1. A quick coupling, comprising:

the connector comprises a male connector and a female connector, wherein the female connector comprises a base and a body arranged on the base, and an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating the male connector is formed in the body in a hollow mode;

8. A spraying device, which is characterized by comprising a water tank and a water outlet pipe, wherein one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a base of a female joint in the quick joint as claimed in claim 1.

9. The spraying device of claim 8, wherein the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with an outlet of a water pump of the spraying device, and the contact part of the water outlet pipe and the spraying device is connected through a pipe locking cap and a rubber sheath.

10. The spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the female connector of the quick connector is connected to a male connector provided in a dust removing device, a cement cutting device or a water spraying device.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of quick connectors, in particular to a quick connector and a spraying device using the quick connector.

Background

The electric sprayer is composed of liquid storage barrel, filter screen, connecting head, electric pump, connecting pipe, spray pipe and spray head which are connected and communicated in turn, the electric pump is electrically connected with battery by means of wire and switch, the battery box is mounted in the bottom portion of liquid storage barrel, the liquid storage barrel can be made into a recessed groove for mounting battery. But its function is limited to spraying and sprinkling liquid and cannot be used in combination with some other devices that require dust removal.

The existing connector for liquid is generally complex in connection mode, does not have the function of one-way conduction, is not enough in sealing performance, can generate the conditions of water leakage and the like, is not suitable for being used on a spraying device, realizes the combined use of the spraying device and other dust removing equipment, and limits the application range of the spraying device.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a quick connector and a spraying device which can realize the function of quick connection or disconnection and effectively prevent liquid leakage.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a quick connector comprising:

the connector comprises a male connector and a female connector, wherein the female connector comprises a base and a body arranged on the base, and an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating the male connector is formed in the body in a hollow mode;

the side wall of the rear end of the body is provided with a plurality of ball lock holes, and a ball is arranged in each ball lock hole;

the periphery of the side wall of the rear end of the body is provided with a ball sleeve for limiting the moving range of the balls, and the ball sleeve is connected with the rear end of the body in a sliding manner through a second elastic part;

the side wall of the rear end of the body is provided with a limiting bulge used for limiting the sliding range of the ball sleeve, and the ball sleeve is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to the limiting bulge.

Preferably, the quick coupling, wherein a circle of groove is arranged between the water blocking seat and the water passing ring, and the check valve sealing ring is arranged in the groove.

Preferably, the quick coupling, wherein the rear end of the body has a connecting portion with the same diameter as the front end of the body and a locking portion with a diameter larger than the front end of the body, and the ball locking hole is formed in a side wall of the locking portion.

Preferably, the quick coupling has a circle of transition inclined surface between the locking portion and the connecting portion, and when the female coupling is connected to the male coupling, a male coupling sealing ring of the male coupling is pressed against the transition inclined surface to seal the connecting portion.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention with reference to the description.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a quick connector 100 includes:

the connector comprises a male connector 20 and a female connector 10, wherein the female connector 10 comprises a base 11 and a body 12 arranged on the base 11, and an accommodating cavity 13 capable of accommodating the male connector 20 is formed in the body 12 in a hollow manner;

the check valve further comprises a check valve body 15 connected to the front end 121 of the body through a first elastic component 14, wherein the check valve body 15 comprises a water retaining seat 151 and a water passing ring 152, a plurality of through holes 153 are formed in the side surface of the water passing ring 152, and a check valve sealing ring 154 is arranged between the water retaining seat 151 and the water passing ring 152;

a circle of bosses 1211 for limiting the water retaining seat 151 are arranged inside the joint of the front end 121 of the body and the rear end 122 of the body, and when the female connector 10 is not connected with the male connector 20, the water retaining seat 151 and the circle of bosses 1211 are sealed through a one-way valve sealing ring 154;

the side wall of the rear end 122 of the body is provided with a limiting protrusion 161 for limiting the sliding range of the ball sleeve 16, and the ball sleeve 16 is provided with a limiting groove 162 corresponding to the limiting protrusion 161.

