Background

In recent years, in view of the shortage of world energy and the national emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction, the solar energy system is gradually used for heating the water in the swimming pool, but the existing mode is a mode of combining a solar energy heat collection system and electric energy, and the effect of utilizing the solar energy resource to the maximum extent is not achieved; meanwhile, the outdoor swimming pool occupies a large space and is sufficient in illumination, and the outdoor swimming pool is not effectively utilized in winter.

The invention provides a solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system, which can not only produce electric power for a power grid in summer and fully utilize the space in a swimming pool, but also only needs few modifications and has no influence of unattractive appearance; the water temperature can also be increased, prolonging the time of using the swimming pool without an expensive heating system; meanwhile, a floating photovoltaic system can be paved in winter to generate electricity.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system which is optimized on the basis of the prior swimming pool technology, so that the aims of reducing environmental influence, eliminating thermal drift effect, cleaning the problem and improving the power generation efficiency are fulfilled.

The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following design:

a solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system, the system comprising: the system comprises a photovoltaic power generation system, a solar water heating system, a constant-temperature water purification system and a swimming pool;

the photovoltaic power generation system comprises a photovoltaic module, a junction box, a photovoltaic controller, a storage battery and an inverter; the photovoltaic controller is respectively connected with the combiner box, the storage battery and the inverter, and the inverter is connected with an inlet of commercial power; the photovoltaic module comprises a polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic module array and an amorphous silicon photovoltaic module array; the confluence box is connected with the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic component array and the amorphous silicon photovoltaic component array;

the swimming pool comprises two water inlets and outlets, namely a first water inlet and outlet and a second water inlet and outlet; the first water inlet and outlet is arranged at the lowest part of the bottom of the stepped swimming pool, an amorphous silicon photovoltaic component is laid on the inclined plane of the bottom of the stepped swimming pool, grooves are formed in the peripheral edges of the swimming pool, a polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic component is laid in the grooves, and an overflow water return groove is laid on the periphery of the groove close to the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic component; the second water inlet and outlet is arranged on the side edge of the overflow backwater tank;

the solar water heating system comprises a solar heat collector, a heat storage water tank and a temperature controller; the heat storage water tank is provided with two water outlets, namely a first water outlet positioned at the upper part and a second water outlet positioned at the bottom part, the water inlet of the solar heat collector is connected with the first water outlet of the heat storage water tank, the water outlet of the solar heat collector is connected with the water inlet of the heat storage water tank, and the water inlet of the heat storage water tank is also connected with a municipal water supply interface; a temperature controller is arranged at the water outlet of the solar heat collector; a first water outlet of the heat storage water tank is connected with a first water inlet and a first water outlet of the swimming pool;

the constant-temperature water purification system comprises a filter, a hair collector, a dosing pump and a circulating pump; the filter, the hair collector, the dosing pump and the circulating pump are sequentially connected; the filter is connected with a second water outlet of the heat storage water tank, and the circulating pump is connected with a second water inlet and outlet of the swimming pool.

The system also comprises a flexible floating photovoltaic system which is used for being placed on the water surface of the swimming pool in winter, the flexible floating photovoltaic system comprises a plurality of groups of flexible floating photovoltaic arrays which are connected in series, and each group of flexible floating photovoltaic arrays comprises a flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic component, an anchoring system and a central transmission channel; the flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic modules are distributed on two sides of the central transmission channel, the anchoring systems are arranged on the outer sides of the flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic modules, and current generated by each group of flexible floating photovoltaic arrays is transmitted to a junction box of the photovoltaic power generation system through the micro inverter on the central transmission channel.

All electrical components in the photovoltaic power generation system and the flexible floating photovoltaic system are pre-installed and subjected to waterproof treatment, the junction box behind the assembly is sealed by marine-grade silica gel, the wrapping material of the cable is polyurethane, and all electrical connections are sealed in a polystyrene shell.

EPE pearl wool is stuck on the whole back of the flexible film amorphous silicon photovoltaic component, and a Brookfield waterproof sealing polymer adhesive is used.

