the fixed plate, the rotating plate, the pitching plate and the translation plate are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;

the rotating unit comprises a top plate, a sliding shaft sleeve and two groups of rotating adjusting components;

the top plate is arranged on the fixed plate; one end of the sliding shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the rotating plate, and the other end of the sliding shaft sleeve is inserted into the fixed plate;

the two groups of rotary adjusting components are respectively positioned at two sides of the top plate; the two groups of rotation adjusting assemblies respectively apply force to the top plate, and the rotating plate starts to rotate under the driving of the sliding shaft sleeve;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of precision optical application mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a compact three-dimensional adjusting table.

Background

The multidimensional adjusting table has the characteristics of high precision, large bearing capacity, long stroke and the like, so that the multidimensional adjusting table is widely applied to the fields of scientific research, laser application, full-automatic metering and detecting instrument equipment, industrial automation and the like. In the construction of a standard detection platform of a large-caliber optical product, the reliability of the laser interferometer support and the stability of the adjustment precision directly influence the assembly and calibration level and efficiency of the large-caliber optical product.

Due to the characteristics of large volume, heavy weight and the like of the laser interferometer, the laser interferometer is placed on a flat plate for standing or is spliced, supported and finely adjusted by using the existing shearing frame in the use process at present, the support has obvious defects, and the interferometer is unstable in support and lacks of an adjusting means. Although the multidimensional adjustment frame can meet the adjustment and use requirements through the combined design of the multidimensional moving structure according to the conventional structural design, the structure usually adopts a shaft-hole matching mode to realize the adjustment function in the pitching adjustment unit, and the shaft-hole matching requires the matching and installation of parts such as a shaft, a bearing seat, a bearing gland and the like, so that the structure of the multidimensional adjustment table is complicated, the size of the whole adjustment table in the height direction is increased, and the support and the precise adjustment of a laser interferometer or a large-caliber optical device are not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to mainly solve the problems of complex structure and large occupied space after the two-dimensional angle and one-dimensional translation adjusting mechanism is combined for use at present, and provides a compact three-dimensional adjusting table for supporting and posture adjusting of a laser interferometer or a large-caliber optical device.

The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the invention provides a compact three-dimensional adjusting table which comprises a fixed plate, a rotating plate, a pitching plate, a translation plate, a rotating unit, a pitching adjusting unit and a translation adjusting unit, wherein the fixed plate is fixed on the rotating plate;

the fixed plate, the rotating plate, the pitching plate and the translation plate are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;

the rotating unit comprises a top plate, a sliding shaft sleeve and two groups of rotating adjusting components;

the top plate is arranged on the fixed plate; one end of the sliding shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the rotating plate, and the other end of the sliding shaft sleeve is inserted into the fixed plate;

the two groups of rotary adjusting components are respectively positioned at two sides of the top plate; the two groups of rotation adjusting assemblies respectively apply force to the top plate, and the rotating plate starts to rotate under the driving of the sliding shaft sleeve;

the pitching plate is connected with one side of the rotating plate through a spherical hinge mechanism, the pitching adjusting unit is arranged on one side far away from the spherical hinge mechanism, and the pitching adjusting unit applies upward or downward external force to the pitching plate so that the pitching plate swings up and down by taking the spherical hinge mechanism as a hinge point;

the translation plate and the pitching plate are connected through the linear guide rail pair, and the translation adjusting unit applies horizontal thrust to the translation plate to enable the translation plate to move along the laying direction of the linear guide rail pair.

Furthermore, in order to achieve the purpose of up-and-down swinging of the pitching plate and meet the requirements of compact structure and high reliability in the swinging process, the spherical hinge mechanism comprises a rotating part, a fixing part and an anti-dropping sleeve;

the rotating piece is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate, and the part of the rotating piece extending downwards is provided with a spherical bulge;

the fixed part is fixedly arranged on the rotating plate, the upper half part of the fixed part is provided with a spherical pit matched with the spherical bulge, and the lower half part of the fixed part is provided with a round hole communicated with the spherical pit;

the anti-drop sleeve comprises a lower limit plate and an upper limit stud vertically and fixedly connected with the lower limit plate; the size of the outer contour of the lower limiting plate is larger than the diameter of the round hole; and an upper limiting stud of the anti-release sleeve penetrates through the round hole from bottom to top and then is in threaded connection with the spherical protrusion.

Furthermore, the rotation adjusting assembly comprises an azimuth rotation adjusting threaded sleeve fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the rotating plate, and after the azimuth rotation adjusting screw is in threaded fit with the azimuth rotation adjusting threaded sleeve, the end part of the azimuth rotation adjusting screw is in contact with the top plate.

