When the door is locked, each straight bolt needs to be driven by a key to pop up and inserted into a lock hole of a door frame to realize locking, and the use is inconvenient. Moreover, the lock tongue is easy to be pried by thieves with tools, and has poor anti-theft performance and low safety.

The existing intelligent lock adopting an electronic verification mode to control the lock tongue still has instability in performance, for example, severe environments such as high temperature and strong magnetic impact are encountered, some intelligent locks may be out of order, so that the main lock tongue cannot be withdrawn, and a door cannot be opened. In addition, the door opening direction of the intelligent lock sold in the market at present is determined when the intelligent lock leaves a factory, namely, a manufacturer needs to produce two sets of different intelligent locks aiming at a left door or a right door, so that the production cost of the intelligent lock is greatly increased.

To sum up, the existing bolt device has the problems of complex structure, inconvenient use, poor safety performance, easy failure, incapability of smoothly opening the door and high production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the original features, technical means and objectives of the invention easier to understand.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dump tongue device provided by the invention comprises a dump tongue 101, a dump tongue fixing seat 102, a dump tongue spring 103, a dump tongue limiting plate 104, a dump tongue direction block 105 and a direction block torsion spring 107, wherein the dump tongue 101 is in rotatable contact with the dump tongue fixing seat 102, the dump tongue spring 103 is sleeved on the lower part of the dump tongue fixing seat 102, a through hole 1046 is formed in the bottom of the dump tongue limiting plate 104, the lower part of the dump tongue fixing seat 102 penetrates through the through hole 1046 by compressing the dump tongue spring 103, the dump tongue direction block 105 is arranged on one side of the dump tongue limiting plate 104, the dump tongue direction block 105 is in clamping fit with the dump tongue 101, and the direction block torsion spring 107 is installed on the dump tongue direction block 105.

When the door of the embodiment of the invention is closed, the tipping tongue 101 pushes the tipping tongue fixing seat 102 to move downwards after being subjected to the action of external force, the tipping tongue fixing seat 102 penetrates through the bottom through hole 1046 of the tipping tongue limiting plate 104 by compressing the tipping tongue spring 103, and the tipping tongue gradually retracts into the lock shell. In a natural state, the tipping tongue 101 and the tipping tongue direction block 105 form a blocking fit, so that the tipping tongue 101 can only vertically move up and down.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the tipping tongue 101 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a tongue body 1011, an arc-shaped projection 1012, a first projection 1013 and a second projection 1014, wherein the tongue body 1011 is composed of a slope 1015 and a cross section 1016, the arc-shaped projection 1012 is in rotatable contact with the tipping tongue holder 102, and the first projection 1013 and the second projection 1014 are engaged with the upper portion of the tipping tongue direction piece 105.

After the door of the embodiment of the invention is closed, the upper part of the tipping tongue direction block 105 is in clamping fit with the first protrusion block 1013 and the second protrusion block 1014, so that when external force impacts the cross section 1016, the tipping tongue 101 does not rotate, the tipping tongue 101 cannot be retracted into the lock shell, the door cannot be opened, the structure is simple, and the safety performance is good.

Preferably, the inclined surface 1015 of the tongue body 1011 according to the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a left inclined surface 1017, a middle inclined surface 1018 and a right inclined surface 1019, the left inclined surface 1017 and the right inclined surface 1019 are symmetrically disposed and are both made of metal, and the middle inclined surface 1018 is made of plastic, which has a noise reduction effect when striking the door.

As shown in fig. 4, the tongue holder 102 of the present invention comprises a tongue stopper 1021, an arc-shaped groove 1022 and a rod 1023, wherein the arc-shaped groove 1022 contacts with the arc-shaped protrusion 1012, the rod 1023 is sleeved with the tongue spring 103, and the rod 1023 penetrates through the through hole 1046 by compressing the tongue spring 103.

In implementation, when the position limitation of the tipping tongue direction block 105 is not available, the cross section 1016 of the tipping tongue 101 is pushed, the arc-shaped protruding part 1012 integrally formed with the tongue body part 1011 can rotate forwards or backwards in the arc-shaped groove part 1022, so that the tipping tongue 101 rotates, the tipping tongue fixing seat 102 is further pushed to move downwards, the rod-shaped part 1023 of the tipping tongue fixing seat 102 penetrates through the through hole 1046 by compressing the tipping tongue spring 103, and the tipping tongue 101 is gradually retracted into the lock shell, so that the tipping tongue door is opened.

As shown in fig. 18, the tipping tongue limiting block 1021 in the embodiment of the present invention is disposed in the limiting groove 401 of the lock case corresponding to the position of the tipping tongue limiting block, so as to achieve accurate limiting of retraction and ejection of the tipping tongue device 1.

As shown in fig. 2, a first supporting plate 1041 and a second supporting plate 1042 which are oppositely arranged are arranged on one side of a skip tongue limiting plate 104 according to an embodiment of the present invention, an accommodating space 1043 is formed between the first supporting plate 1041 and the second supporting plate 1042, the skip tongue direction block 105 is arranged in the accommodating space 1043, and bottoms of the first supporting plate 1041 and the second supporting plate 1042 are respectively formed by a first hollow circular shaft 1044 and a second hollow circular shaft 1045.

As shown in fig. 5, the tipping tongue direction block 105 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a rotation shaft 1051, a first direction block shifting piece 1052 and a second direction block shifting piece 1053, the rotation shaft 1051 is disposed between a first hollow round shaft 1044 and a second hollow round shaft 1045, and the tipping tongue direction block 105 according to the embodiment of the present invention is fixed on the tipping tongue limit plate 104 through the rotation shaft 1051. The upper portion of the first direction block shifting piece 1052 is disposed in a U-shaped groove structure 1054, and the U-shaped groove structure 1054 is engaged with the first protrusion 1013 and the second protrusion 1014.