The quick connector 100 of the present application can be used for connecting some devices requiring water, such as some dust removing devices, etc., and is sealed by the check valve sealing ring 154 between the water blocking seat 151 and the circle of boss 1211, when the female connector 10 is not connected to the male connector 20, the water blocking seat 151 can stop water to prevent water leakage (or other liquid), only when the male connector 20 is connected to the female connector 10, the ball sleeve 16 slides towards the front end 121 of the body, the ball 1222 freely moves, at this time, the male connector 20 is connected, and the male connector 20 can be unlocked, so that the quick connection or disconnection function can be realized, and the quick connector 100 reaches a connection state by having a plurality of through holes 153 on the side surface of the water passing ring 152, and the sealing ring 21 on the male connector 20 can also play a role of preventing water leakage.

A circle of groove 1511 is arranged between the water blocking seat 151 and the water passing ring 152, and the one-way valve sealing ring 154 is arranged in the groove 1511. The check valve packing 154 performs a function of preventing water leakage.

The rear body end 122 has a connecting portion 1223 having the same diameter as the front body end 121 and a locking portion 1224 having a larger diameter than the front body end 121, and the ball locking hole 1221 is provided in a side wall of the locking portion 1224.

A ring of transition chamfers 1225 is provided between the locking portion 1224 and the connecting portion 1223, and when the female connector 10 is connected to the male connector 20, the male connector 20 has a male connector seal 21 pressed against the transition chamfers 1225 to seal the connecting portion 1223. The male connector 20 has a male connector sealing ring 21 just pressed on the inclined transition inclined surface 1225, the male connector 20 also has a locking groove 22, the locking groove 22 is used for enabling the female connector 10 to be connected and locked with the male connector 20, the male connector 20 adopts the male connector 20 in the prior art, the improvement of the scheme is in the structure of the female connector 10, particularly in the structure of the one-way valve body 15, therefore, the male connector 20 of the scheme is suitable for the existing male connector 20 on the market, is convenient to match with the existing male connector 20, and has a wide application range.

The ball sleeve 16 has a stopper 163 for limiting the moving range of the ball 1222, when the ball sleeve 16 moves to one end of the front end 121 of the body, the stopper 163 is separated from the position of the ball 1222, and the ball 1222 can move freely to the space formed by the locking part 1224 and the ball sleeve 16. When the ball sleeve 16 moves to one end of the front end 121 of the body, the limiting block 163 leaves the position of the limiting ball 1222, and the male connector 20 can be connected or taken out, so that the quick connection or the quick connection and the quick disconnection are realized.

When the female connector 10 is connected to the male connector 20, when the ball sleeve 16 is restored by the second elastic member 17, the stopper 163 is located at the position of the stopping ball 1222, so that the ball 1222 is pressed against the outer wall of the male connector 20. The number of the through holes 153 is four, and the through holes 153 are uniformly distributed on the side surface of the water passing ring 152, and the number of the through holes 153 is four, so that the water inlet efficiency is not influenced. The ball lockholes 1221 are four in number and evenly distributed on the side wall of the rear end 122 of the body, the ball lockholes 1221 are symmetrical in pairs, the male connector 20 can be locked, and the grabbing force is strong.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the present disclosure further provides a spraying apparatus 200, where the spraying apparatus 200 includes a water tank 30 and a water outlet pipe 40, and one end of the water outlet pipe 40 is connected to the base 11 of the female connector 10 in the quick connector 100. The spraying device 200 may be a spraying device 200 in the prior art, and includes a water tank 30 for storing water, a cover is covered on the water tank 30, and the water outlet of the water tank is connected with water through a water outlet pipe 40.

The other end of the water outlet pipe 40 is connected with the outlet of a water pump 43 of the spraying device 200, and the contact part of the water outlet pipe 40 and the spraying device 200 is connected through a pipe locking cap 41 and a rubber sheath 42, so that the sealing performance is good. The water pump 43 is used to transport the liquid. The water outlet pipe 40 can be reserved with a certain length, so that the spraying device 200 is more flexible to use.

The female connector 10 of the quick connector 100 is connected to a male connector provided in a dust removing device, a cement cutting device, or a water spraying device, or may be a device for wiping glass or the like having the male connector and requiring a liquid. The multifunctional spraying device is suitable for various occasions needing liquid, the application range is wide, only one end of the male connector is connected into the female connector 10 of the scheme, the spraying device 200 is connected to the female connector 10, and equipment provided with the male connector 20 can be quickly connected to the female connector 10 of the scheme, so that the multifunctional spraying device 200 is achieved, and more use scenes are provided. The water spraying device comprises a spraying pipe, a spraying joint and the like, and realizes a spraying function.