Further, the pitch adjusting unit comprises a pitch adjusting screw rod and a pitch adjusting thread sleeve; the pitching adjusting threaded sleeve is fixedly embedded in the rotating plate, and after the pitching adjusting screw rod is in threaded fit with the pitching adjusting threaded sleeve, the end part of the pitching adjusting screw rod is in contact with the lower surface of the pitching plate.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the adjusting table from being disconnected between the pitching plate and the rotating plate in the moving and carrying processes, the adjusting table further comprises an anti-dropping thread pair; the anti-drop thread pair comprises an anti-drop screw and a nut; after the anti-falling screw rod is in threaded fit with the nut and the rotating plate in sequence, the anti-falling screw rod extends out of the upper surface of the rotating plate.

Further, the translation adjusting unit comprises a translation adjusting screw rod, a translation adjusting threaded sleeve and a screw rod limiting seat;

the translation adjusting screw consists of a thread section, a middle transition section and a limiting section; the outer diameter of the middle transition section is smaller than that of the threaded section and the limiting section;

the translation adjusting threaded sleeve is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of one side of the translation plate; the screw limiting seat is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate, and a through hole with the same outer diameter as the middle transition section is formed in the screw limiting seat; after the thread section of the translation adjusting screw is in threaded fit with the translation adjusting thread sleeve, the middle transition section of the translation adjusting screw is in clearance fit with the through hole of the screw limiting seat, and the limiting section of the translation adjusting screw extends out of the through hole of the screw limiting seat.

Further, in order to make the rotation process of the rotating plate smoother, a sliding bearing is provided between the rotating plate and the fixing plate.

Further, hand wheels are mounted on the azimuth rotation adjusting screw, the pitching adjusting screw, the anti-drop screw and the translation adjusting screw, manual driving can be achieved by adopting other square heads and the like, and further, in order to achieve automatic adjustment, the hand wheels can be replaced by motors.

Furthermore, in order to reduce the weight of the whole adjusting table, the translation plate, the pitching plate and the rotating plate are provided with lightening holes.

Further, a mounting plate for mounting the adjusted equipment is arranged on the translation plate. The number, the size and the arrangement position of the mounting plates can be designed according to the adjusted piece.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, the fixed plate, the rotating plate, the pitching plate and the translation plate are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the posture of the adjusted piece is adjusted by utilizing the rotating unit, the pitching adjusting unit and the translation adjusting unit, so that the adjustable device has the advantages of compact structure, convenience in adjustment, high precision, good stability and the like; particularly, the pitching adjusting unit of the adjusting table realizes the adjusting function through the spherical hinge mechanism, the height of the adjusting mechanism is greatly reduced, and the height of the adjusting table is only 1/3 designed conventionally, so that the structure is more compact.

2. The invention adopts the rotation adjusting component, the pitching adjusting unit and the translation adjusting unit to realize adjustment by adopting the matching of the screw rod and the threaded sleeve, has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, saves space and is easy to popularize and use.

3. The translation adjusting unit formed by the translation adjusting screw rod, the translation adjusting threaded sleeve and the screw rod limiting seat enables reciprocating movement in the horizontal direction to be completed through the simple structure through the sectional type ingenious design of the translation adjusting screw rod, and meanwhile, the screw rod limiting seat can control the movement stroke, so that the reliability of the adjusting process is ensured.

It should be noted that: the drawings are in simplified form and are not to precise scale, the intention being solely for the convenience and clarity of illustrating embodiments of the invention; secondly, the structures shown in the drawings are often part of the actual structure; again, the drawings may require different emphasis, sometimes on different proportions.

The basic framework of the three-dimensional adjusting table in the embodiment is as follows:

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the device comprises a fixed plate 1, a rotating plate 2, a pitching plate 3, a translation plate 4, a rotating unit 5, a pitching adjusting unit 6 and a translation adjusting unit 7;

the fixed plate 1, the rotating plate 2, the pitching plate 3 and the translation plate 4 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;

the rotating unit 5 comprises a top plate 8, a sliding shaft sleeve 9 and two groups of rotating adjusting components 10;

the top plate 8 is arranged on the fixed plate 1; one end of a sliding shaft sleeve 9 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the rotating plate 2, and the other end of the sliding shaft sleeve is inserted in the fixed plate 1;

the two groups of rotary adjusting components 10 are respectively positioned at two sides of the top plate 8; the two groups of rotation adjusting assemblies 10 apply force to the top plate 8 respectively, and the rotating plate 2 starts to rotate under the driving of the sliding shaft sleeve 9;