The inverter is an off-grid and grid-connected integrated inverter, electricity generated by the photovoltaic array firstly supplies power to a load which is required for daily maintenance in a natatorium, and if the electricity generated by the photovoltaic array is larger than the daily requirement of the natatorium, the storage battery is charged; if the power generated by the photovoltaic array is insufficient, a mains supply input port is arranged in the inverter, and mains supply is automatically switched to supply power for each load.

The depth of the groove ensures that water overflowing from the swimming pool submerges the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic module array, and the effects of increasing the spectrum transmittance and cooling the photovoltaic module are achieved.

Polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are laid on the upper surface of the heat storage water tank, temperature probes and liquid level relays are arranged in the water tank, and current generated by the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is transmitted to a header box of a photovoltaic power generation system.

The walls around the swimming pool are provided with waterproof decorative glue films made of polyvinyl chloride.

Has the advantages that: according to the solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system provided by the invention, the photovoltaic arrays are laid at the peripheral edges of the swimming pool and at the bottom of the swimming pool, so that the solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system not only can supply power for daily electricity of the swimming pool, but also can improve the water temperature; meanwhile, a solar heat collecting system is designed in a matched mode, heat energy is used for heating water in the heat storage water tank, and when the temperature of the water in the swimming pool is too low, water circulation is carried out to keep the temperature constant. The water temperature control of the swimming pool completely utilizes solar energy, national electric energy resources are not consumed, the economic cost is reduced, and the space of the swimming pool is fully utilized to generate electricity in winter.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are used for more clearly illustrating the design method of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, a solar photovoltaic photo-thermal open-air swimming pool system, the system comprising: the system comprises a photovoltaic power generation system 1, a solar water heating system 2, a constant-temperature water purification system 3 and a swimming pool 4;

the photovoltaic power generation system 1 comprises a photovoltaic module, a combiner box 1-1, a photovoltaic controller 1-2, a storage battery 1-3 and an inverter 1-4; the photovoltaic controller 1-2 is respectively connected with a combiner box 1-1, a storage battery 1-3 and an inverter 1-4, and the inverter 1-4 is connected with an inlet of commercial power; the photovoltaic module comprises a polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic module array 1-5 and an amorphous silicon photovoltaic module array 1-6; the confluence box 1-1 is connected with a polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic component array 1-5 and an amorphous silicon photovoltaic component array 1-6;

the swimming pool 4 comprises two water inlets and outlets, namely a first water inlet and outlet 4-1 and a second water inlet and outlet 4-2; the first water inlet and outlet 4-1 is arranged at the lowest position of the bottom of the stepped swimming pool, amorphous silicon photovoltaic components 1-6 are laid on the inclined plane of the bottom of the stepped swimming pool, grooves 4-5 are formed in the peripheral edge of the swimming pool 4, polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic components 1-5 are laid in the grooves 4-5, and overflow water return grooves 4-3 are laid on the periphery of the first water inlet and outlet, which is close to the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic components 1-5; the second water inlet and outlet 4-2 is arranged on the side edge of the overflow backwater tank 4-3;

the solar water heating system 2 comprises a solar heat collector 2-1, a heat storage water tank 2-2 and a temperature controller 2-3; the heat storage water tank 2-2 is provided with two water outlets, namely a first water outlet 2-4 positioned at the upper part and a second water outlet 2-5 positioned at the bottom part, a water inlet of the solar heat collector 2-1 is connected with the first water outlet 2-4 of the heat storage water tank 2-2, a water outlet of the solar heat collector 2-1 is connected with a water inlet of the heat storage water tank 2-2, and a water inlet of the heat storage water tank 2-2 is also connected with a municipal water supply interface; a temperature controller 2-3 is arranged at the water outlet of the solar heat collector 2-1; a first water outlet 2-4 of the heat storage water tank 2-2 is connected with a first water inlet and outlet 4-1 of the swimming pool 4;

the constant-temperature water purification system 3 comprises a filter 3-1, a hair collector 3-2, a dosing pump 3-3 and a circulating pump 3-4; the filter 3-1, the hair collector 3-2, the dosing pump 3-3 and the circulating pump 3-4 are connected in sequence; the filter 3-1 is connected with a second water outlet 2-5 of the hot water storage tank 2-2, and the circulating pump 3-4 is connected with a second water inlet and outlet 4-2 of the swimming pool 4.

