An air conditioning refrigeration system as set forth in claim 6 wherein: the air suction liquid distributor comprises a first air suction liquid distributor and a second air suction liquid distributor, the first air suction liquid distributor is connected with the evaporator and the first air cylinder, and the second air suction liquid distributor is connected with the evaporator and the second air cylinder.

8. An air conditioning refrigeration system as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the ratio V3/V4 of the first inspiratory dispenser volume V3 to the second inspiratory dispenser volume V4 ranges from 0.5 to 1.0.

9. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an air conditioning refrigeration system as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8.