The following detailed description of the core components of the three-dimensional adjusting table provided by the embodiment is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rotation adjustment assembly 10 includes an azimuth rotation adjustment screw 14 and an azimuth rotation adjustment screw 15; the azimuth rotation adjusting screw sleeve 15 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the rotating plate 2, and after the azimuth rotation adjusting screw 14 is in threaded fit with the azimuth rotation adjusting screw sleeve 15, the end part of the azimuth rotation adjusting screw 14 is in contact with the top plate 8. During operation, the azimuth rotation adjusting screw 14 is rotated, the azimuth rotation adjusting threaded sleeve 15 moves along the azimuth rotation adjusting screw 14, and then the rotating plate 2 rotates around the center of the sliding shaft sleeve 3, namely, the rotation adjusting function is realized. Because the rotary adjusting assemblies are two groups, the clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the adjusting table can be realized.

The pitch adjustment unit 6 includes a pitch adjustment screw 16 and a pitch adjustment thread bushing 17; the pitch adjusting threaded sleeve 17 is fixedly embedded in the rotating plate 2, and after the pitch adjusting screw rod 16 is in threaded fit with the pitch adjusting threaded sleeve 17, the end part of the pitch adjusting screw rod 16 is in contact with the lower surface of the pitch plate 3. By rotating the pitch adjusting screw 16, the pitch adjusting screw 16 is lifted, and further the pitch plate 3 swings around the spherical hinge mechanism 11, namely the pitch adjusting function of the adjusting table is realized. On the basis of the structure, the invention also provides an anti-falling thread pair 18; the anti-drop thread pair 18 comprises an anti-drop screw rod 19 and a nut 20; after the anti-falling screw rod 19 is in threaded fit with the nut 20 and the rotating plate 2 in sequence, the anti-falling screw rod 19 extends out of the upper surface of the rotating plate 2, and when the locking is needed, the nut is screwed down to enable the nut to be tightly pressed on the lower surface of the rotating plate, so that the anti-falling function is realized.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the translation adjusting unit 7 includes a translation adjusting screw 21, a translation adjusting threaded sleeve 22, and a screw limiting seat 23; the translation adjusting screw 21 consists of a threaded section 24, a middle transition section 25 and a limiting section 26; the outer diameter of the intermediate transition section 25 is smaller than that of the threaded section 24 and the limiting section 26; the translation adjusting threaded sleeve 22 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of one side of the translation plate 4; the screw limiting seat 23 is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate 3, and a through hole with the same outer diameter as the middle transition section 25 is formed in the screw limiting seat 23; the thread section 24 of the translation adjusting screw 21 is in threaded fit with the translation adjusting thread sleeve 22, the middle transition section 25 of the translation adjusting screw 21 is in clearance fit with the through hole of the screw limiting seat 23, and the limiting section 26 of the translation adjusting screw 21 extends out of the through hole of the screw limiting seat 23. Through rotating the translation adjusting screw 21, the translation adjusting threaded sleeve 22 moves axially along the translation adjusting screw 21, and then the translation plate 4 moves linearly along the linear guide rail pair 12, namely, the translation adjusting function of the adjusting table is realized. Here, the screw stopper 23 may also limit the moving stroke of the translation plate 4.

As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the spherical hinge mechanism 11 includes a rotary member 27, a fixed member 28, and an anti-slip cover 29; the rotating piece 27 is fixedly arranged on the pitching plate 3, and a part of the rotating piece 27 extending downwards is provided with a spherical protrusion 30; the fixed part 28 is fixedly arranged on the rotating plate 2, the upper half part of the fixed part 28 is provided with a spherical pit 31 matched with the spherical bulge 30, and the lower half part of the fixed part 28 is provided with a round hole 32 communicated with the spherical pit 31; the anti-release sleeve 29 comprises a lower limiting plate 33 and an upper limiting stud 34 vertically and fixedly connected with the lower limiting plate 33; the outer contour dimension of the lower limiting plate 33 is larger than the diameter of the round hole 32; an upper limiting stud 34 of the anti-release sleeve 29 penetrates through the round hole 32 from bottom to top and then is in threaded connection with the spherical protrusion 30.

In addition, there are several points to be emphasized in this embodiment:

The rotating module formed by the rotating plate 2 and the rotating unit 5 is positioned at the bottommost layer of the adjusting platform, the pitching module formed by the pitching plate 3 and the pitching adjusting unit 6 is positioned at the middle layer of the adjusting platform, and the translation module formed by the translation plate 4 and the translation adjusting unit 7 is positioned at the topmost layer of the adjusting platform.
