through groove 3, an end insulating block 8 of the pin 4 is installed by a reset spring 9, the elastic force of the reset spring 9 acts on the pin 4, when the reset spring 9 is in a loose state, the pin 4 is positioned at the bottom and is connected with a fusing power-on structure, and a power connection node 7 is connected with a lower conducting plate 17, therefore, when the power module is put into use, the pin 4 needs to overcome the elastic force of the reset spring 9 to move upwards, the power connection node 7 is connected with an upper conducting plate 12, the pin 4 is communicated with the power-on structure, and in order to take the mobility of the pin 4 and the sealing dust resistance of the module shell 1 into consideration, a sealing plate 6 is installed on the pin 4, and can seal the through groove 3, the power supply electrifying structure is mainly connected between the pin 4 and the power supply element 15, so that when the power supply module is put into use, the pin 4 can supply the electric quantity of the power supply element 15 to the circuit board, when the power supply module is used, the pin 4 is lifted up, the electrifying node 7 is connected with the upper conducting strip 12, the connecting plate 13 and the connecting wire 14 sequentially form an electric conduction structure, current circulation is carried out, the lifting of the pin 4 in the module shell 1 is actually achieved by downward moving of the module shell 1, the lifting is carried out after the pin 4 is connected, the module shell 1 is pressed downwards and is fixedly connected with the pre-installed base structure through the connecting seat 25; the connection of the connecting seat 25 and the pre-mounting base structure adopts a quick-assembly and quick-disassembly structure to improve the convenience of the power module, for example, when the installation is taken as an example, the pull button 24 is pulled outwards to move the pull rope 21 in the converging pipe 23 and the guide wire groove 22, the positioning clamp 20 is pulled to open the positioning clamp 20, the pin 28 at the bottom of the connecting block 25 is inserted into the pre-mounting base 19, the pull rope 21 is released, the positioning clamp 20 is connected with the clamping groove 29, the pin 28 is quickly fixed to the connecting seat 25 and is connected with the pre-mounting base 19 through the sucking disc 27 to be further fixed, under the condition, the quick connection of the module shell 1 and the circuit board is completed, so that the pin 4 and the pin 4 generate relative displacement, the pin 4 is separated from the fusing melting point structure and is communicated with the power supply structure, the normal use state is reached, and the power supply switch of the power module 1 is opened, putting the mixture into use;

after the power module reaches the service life, when the power module needs to be disassembled and replaced, the pin 4 is separated from the circuit board, the limitation disappears, the pin can reset and move downwards under the elastic force of the reset spring 9 and is communicated with the fusing electrifying structure, so that the pin 4 is self-destructed, when the electric connection node 7 of the pin 4 is communicated with the lower conducting plate 17, the battery in the self-destruct power seat 16 supplies power through the electric connection node 7, the pin 4 is contacted with the self-destruct plate 18 to form a passage, current flows in the passage, as the fusing area 5 on the pin 4 adopts a vulnerable structure compared with the whole pin 4 and the self-destruct plate 18 is electrified and generates heat, aiming at the fusing area 5, the pin 4 can automatically self-destruct after the power module is disassembled, the trouble is brought to the recovery and renovation of lawless persons, the production of the pin is lower than the maintenance cost, so that the renovation and selling behavior is avoided, the loss of the consumers is prevented; and aiming at the structure of power-on self-destruction, the bottom of the module shell 1 is taken as a main body through a mounting box 30, and the installation of an insulating barrier structure is carried out, the insulating barrier structure is mainly used when the power module is dismounted and is in a contraction structure, when the pin 4 is detached from the circuit board, the insulation barrier structure can isolate the pin 4 from the circuit board, thereby preventing damage to the circuit board structure when the pin 4 is energized and self-destructed, the insulating barrier structure and the fusing energizing structure are energized simultaneously, when the energizing post 36 is energized, the electromagnet 35 is powered to generate attraction force, the attraction force acts on the magnet 34, the magnet 34 drives the insulating shielding plate 33 to move out of the cavity 32 and is isolated at the bottom of the pin 4, the pin 4 which is detached is prevented from being connected with the circuit board, and the circuit board is effectively protected.
