7. The anti-loosening threaded fastener assembly facilitating opening and closing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the front nut and the rear nut are engaged with each other through a locking block and a groove which are engaged with each other.

8. The assembly of claim 7, wherein the rear end of the front nut and the front end of the rear nut are both saw-toothed, the saw-toothed comprises a plurality of saw teeth, the saw teeth form the block, and the groove is defined between two adjacent saw teeth.

9. The anti-loosening, easy-to-open threaded fastener assembly of claim 8 wherein the serrations are rectangular or triangular or trapezoidal in shape.

10. The anti-loosening threaded fastener assembly facilitating opening and closing of any of claims 1-3, wherein the first thread has a right-hand thread direction and the second thread has a left-hand thread direction.

11. A connecting structure, which comprises a first fastened piece, a second fastened piece and the anti-loosening and easy-opening and closing screw fastening assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-10;

the first fastened piece and the second fastened piece are sequentially sleeved on the front section of the screw rod, and the front nut and the rear nut fasten and connect the first fastened piece and the second fastened piece.

The invention relates to a screw fastening assembly with looseness prevention and convenience for opening and closing and a connecting structure comprising the screw fastening assembly.

Background

The most common nut locking method in industry, building and transportation industry today relies on energy storage by friction and deformation of the nut. This is a practical, convenient and inexpensive method of fastening components because friction is not present and the amount of nut deformation is greater than that of screws and washers. The powerful reaction is the strain, the energy is stored only when the strain exists, and the existence of the axial force of the nut is ensured only when the energy is stored; energy storage is a long-lasting maintenance relying on friction. The energy stored to prevent loosening of the nut is primarily potential energy.

In the current threaded fastening assembly, under severe conditions of severe vibration, the nut is difficult to loosen; particularly, under the high-frequency vibration of some large-axial-force nuts, the nuts can be loosened and fall off within a few minutes; and when a large axial force is required, the nut is troublesome to screw and disassemble.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: overcome prior art's not enough, provide one kind and can prevent that the nut from getting back the pine and coming off, and do benefit to the screw fastening subassembly of installation and dismantlement.

In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a screw fastening assembly for preventing loosening and facilitating opening and closing, comprising a screw, a front nut and a rear nut, wherein the screw comprises a screw head and a screw rod;

the screw comprises a screw front section and a screw rear section, the front end of the screw front section is connected with the screw head, and the rear end of the screw front section is connected with the front end of the screw rear section;

the front section of the screw is provided with a first thread, the first thread extends forwards from the rear end of the front section of the screw, the rear section of the screw is provided with a second thread with the opposite rotation direction to the first thread, and the second thread extends forwards from the rear end of the rear section of the screw to the front end of the rear section of the screw;

the front nut is provided with a first internal thread meshed with the first thread, the rear nut is provided with a second internal thread meshed with the second thread, the front nut is sleeved on the front section of the screw rod, the rear nut is sleeved on the rear section of the screw rod, and the rear end of the front nut is clamped with the front end of the rear nut.

Preferably, the outer diameters of the front section and the rear section of the screw are equal;

the first thread extends rearwardly at a rear end of the rear section of the screw.

Preferably, the outer diameter of the front screw section is larger than that of the rear screw section, so that a step is formed at the joint of the front screw section and the rear screw section.

Preferably, the screw fastening assembly further comprises a spring washer sleeved on the front section of the screw and located in front of the front nut.

Preferably, the spring washer is a disc spring.

Preferably, the threaded fastening assembly further comprises a spare nut which is engaged and sleeved on the front section of the screw rod and is positioned in front of the spring washer.

Preferably, the front nut and the rear nut are engaged with each other through a mutually matched clamping block and a groove.

Preferably, the rear end of the front nut and the front end of the rear nut are both in a sawtooth structure, the sawtooth structure comprises a plurality of sawteeth, the sawteeth form the clamping block, and the groove is defined between every two adjacent sawteeth.

Preferably, the saw teeth are rectangular or triangular or trapezoidal.

Preferably, the direction of rotation of the first thread is right-hand rotation, and the direction of rotation of the second thread is left-hand rotation.

The same object is achieved by a second aspect of the present invention, which further provides a connecting structure, comprising a first fastened member, a second fastened member, and the anti-loosening and easy-to-open threaded fastening assembly according to any one of the first aspect;
