Further, the rigidity of the inner rubber cylinder, the middle rubber ring cylinder and the outer rubber ring cylinder is gradually increased.

Advantageous effects

The variable-frequency vibration isolator provided by the invention is provided with the inner rubber cylinder, the middle rubber ring cylinder and the outer rubber ring cylinder, the rigidity of which is gradually increased, so that the purpose of frequency conversion of the vibration isolator is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, the variable frequency vibration isolator according to the embodiment of the present invention is suitable for vibration and noise reduction engineering of ship equipment, and includes an upper mounting panel structure 1, a middle metal plate 2, a lower mounting panel structure 3, an inner rubber cylinder 4, an upper rubber ring cylinder 5, and a lower rubber ring cylinder 6. The upper rubber ring cylinder 5 is sleeved on the upper part of the inner rubber cylinder 4, and the inner side of the upper rubber ring cylinder is connected with the outer side of the inner rubber cylinder 5 in an adhesion manner; the upper mounting panel structure 1 is connected with the tops of the inner rubber cylinder 4 and the upper rubber ring cylinder 5 in a vulcanization mode; the lower rubber ring cylinder 6 and the middle metal plate 2 are sleeved on the lower part of the inner rubber cylinder 4, and gaps are reserved between the lower rubber ring cylinder 6 and the inner rubber cylinder 4; the top of the outer rubber ring cylinder 6 is connected with the lower surface of the middle metal plate 2 in a vulcanization way; the lower mounting panel structure 3 is connected with the bottoms of the inner rubber cylinder 4 and the lower rubber ring cylinder 6 in a vulcanization way; the rigidity of the inner rubber cylinder 4, the middle rubber ring cylinder 5 and the outer rubber ring cylinder 6 is gradually increased.

When the variable-frequency vibration isolator works, the upper mounting panel structure is connected with equipment, under the action of gravity, the inner rubber cylinder is compressed, and when the compression amount exceeds the distance between the lower part of the middle rubber ring cylinder and the upper part of the middle metal plate, the middle rubber ring cylinder and the outer rubber ring cylinder are compressed, so that the system rigidity is increased, the frequency is changed, the damping of the vibration isolator is increased, and the buffering capacity of the vibration isolator for the equipment is also increased.