The system further comprises a flexible floating photovoltaic system 5, wherein the flexible floating photovoltaic system 5 is used for being placed on the water surface of the swimming pool 4 in winter, the flexible floating photovoltaic system 5 comprises a plurality of groups of flexible floating photovoltaic arrays which are connected in series, and each group of flexible floating photovoltaic arrays comprises a flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic component 5-1, an anchoring system 5-3 and a central transmission channel 5-2; the flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic modules 5-1 are distributed on two sides of the central transmission channel 5-2, the anchoring systems 5-3 are arranged on the outer sides of the flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic modules 5-1, and current generated by each group of flexible floating type photovoltaic arrays is transmitted to the header box 1-1 of the photovoltaic power generation system 1 through the micro inverter on the central transmission channel 5-3.

As shown in fig. 3, in winter, the flexible floating photovoltaic system 5 is placed on the water surface of the swimming pool 4, the whole back of the flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic module 5-1 is completely attached with the EPE pearl cotton, the module is separated from the water surface, the floating performance of the module is ensured, and the module has excellent heat dissipation performance because the thickness of the pearl cotton is extremely thin. To minimize cable usage and reduce array size, the design uses electrical connections only at each column of flexible thin film amorphous silicon photovoltaic modules 5-1 and central transmission channel 5-2, which also provide some mechanical coupling for the two side strings.

All electrical components in the photovoltaic power generation system 1 and the flexible floating photovoltaic system 5 are pre-installed and subjected to waterproof treatment, the junction box behind the assembly is sealed by marine-grade silica gel, the wrapping material of the cable is polyurethane, and all electrical connections are sealed in a polystyrene shell.

The inverter 1-4 is an off-grid and grid-connected integrated inverter 1-4, electricity generated by the photovoltaic array firstly supplies power to a load which is required by daily maintenance in a natatorium, and if the electricity generated by the photovoltaic array is larger than the daily requirement of the natatorium, the storage battery 1-3 is charged; if the power generated by the photovoltaic array is insufficient, a mains supply input port is arranged in the inverter 1-4, and mains supply is automatically switched to supply power for each load.

The depth of the grooves 4-5 ensures that the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic module array is immersed by water overflowing from the swimming pool, so that the effects of increasing the spectrum transmittance and cooling the photovoltaic module are achieved.

The polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules 1-7 are laid on the upper surfaces of the heat storage water tanks 2-2, temperature probes and liquid level relays are arranged in the water tanks, and current generated by the polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is transmitted to the header boxes 1-1 of the photovoltaic power generation system 1.

The walls around the swimming pool 4 are provided with waterproof decorative glue films made of polyvinyl chloride.

The main technical scheme of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the schematic view of the components of the swimming pool system is shown, the water supply mode of the swimming pool is horizontal wall water supply, the water return mode is overflow return water tank 4-3 bottom discharge, municipal water supply firstly flows into the swimming pool through first water inlet and outlet 4-1 and second water inlet and outlet 4-2, the pool water can absorb 90% of solar energy projected on the pool water, meanwhile, the polysilicon photovoltaic module arrays 1-5 at the periphery of the swimming pool can also generate partial heat, the partial heat flows into the pool through circulating pump 3-4, the sunlight is absorbed to the maximum extent under the condition of sufficient illumination, the solar water heating system 2 is not needed to heat the water in the swimming pool 4, and the hot water can be used in the bathroom of the swimming pool and other aspects; when the illumination is insufficient, the water heated by the solar water heating system 2 is needed to circulate the water in the swimming pool 4, so that the water in the pool is kept at a comfortable temperature for human bodies. When raining or water treatment is required, water in the swimming pool 4 can be disinfected and filtered through the filter 3-1, the hair collector 3-2, the dosing pump 3-3 and the circulating pump 3-4.
